Dear concern,
Myself vikas kumar singh holding a salary account [protected] with you.
I have facing an issue from 27th nov 2018 with my account that my account is wrongly debited approx. Inr 38500.00 due to this my account balance shown negative balance & also my salary debited from my account which is credited on dated 30th nov 2018.
Another customer credit card number [protected] dues which is on lean is recovered from my account.
I don’t know how this type of mistakes is done by axis bank?
I have contacted cce several times with my complain id 46975438 but till now no feedback is received from your side.
As i have contacted with my axis bank branch manager, sector-62, noida but they told me that there is no helpdesk for credit card so plz contact cce.

Kindly confirm me which department is responsible for this issue branch or credit card dept. Because both the department are misguiding me.

I am so depressed due to this issue as i have many responsibilities.

Also suggest me how to pay my all dues like credit cards bill, mobile bills, electricity bill, house rent which are over dues & my daily expenses without money?

Whom is responsible for this over dues charges which is impacting my cibil?

I have not made any transactions where in such charges is due. There were no such charges ever in my account. Hence i presume that it is an inadvertent error from your side.
I request you to kindly verify and rectify the error by re-crediting the amount to my account.

    श्रीमान मैं अभिषेक कुमार अगस्त महीने में asap account open करवाया था जोकि दूसरे दिन ही बैंक मर जा कर ओटीपी द्वारा केवाईसी भी करवाया फिर भी मेरा केवाईसी कंप्लीट नहीं. और मैं केवाईसी के लिए लगभग 5 से 10 बैंक जा चुका हूं|1 मेरा काम अभी तक पूरा नहीं हुआ है | मैं टेलिफोनिक कस्टमर केयर को कॉल करके अनगिनत बार कंप्लेंट दर्ज करा चुका हूं| कस्टमर केयर द्वारा बोला जाता है कि, कि बैंक आपका कंप्लेंट नहीं ले रहा है, आप जाकर बैंक में मैनेजर से कंप्लेंट कीजिए | और बार बार किसी स्क्रीन code को चेंज कराने के बारे में बोला जाता है | मैं इस अकाउंट में मनी ट्रांसफर नहीं कर पा रहा हूं और
    मैं आप लोगों के रवैया से तंग आ चुका हूं | मुझे ऐसा लगता है कि मैंने asap account अकाउंट खोल आया है इसलिए मेरे साथ दुराचार का व्यवहार किया जा रहा है और एक अलग कस्टमर के निगाह से देखा जा रहा है | इससे मेरे मौलिक अधिकार का भी उल्लंघन हो रहा है जो मेरा समानता का अधिकार का हनन है|

    I have operated the Bank ATM on[protected] at gurgaon spaze Itechpark.
    withdrawl of Rs.500/- again 500 amount. The transaction not complete screen show temporarily Unavailable but the amount of Rs.1000/- was deducted from my account.

This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt. I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues with 2 installment. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.
      I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

          This is to report regarding the worst service experience from axis bank.
          Axis bank is not providing to withdraw cash more than 1000.
          It is frustrating since i cannot take my own cash.
          Please take strict action against axis bank and blacklist axis bank.
          Customer service team is not giving proper resolution.
          I had raised request for atm cash limit enhancement to 4000 usd since i have to pay rent but axis bank has not responded.
          This is the worst bank ever in human history

            I have received a call from axis bank last week. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa platinum card ending with 6920. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
            Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no 5840019. I am waiting for confirmation o[censored]nsubscription of this service and also refund the money @1899. Since i have applied for cancellation of this service within 30 days, the refund should be without any detuction

              Dear sir/ma'am,

              Namaste

              I am an account holder with axis bank and a credit card holder too bearing card no. [protected]. I have been a regular user of the said card and also repaid dues earlier.

              I have been unable to pay the pending dues for 2 months and i acknowledge the same. I am to receive my payment on 17/12/2018 and can pay the outstanding dues on the same date.

              Serious complaint:
              I received calls from axis bank recovery department and use to convey my payment dates before. Today i received call from "[protected]" which shows a name of "nilam lande" at 10:34 am. I made my son speak to her. He conveyed his concern after which madam made him speak to her superior.

              He spoke to her superior but he was not only rude. His method of communication is absolutely disrespectful and absurd. He used the word "tera baap", "tu kaun hai", "tu koi bhi ho", etc. My son made him realize that he was speaking to a customer and should speak politely but he didn't. He kept on his speech in the same manner.

              My son even told him to put it in a mail so that we can revert on the same but he said he won't. He even said that he will send someone to our house for recovery.

              As per rbi guildelines,

              Decency: the recovery agent has to talk to you in a decent and civilized manner. No abusive language should be used.

              I now want an apology from the same person on call or by email. I have convinced many customers to use your banking services and they have become your regular customers. I also understand that in-house recovery bank department has huge targets for recovery but this is not the way to talk.

              I wrote to axis bank but they said "email id no longer valid - we have migrated to axisbank.com/support"

                This is pavan an axis account holder (Salary account). On 21.11.2018 of november i booked room accommodation in shiridi sequence no.689609 of which 560₹ is debited from my account but the accommodation not booked. And there is no intimation later from the bank but debited

                  This is rajkumar, this is regarding my axis bank credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]

                  My father is in hospital suffering from kidney disease and many other diabetic complications, i had spend so much money for his hospitalization and mean while i lost job, in this scenario i failed to do the credit card payments,

                  I had requested axis bank customer care people on phone and sent multiple emails to convert the total outstanding into emi so that i can pay the dues, but they never accepted and also they deducted 16k from my savings account towards credit card payments with out my concern.

