Complait numbers [protected] and [protected] customer care told ask to bank and bank told generate FIR for this process. In pimpri area AXIS atm my 10000 amount debited my account on cash withdrawal time but cash not received.imidiate i discussed with customer care as per his guidence amount return account within 15 days but still not received.pls help

    I am writing this with regards to my axis bank credit card bill payment. My Credit card number is [protected]. I am using this card last almost 5 years.
    My card credit limit is 196000, right now the outstanding amount is 180000 as per the last month statement(Sep, 2018). I was paying the minimum stub amount since
    last 1year due to my family medical issues and I paid almost total 1lakh of rupees.

    This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months,
    but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

    I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days.
    More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

    I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

    Please know that I have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process,
    and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

      Hello,
      I have open a bank account in axis bank on 31/08/2018 its an asap account account no:-[protected]. I have contacted the branch already and they says sir write an application regarding where do u receive that money. I have done everything according to them. They say sir u will receive a call from us in 2 working days from us regarding this issue. After 2 days i have received no call from them so i go to branch again and they say that wait for 1 more day they have forwarded my letter to mumbai main branch. Its been 5 days and i have not received any call from branch or customer care. When ever i call customer care they say sir branch will take action branch peoples says mumbai branch wil take action i have taken that money from my friend bcz i am in urgent need of money and after receiving money my account get frozen. This is not the way to deal with ur customer axis. And branch member even says "ki sir hamare hath me kuch ni h account uppar se freeze hua h". Even my account got freezen without giving me any notification. I hope u will help me as soon as possible

      I made a payment of Rs 1172 on 8 september 2018 on Amazon but transaction got failed .But refund has not been issued .

      Dear Sir/Madam, Amazon has cancelled my order on 8 September of Rs 1182 even upon successful payment through Axis Bank net banking.My payment reference number is 2YWCFMUHFER43K8O9G. Amazon refuses to refund my amount of Rs 1172.

      I transfered money using Axis bank account through IMPS, the amount got debited but the same was not credited to the payee's account. When I checked the transaction status it is showing as "suspect".
      No idea when the trasaction is going to be cleared.

        Here I would like to inform you that on 17/09/18 between 2:19 Pm to 2:24 PM there were 15 Unauthorized transaction of Rs.31, 952/- on my Axis Bank Credit Card ([protected]) made by hacker. I got alert on my registered mobile and on registered email id, and also i have received mail from Txn monitoring team from credit card department by suspecting these transactions. Immediately my husband B.V. Surya( add on card holder ) called on Axis customer care and blocked my card on immediate basis.

        I have sent Dispute form in pdf file by email on 17/09/18 to transaction monitoring department and my husband submitted the same form at Axis Bank, Kakinada branch and was provided by the complaint number 44884531.

        I have not done any transaction in mentioned attached pdf file. Here i am submitting credit card dispute form copy. So request you to solve this problem as soon as possible and credit my Unauthorized transaction amount in my Credit card account.

          not giving proper proof of a dispute transaction and deducting money from account

          Hi,

          I had done a online transaction on 23rd april, 2018 from my axis bank account. The amount was rs.4, 158/- and it was to adi mohiini mohankanjilal, kolkatta. Later they canceled the order saying, they have not received the money. And they said the money will be returned with 2-3 days. But the money was not returned in the account.

          As per axis bank's suggestion i raised a dispute transaction request with them...

          Dear sir/mam,

          I am arun kumar. I have axis bank myzone credit card. My credit card number is [protected].

          Total purchasing on my card.. Approx. 211000,
          Total paid. 442000

          Iam unable pay amount.

          My life is total disappointed..
          Please support.. Last option in my life suicide.

          I have been paying minimum amount for about 4 to 5 years.

            Hi there,

            Yesterday i had raised a complaint stating my debit card hasnt been issued, however the money has been deducted from my account and i have been routed so many times just to get an invalid information from most of the customer service representatives. Below is the issue that was addressed yesterday:

            "to the concerned, my name is mary and my customer id is 83*848. Holding an account with axis bank for the past 7 years. This is with regards to an issue that am dealing with axis bank for the past 3 months.
            I had placed a request for an"edge rewards debit card"in the month of july. I got a confirmation message the same day and the amount of rs. 550 was debited from my account. I got an information that the professional courier people through whom the card has been dispatched had not been able to reach out, immediately i tried calling them out to ask the issue, however they told me that they will send the courier person again to me. However, after waiting for a day, i did not get any call or any message, and then i called up the courier, they did not answer my call. Later on august 8th i got a message stating that the card has been returned to the home branch, mylapore, chennai. I called up the customer service immediately to re-dispatch the card as i currently reside in coimbatore and the customer service gave a false promise stating that the card will be re-dispatched to my address and asked me to wait for 10 days. I waited for 10 days and when called up the customer service as i did not receive the card, they told me that the card has been re-dispatched and that i will have to wait for another week. However i did not receive the card, when i called up last week, the customer service rep told me that she will send in a request to home branch in mylapore and will ask for re-dispatch details and that i will receive the card,
            Still now i did not receive the card and when called up today, the customer service is providing me the old status that the card has been delivered to home branch and they cannot help and by now the card would have reached the"destroy team "and i will have to apply for a newcard and have to pay again. An unconcerned answer to a customer who holds the account for more than 7 years. I am trying to call my home branch, however, till now no one has attended my call."

