negative balance - axis bank

Axis bank charges huge negative balance in my saving account as it was not in used for last 5 months. Even i have contacted axis bank branch to close this account but they refuse to do so and asked me clear the negative balance first.
I have read the rbi guidlines that bank cant charge negative balance when account is not in use and i am going to file the complaint against them on https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/...

I have been constantly receiving calls from axis bank regarding some credit card bill standing amount for person named "bal mukund". I have been using the phone number ([protected]) from past 5 years and from past 5 years, i have been informing axis bank employees that this is a wrong number. I requested them several times to update my number as wrong number in their database as there is no bal mukund existing on my side. I am not even aware of who the bal mukund is and what is his case with axis bank. I am terribly sick now of receiving these calls and messages from axis bank almost 10-15 times a day continuously from last 4-5 years. Can anybody please help on this?

I do not have any account with AXIS bank. The link shared belongs to portal where an account holder can update his/her number. My case is different. I have no accounts previously or current with AXIS bank and I am not sure who the guy Bal Mukund is. What all I need is that I should stop receiving calls and messages as they are not intended to me.

    Dear sir,
    I am sorry to bother you as i am not getting any proper response from your bank since last six months.
    I am 75 years and having account in your ghatkopar branch since last more than 20 years. My ids are 1831 and 9456 (Last four digits).
    The issues:
    1. Sms alerts: they have stopped sending me sms alerts for some transections. They don't send me the same for nach payments. Even they did not send me the messages for last debit of rs. 151000/- etc. Since your customer. Service and nodle. Officer e mail are not reachable, i lodged the complaint through social media i. E. Fb messenger. I have got full scripts of the same and you will realise that every time they reply sterio type replies and it irritates.
    2. Consolidated statements: i used to get the consolidated statements for both the ids regularly till january 2019 on my e mail [protected]@hotmail.com. Thereafter they have stopped sending me the same. I did not get any response / reply from your e mail [protected]@axisbank.com.
    Finally i visited your branch about 25 days back and met the desk officer ms. Sabina, who was not aware and gave me very irresponsible reply. Then i met her senior mr. Shety who listened to me quitely and suggested to change the email id. I changed from [protected]@hotmail.com to [protected]@gmail.com. He sent me the statements for january and february. The statements for march are yet awaited. As regards sms alerts, he checked and confirmed that something is wrong, he sent mail to your internal office and assured me that now the issue will be settled.
    Sir, still the issues are not resolved. I had again visited the branch, but they did not have any clue.
    I would like to add here that the same situations were arised about 3 yeras back and after vigorious follow up with your customer. Service, the issues were resolved.
    I do not want to spoil the image of my bank where i have account since last six months and hence reluctant to put up all the conversations on social media.
    Kindly intervene and issue instructions to the concerned to resolve the issues.

      I have an salary account. I have been suddenly 885 rupees deducted from my acount as consolidated dp charges for a/c. As this is my salary account and i dont have demat account. Why this has been charged to me. Also deducted balance should be refunded back to account. My registered email is [protected]@gmail.com and registered mobile is [protected].

          I am a account holder of axis bank from mumbai, this is to seek your help for a transaction that has being wrongly to another account of account holder of your bank. Axis bank has sent mail to the concerned bank, but there is no response from the beneficiary bank and the nearest location iob branch is not helping out to get the reversal amount.             I have a salary account with Axis bank Peenya branch, Bengaluru.
            While opening the account the bank officials who had visited our factory to open the accounts in bulk; wherein they didn't even provide us enough time to fill the application form ourselves & just took the signatures & photo & opened the account, credit card & even demat account without our consent.

            After the demat account opened, i had personally spoken to customer care executives to close which was not done. An amount 350 INR odd had got debited to my account in last November 2018.
            At that time, the bank executives again visited our premises to open account for newcomers & at that time they promised to close our demat account by getting the fully filled closure form from us.

            But now, today[protected] i again received a message saying an amount of 887 INR has been debited towards dp charges of demat account which is nothing but daylight robbery performing by a famed financial institution.

            Moreover, till now i haven't transacted anything in my account but still Axis bank has illegally deducted my hard earned money.

            I expect Axis bank to take this as a serious irregularity performed from their end & reimburse the falsely deducted money from my account.

