[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis bank debited 100 rs from axis asap account without my knowledge. | |||
Hi sir/madam I am beant singh, i created an account in axis asap account via online on 23/04/2019. All process are completed and account number and customer id created successfully. But, now one message i recieved by bank side;that is rs.1000 debited on 24/04/2019 as account closure proceeds to dd acct. And i confused because account created only one day before. Please help me, i want to close my AXIX bank credit card and i have paid all my dues till day.
Complaint: I got transferred to other remote location, where i cant able to use card for long time and this will be worthless for me, so i want to close my credit card, Please help me.

Axis bank deducted consolidated charges from my bank account without informing. And I really don't know about minimum balance should be there in my account. Bank doesn't informed me and deducted my 3000 balance. I want my money refunded.

I'm having account with Axis Bank, and I'm feeling like I have been ripped off by axis bank as they have deducted total of rs. 12, 000 my hard earn money terming it as consolidated charges. I'm not rich guy and you have no right to do this.