            Today, i got a call and an email to update my contact details using the "www.axisbank.com/support and select savings account other than burgundy", however there is no link to send an email on my contact information. It would be good if a proper e-mail address is sent and how long will i have to keep following up on this.

                Hi I have been deducted around 600rs for past two months from axis bank in my account as consolidated charges.There is no convince response from customer service.I don't know why they are doing this repeatedly.Please help me to get my money back or else I have to close my account from this bank.This is not fair if they do this to all people.We earn money hardly.

                  Dear Sir,

                  My name is Amarjeet. I am living in UAE since 2010 and visits India once a year. Since 2010 I am operating NRE account with Axis bank. Whenever I come to India, I also visit Axis bank to invest my savings to get good returns. I have my NRE account in Gurgaon ( Haryana), sector 14 branch.

                  Last year on August 17- 2017, I visited India and Axis bank. I met Mr. Ankit Paul, NRI customer relationship manager. I had an account balance of 30 lakhs, in fact I had bank FD and wished to renew it. But he advised me to invest in LIC jeevan akshay plan, saying that it will give you better returns than FD. I was not known to this LIC plan and I said him I want to invest my money in such a scheme which would allow me to withdraw my money whenever i need of money.

                  I also mentioned him i would like to do some research about this policy and then i will decide to invest or not. In the mean time Mr. Ankit called LIC representative from LIC Local office in Gurgaon. I forgot the name of that person, he also apprised me about fixed returns of the policy. I did raise my concern again that can I withdraw my money when i need, both said yes, you can but after one year of investment .

                  They did not tell me about any withdraw or surrender conditions, even they did not give me any policy related documents to read that day. One more question that i asked them, on surrender the policy after one year if i get the money back in NRE account because i had to invest from my NRE account, both replied yes, you will get your money back in NRE account.

                  They both said, believe us we are offering you best investment plan. Since I had to go back to my parents house which was 100 km from Gurgaon, so i said them i will come other day, but they insisted that it will take just 20 minutes and need just one or two signatures. I could feel they were not known fully with the policy and documentation, as they were calling here and there to know how to this and that. I did ask them again are you sure, can I surrender policy after one year, again the reply was yes sir, trust us we know everything, system is slow that's why it is taking time.

                  I did trust them and signed a proposal document and after that they took 2-3 hrs to do online transaction, also they said they will send policy document to my UAE address as I had to come UAE on 25th August. Policy number is[protected]

                  After reached my parent's house, being suspicious, next day on 18th I again called Mr. Ankit Paul and did e mail asking the same thing about surrender of policy after one year if not cancel my policy and return my sum, he replied the email, sent me some details of the plan, but again there was nothing mentioned about any surrender conditions except that time one year of investment.

                  E mail conversation attached, which he had sent on my yahoo and gmail.

                  On 4th June, I again contacted Mr. Ankit asking the process to surrender the policy after having invested for one year. I need money for my daughter's higher education, she has to move Canada or New Zealand. His reply was like a bombshell on my head, he replied, sir as per LIC you can surrender this policy in 2 conditions ( in some medical conditions or if you have moved from India). This information I came to know after 10 months . Attached What app chat with Mr Ankit Paul.

                  Had been given the correct and proper details of policy at that time i would have never invested my money.Now I am in such a mental stress, you can't imagine. I feel completely cheated by Nexus of LIC and Axis bank representatives.

                  Sir, I am so tense, can't explain . I can't get ill or produce fake medical reports to get my policy surrendered . I can only say I am settled in UAE since 2010 with my wife and daughters and have no plans to come back in India. I can only produce my family UAE residence visas which gets renew every 02 yrs, erstwhile in 3 years.

                  I want my hard earned money back which i saved for my daughter's future. Please look into my case and help me . I can come anywhere in India to put my case personally if needed.

                    Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIP/SCG.UNIVERSAL SERVI/ DT.13-SEP-. If I ask customer care they say if I use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. i Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or supermarket or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge these hidden chargers.

                    I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited.

                      I was done transaction of 10000/-at marol police camp, andheri (E) info: cash-atm/cprh02005/7579. But machine not dispense d amount. After sm wait i was cancelled d transaction. Atm machine shows me home screen.