                  Now with not having any job i am not in a stage to pay the outstanding but we do want to settle this in a fair manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                  I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                  I have been trying to reach about settlement of my Axis bank credit card but in between my wife got calls from these numbers [protected], [protected] for Axis bank payments and they talk rubbish with her and asked her to do suicide if we negotiate, I wounder how come you hire these kind of manner less stupid people and they are talking such a non sense with a lady, this is not a fare thing to do,

                  I have been a good customer to Axis bank and I had paid very huge interests and I was good in payments, But now I because of my health issues and loss of Job I am not in a stage to pay, I have been requesting for settlement,

                  I don't know how can some one talk to ta lady with that, If in case if she is sensitive and do some thing who is the responsibility?????

                    Description :
                    I have transferred the funds of amount Rs. 46600 from axis bank using IMPS transaction but the bank has put my transaction on Suspicion and because of that i have to bear the cost of cheque bounce as this amount is for my Home Loan.
                    I want Axis bank to pay for the amount which I had to bear for Cheque bounce.
                    I have also attached the chat that I had with Axis bank Representative.

                        I have a axis credit card bill payment from my axis savings bank account.
                        I have transferred rs. 28342. The money has been deducted from my account but status of transaction states as suspect.
                        Upon contacting the customer care calls are been transferred between credit card department and banking department.
                        The same bank charges late fee payment charges for credit card and monthly charges for not maintaining the minimum account balances for these kind of services provided.

                          Axis bank greater noida, it hasn't come to any field verification and has set up the negative feedback on not opening an current account for start up company.
                          The customer treatment in the bank is so worst. They delay everything months that is to be completed in hours or days, and finally give zero result in the end. The accommodated employees in the branch are pretty much having no honest. They cover up what others are saying. They make the customer wait for hours in the branch it's self though they are free of everything. The management is so worse.

                              I hv 2 pay my credit card bill. I call @ care 11:40pm on[protected]. They said our system is not working call after 2 hours. I explain today last day for bill. I don't know proper information about the bill i hv 2 knw details they transfer call @ ivr when again i try 4 time the did this i hv full recording of conversation they totally waste my 50 min and i missed payment. Also axis app is not working screenshoot is attached with it and also there care call is chargable @1₹/min. Need solution of my problem and also take action against ur executive razi and sri parsad and 2 more. And why axis don't hv any complaint email id?? Bcz there portal is confusing

                                My name is Mithun A/c no [protected] . I have prime salary a/c. When i cheak my axis bank mobile app balance a chargre 1000 rupees . I call at customer care he explained methis charge for net secure charges But i don't have applied for this and i don't receive the device. If any mistake please rectify and reverse the request as soon as possible. I don't want to netsecure device or enything els. Please reverse .

                                  I want to close my salary account with axis bank branch at infosys campus technopark as it is not operational. I had contacted the bank several times, but the branch officials are not helpful in closing the account. They are not willing to close my account and want me to wait for 3mnths and not to do any transaction in that account so that it gets converted to normal savings account which will require minimum balance maintenance. Untimely they want me to pay the penalty and close the account.
                                  Please help to close my salary account. If any documents provided to me while opening the account needs to be submitted back, please let me know the process.

                                  This complaint is still unresolved. I did not get any help with closing the account and it is active till date.

                                  The misguiding bank officials were not ready to provide account closure form or to support with the procedure.
                                  How can the customer support team mark this complaint as resolved without even contacting the customer and resolving the issue. This is the only bank where I have received such a fraudulent guidance for account closure.
                                  Moreover, both their customer support contact numbers[protected] or[protected] are not operational. To my surprise, the contact number provided for Demat account related queries is connecting to some other company official's number and they have been facing this harassment for quite some time. (I am not posting that contact number here to avoid further nuisance to that person).

                                    I had done a fixed deposit for amount 1 lakh for 15 days with axis bank. Was supposed to get interest of 144rs but at maturity turns out, axis bank has deducted 763rs and returned only 99263rs. How can a fd mature and give less than principle amount. How can they charge tds on base amount instead of interest only. I put one lakh amd get back 99263. Which bank does that and why will i fixed deposit my money for bank to rob my money

                                    Since I have open account in this bank, I been changed the password to 6 times till today, yet my net banking account is not open for once. My business is depends on the net banking only. Please look in to matter as soon as possible otherwise I will've to closed my account and surrender all things issued by the bank.

                                      not updating me asap account kyc

                                      Whenever i reaching to my home branch some time server is down and some time employee is out pf station when he applicable nobody knows.when i visit to nearer branch they said go to home branch that axis branch ID -1488.my home branch id is-1088 who gives lots of excuse for not updating my ASAP ACCOUNT KYC.In January 1 year will be held by opening ASAP account.
                                      solve it as soon as possible otherwise give me mail that KYC will not updated...

                                      Hi,

                                      Recently today morning i went to nearby axis bank atm. I tried to with draw 400 inr from my account. While withdrawal at the time money dispens. Money counting (Sound) was in process, due to power cut, cash was not delivered but amount gets deducted. I got a message like 400 is debited from your account. But it atm didn't dispense the money because of power cut. I have waited for around 15 min but there is no use.
