Axis Bank — non-payment of fd on maturity date.

I made a fd in the name of my daughter { ek. Jobi, sb account number [protected]} on 24/02/2017 for rs 60000- for six months. As she is minor, i myself operate her account. The due date falls on 24/08/2017. I did not apt for automatic renewal for the deposit. So my daughter's account must have been credited with the proceeds of the fd on 24/08/2017. But axis bank, karaikudi branch acted as they like without recognizing the intention of the customer and they have renewed the fd according to their own will and pleasure.
