I applied for axis bank fastag on december 5 and my customer id is[protected]. Still, after 13 days there is no update from axis bank regarding the dispatch of fastag. There customer care number is of no use as no body picks the phone. Even after complaining again and again there is no response from axis side and it seems like fraud/scam from axis. I request the axis bank to kindly provide me a solution of the same as i have gone through enough harassment and can't bear more.

Receiving this response every time from AXIS but no action has been taken till now. When you people are not able to handle this service why the hell you entered into this service
My account got debit freeze 30days before I visited nearest Branch home Branch but no improvement customer care not provided proper reason worst in Customer service. Waste bank

    On dec 8th i applied for fastag at axis bank site. Vehicle no. Ap20aa3035. Wallet id [protected]. My mobile no. [protected]. With in two days i got sms that fastag has been despatched through blue dart courier. Till now i did not get courier. Blue dart people says they did not receive the consignment. No one taking call on axis bank help line, simply playing music.
    I added rs. 1000 to the wallet also. How many days i have to wait for fastag.
    Not understanding what to do. Axis bank did not replied to my email complaint

    I APPLIED fastag for my car in axis bank online, and i made payment on 30 th nov, but still am not receive my fastag, but received fastag account number and i got notification to recharge for that fastag . Govt will announce 15th Dec last date for fastag, so i need this fastag as urgent .

    Sir I opened saving account in axis bank Chandrapur in order to open ppf account of my minor son but they have mistaken the surname also correction was not done even after three months, also they have not deposited the cheque in ppf account, so I have to take it back. Such type of harassment is going since three months

      I had applied for fastag from your website, i received a message from your bank that it has been sent via bluedart and had an awb as my car number.
      But the bluedart fetches no records when i put in my details, rather i also wrote to you on etc. [protected]@axisbank.com on 16th dec and have been calling yuor toll free number [protected], but to no avail. (Mh47a7185)

      One month complete but my tag still not dilever & custmore care said to me 1-2days u should wait but still not dilver & branch said we cant do for fastag
      I have applied same for axis bank fast tag but i'm also facing same issue. I called axis bank customer care no one respond as well as email response also i'm not getting

        I have applied for fast tag on 10th of dec-2019 and they have intimate me that my fast tag has already been issued refering the below message. But no information of the dispatching of such fast tag has been received from the bank. As i am frequent traveler and need my card with immediate effect. Will you please share me the details whether my fast tag card has been dispatched to my address or not? Appreciate your quick response.

          I ordered fasttag through axisbank haveri branch which they failed to update and failed to give details about status of my application.
          After this i went through axis mobilebanking app and ordered for fast tag on 11/12/2019 and tried to track my order on 17/12/2019 as mentioned in axisbank website.
          I am unable to track my fast tag status, axis bank failed to give minimum details about it and more over their customer care number mentioned for fast tag is completely wrong number and goes to some madhya pradesh municipal corporation.

            I have made payment on 13th. December vide my reference no: ka09ma7675 for a fastag and i am unable to track with blue dart courier till date and the web page of blue dart is not having a portal for tracking the fastags. Please remove this from your web site since many person may be wasting their time to track it from blue dart.
            When is my fastag sticker arriving at my residence? It is supposed to be delivered within 7 days and now, today it is already 5th. Day.

              not getting my refund

              I applied for axis bank fastag on 20/11/2019 and ₹200 debited from my account. But there is no wallet id generated so i mailed to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com they told me your payment was unsuccessful so they rejected application. Then on 3/12/2019 i talked with axis bank management team at mumbai on their telephone and they told me you will get your money within 7 working days, and today it's 17/12/2019, still i didn't get my money back....

              I purchased Fastag via axis online web portal on 09 December 2019, but till today I haven't received any message regarding the delivery of fastag or nor it is delivered yet.

              Also I called at the provided customer care number but there is no option to get the desired information.

              Looking for get the Fastag quickly as fastag is mandatory on toll plaza.

                Recently my axis bank account ending in 7690 has been debited by 118 INR on 10-Dec-2019, name- Jaspreet Singh Chawla and mob#- [protected] with Info: ‘sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop.’ I never gave any consent/acknowledgement/approval/issued this ### mandate, ECS or anything else nor did I initiate it.

                Can you please ### stop it and stop deducting any amount as per your/bank’s wish. From where are these requests coming as I am for sure is not sending/initiating any of these?
                If it’s fraudulent or anything, stop it immediately and revert/credit the funds in my account ASAP.

