[Resolved]  Axis Bank — not closing my savings account

Address:Shivalik V, Ground & 1st Floor Mahalaxmi Char Rasta, Gujarat 380007, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 38007

I wanted to close my savings account but no one at branch is answering properly i have given written closure form also they arw not even giving me request or refrence number i withdraw all my money, now i'm getting low balance and you'll be charged msgs it's been one month i dont know where else to go. This is completely unacceptable i've given closing request month ago

I was opened salary account. Before three month those account was converted saving account. They was charged rupess 10 For never do any transaction. That was paid. Than I was deposited more than 10000. As per axis bank Regulation. Recently 10.2.2020 again charge 50 rupess for what? I want refund that amount.
Plz refund it.

FASTag not Delivered after 45 days and for cancellation request after 1 week they are also not doing anything. they are just making excuses and making false statement and holding my money they are making fraud with me. kindly do needful