              I am visit your axis bank branch vidhyadhar nagar jaipur for my some banking problems, around 3.58 pm or 4.00 pm i don't know about your closing time so enter in bank, and i talk your bank employee for my complaint but she is talking very attitudely language and say that bank is closed you will come tomorrow, i tell her mam you are not use your colsed sign on your gate, and she tell me gaurad is not here,
              So i thinking without gaurad the bank is safe?
              Your employees language you make a good business?
              And your your employe location in bank counter no. 2 or 3 as a girl i don't know his name bcoz she is not use a batch of name card on her front.

I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that.                     I, debjani ghosh, savings a/c holder of [protected] in your bangur avenue branch went to your baguiati branch to 8 no desk ms sanjukta duttaon 10th april at 4pm for my aadhar-mobile linking service. As per sanjuktas unstruction i reported her at 4-30 pm after half an hour waiting. But she simply
                    Nagged saying that it will be 1-2 hour late. Is there no price for a customers time.? I requested that my relative was under surgery so please release at least by 10 minutes. But she negated, i helplessly returned with no jb done.
                    I request to remind that her salary owes to a customers investment. A customer is not supposed to be at her feet or mercy. I had a mind to invest more in fd or watsoever in your bank but this proud rough behavior from a nominal bank staff deviated me from your bank and my relatives and accquaintances will be alerted.

                        Today axis bank deducted my 885 rupees as consolidated dp charges without prion notice i want my money back or will close all my accounts today this company fraud. I want my refund... And last time also they have cut my charges i want to close my demat account and also i want my reful or will escalated to high level... I did not expect this from axis bank

                        Today axis bank deducted my 885 rupees as consolidated dp charges without prior notice i want my money back or i request you to close all my accounts today. Even last time they had cut the same amount for which I had sent multiple email and even spoke to customer service to close my demat account. But they never reverted back. #AxisBankFraud

                          Is one of the worst bank ever i have seen amazon has refunded 31940rup but this guys are not refunding in my account it's almost 10days, i am not rich person order got placed by mistake, i had borrowed this amout from friend for the medical emergency perpose. Also customer support employees are # don't cooperate properly. Later my friend's help me by doing contribution.

                            not received the credit card noc

                            I had made the payment of credit card outstanding in the month of oct'18 which was just nominal and was showing in cibil as didn't informed me on time.
                            But still it's showing as written off in cibil and got to know that bank have to provide the noc then only it would be corrected in cibil.
                            Hence, i contacted to customer care and also visited to bank to get this done but haven't got the solution except various excuse.

                            Within last 5 months axis bank has charged me more than 25000 as a consolidated charges which are unnecessary & meaning less. I tried to complaint at their customer care, i visited their branch but no one is responding with valid reasons. Every person giving different reasons means these people doesn't care their customers, they just wants to loot their customers. I will not recommend this bank to anyone. Please refund my entire money immediately else as such i am going to rbi & sebi for clarification

                              Sir, i am opened a account for savings in online on dated 11.09.2018, but not activated, but 30.03.2019 for activation rs 1000 transaction made from my sbi account[protected] transaction date 30.03.2019 by debt card to othpg[protected] axis bank limited ac mumbai and also received a sms to my mobai number your account number [protected] credited rs 1000/- and i received a mail from [protected]@axisbank to kelvin. Jsr. [protected]@gmail.com on dated 30.03.2019 3.41. Pm, but 3.04.2019 time 1.46am i recieved a sms from axis bank your a/c 611049 is debited by rs1000 on 2nd april 2019, available balance 0 info: account clousure proceeds to dd act. Call [protected] for dispute, i call to this number for clarification but his explanation is not satisfied, wihtout information how you debit my money.                                 I had Person loan from Axis Bank for 3lac and the loan account number is PPR[protected]. I paid my entire loan last year and I have received NOC from Axis that all outstanding is paid. However In my CIBIL it is reflecting as settlement and paid Rs. 79000/-. Also Since I am out of india, my family members and friends are receiving collection calls from Axis with my name.

                                I have complaint multiple times to customer care and nodal officer however still there is no action taken.

                                Kindly do the needful

                                I have made imps transaction yesterday ( 1st April 2019) for the amount rs.55000 from my axis account to Andhra bank account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to resolve this issue.

                                  One credit card due recovery agent namely sanjay kalra with mobile no.+[protected], came to my residence on 9th of april 2019. He tried to physically assault me and also tried to drag me out of flat saying he will call all the neighbours and solve the payment issue. This is because i did not pick up his call. My due date is 21st of every month. I paid the minimum amount previous month but could not paid the next to previous month.