                Your CUSTOMER CARE team is useless as well, they were of no help in this regards, stupid useless bank.

                I have contacted Axis CUSTOMER CARE, they said I can’t do anything. They said we will ask someone from axis bank to call, I received a call but ahe said I can’t do anything, hold the line I will take someone on conference, she then put me on hold for 5 mins and said no one is picking call. She said I have taken your details, you will get a call back in 24 hours from the concerned POC who will be able to resolve this. It’s almost/more than 48 hours I have received no call back nor has anyone reverted/credit the amount they deducted without my approval.

                I have also dropped them a mail on customer.[protected]@axisbank.com and also logged a complaint from axis bank website/support link but still they are just ignoring and taking advantage o[censored]s as users.

                Saale chu**** farzi me paisa kaat ke baithe ho and wapas karne me paisa tumhari maa mar ri hai.

                  I have account with axis bank i had given cheque to electricity department but axis bank stopped my cheque which was on clearing on 11th dec 2019 n didn't clear it till 15th dec just to take their own consolidated charges 5000 and now they are taking charges from me for cheque failure. Such a useless bank it is. They don't have any hifi facilities then also they are taking 5000 charges. It's my mistake that i open my account in this bank. Instead of many complaints they dont give u any solution . I want my refund and I am not going to pay any single panny for cheque fail its ur mistake not mine

                      I had ordered fastag via axis bank and received a confirmation email on 4 december of order placed. We were told that we'd receive it within 7 working days but haven't received it yet. We checked via blue dart and they showed that our vrn hadn't been registered yet. The etc customer id is[protected]. Kindly respond with details on whether fastag has ben dispatched or not along with tracking info.

                      Fraud done by amit ankar (DM) axis bank ballarpur branch my current account number [protected] debited by rupees without my permission amit ankar make duplicate signature and deduct amount 13334/- in my current account, and this also make many other account in axis bank ballarpur branch

                        The Blule Dart AWB centre for this address is 'KELLEYS' in CHENNAI.

                        But BLUE DART AWB to which the shipment was entrusted for delivery instead of sending it to CHENNAI, KELLEYS HUB, it was sent to Egmore, and Parrys in CHENNAI and redirected wrongfully as "THE PINCODE IS WRONGLY STATED"

                        Please furnish correct address and PIN CODE to blue dart, and see that the shipment is delivered early, as all my travel is badly affected.

                          My account was hacked and 5 unauthorized transactions were performed on 11 Nov 2019. I came to know about this debits by SMS alerts. No OTP was received in this regard. I reported to my nearest branch in South Bopal immediately. Till now, I have received only Rs. 25478. Today, I came to know that the case is closed by the bank. I need to seek relief for the amount not credited back i.e. Rs. 16342.

                            I got message to from axis bank there is a coupon for Clayton watch cost 2499 can be claimed by paying only the shipping charges. So using that link https://flatworldrewards.com/ and ordered CLAYTON NOBLE SILVER METAL WATCH MALE paid the shipping charges (499 INR) on 31st May 2019 but the product is not yet delivered till now. Called the axis bank no proper response, saying it is a merchant issue. Called the flat world rewards, it is always switched off. Emailed but no response. Looks like this a scam/fraud. I'm doubt about axis bank credibility.

                              Sms says on 101219 awb is car no. But the blue dart site says no ref found.

                              If you have not dispatched the tag how the misleading message is sent on 10th dec 2019?

                              This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
                              I had applied for fast tag on 28 nov 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of Appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id.

                              I have transfer the amount using neft transfer on sunday and it was processed on monday morning around 6:15 am . But the amount was not credited to the other bank account which is in jammu and kashmir . How much time will it take to transfer and how to cancel my transfer request.What should i do?
                              I purchased Fastag from Axis Bank on Nov 25th. They did not deliver the tag yet and customer care numbers are not picked up. I raised service request but no answer yet.

                                  I have booked fast tag on 30th nov 2019. I have not received my FASTag yet but before 15 days in text or mail messages they give confirmation to deliver within 07 days. Yet no tracking details given. Helpline number/ Customer care number is not useful/only music pays after two ivr option. Service request is closed without any escalation and reason. Rs.200 as deposit has siphoned up by axis bank.

                                    I have ordered fastag on nov23. Havent been delivered yet. Very bad customer service on the fasttag helpline. No tracking on bluedart, not even a despatched message. Need resolution on this and need fasttag delivered immediately. Long term customer of axis bank dissapointed with the poor service with fasttag. They keep on suggesting that it will be delivered in 7 days, but doesnt happen.