                      Dear sir,
                      I submitted my all documents has required DATE 04.09.18 for seaman A/C in AXIS BANK IN SARDARSHAHR. I RECEIVED MY NRE KIT BUT STILL MY ACCOUNT DIDN'T OPEN. I already visit 2 time in SARDARSHAHR BRANCH.and I continue called but they don't give any positive response.

                          To the concerned,

                          My name is mary and my customer id is 83*848. Holding an account with axis bank for the past 7 years

                          This is with regards to an issue that am dealing with axis bank for the past 3 months.

                          I had placed a request for an "edge rewards debit card" in the month of july. I got a confirmation message the same day and the amount of rs. 550 was debited from my account.

                          I got an information that the professional courier people through whom the card has been dispatched had not been able to reach out, immediately i tried calling them out to ask the issue, however they told me that they will send the courier person again to me. However, after waiting for a day, i did not get any call or any message, and then i called up the courier, they did not answer my call.

                          Later on august 8th i got a message stating that the card has been returned to the home branch, mylapore, chennai.

                          I called up the customer service immediately to re-dispatch the card as i currently reside in coimbatore and the customer service gave a false promise stating that the card will be re-dispatched to my address and asked me to wait for 10 days. I waited for 10 days and when called up the customer service as i did not receive the card, they told me that the card has been re-dispatched and that i will have to wait for another week.

                          However i did not receive the card, when i called up last week, the customer service rep told me that she will send in a request to home branch in mylapore and will ask for re-dispatch details and that i will receive the card,

                          Still now i did not receive the card and when called up today, the customer service is providing me the old status that the card has been delivered to home branch and they cannot help and by now the card would have reached the "destroy team" and i will have to apply for a newcard and have to pay again.

                          An unconcerned answer to a customer who holds the account for more than 7 years. I am trying to call my home branch, however, till now no one has attended my call. I

                          Please let me know what should i do??

                            I have been receiving notifications about the consolidated charges put up on my savings bank account ([protected]) form the very beginning when i had my account opened in the axis bank and they were minimal and seemed genuine to me but from the last 1 or 2 months (from 11th of Aug) i have seen a significant amount of increase in the so called "consolidated charges". Not only that i have been charged with almost 750 rupees in the last 1 month, i also don't have any detail about the charges other than it says consolidated charges and i don't use any other services of this bank other than online payments. I need full details of the charges (750 INR) that have been placed on me or i need a waiver on them and if neither is done i need to know the steps to close the account in the axis bank.

                              I have salary account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 1330 rupees from my account written as consolidated charges. I want my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.

                              Worst services is provided by axis bank to customer. I am waiting more then 45mins but nobody answered from the customer service centre.

                              During account opening they dont tell us about any kind of charges and when you do transaction or online payment, they will deduct your money on the name of consolidated charges. Even when u request them through mail they will give you worst customer service.. I really feel that its better to open account in govt bank, don’t open account in privatd bank like axis bank.
                              It’s a worst bank seriously,

                              And every time i am charged with consolidate charges, and today again my account is debited with 1330.
                              I want my money back, i will not wait for 24 hours or 48 hours.

                              Return it back instantly

                              First you people deducted 202 rupees then after 2 min you deducted 1127 rupees, what the hell is this..??? Kya tumhara baap dalta hai paisa humare account me ya faltu ka paisa samjha hua hai jo har mahine 500-1000 rup kat lete ho.
                              In month of august you also deduct 500 rup from my account.

                              I just want to refund my money back in my account instantly.
                              And if you don’t refund then i will close my account, and i have 5 more accounts in axis bank i will close that accounts also and it’s a priority account.

                              This is keep you inform that i m Ashish Pandey have a saving account with you Axis bank and my account got debited wid 250+45 on 12/01/19 as consolidated charges & GST charges after enquiry I did from Axis bank customer care

                              This is keep you inform that i m Ashish Pandey have a saving account with you Axis bank and my account got debited with 7210on 1, Dec, 18 and on same date they have charge me also for car loan bouncing charges of rs590 even I told them That Amt which was suppose to get debited from my account as loan amount was already withdrawn by any fraud guy so plz do not put any bouncing charges to me so on that day axis bank staff told me yes sir we understood your problem and will not charge anything from your account but after depositing amoun in my bank account the debited the whole Amt of 590rs As fraud transaction down from my account which I came to know after enquiry I did from Axis bank customer care and now till today 13/01/19 their is no revert from bank side and when I cal on Custmore care number they put my call on hold more than 50-60min and axis branch staff are abusing and harassing me and always ready to fight so this is my humble request to please reverse my account 7210 and other bouncing charges of 590rs charges in my concerned account as i am a faithful and a loyal customer to Axis bank.

                              Most pathetic bank of all the time Axis bank guys when you cal on consumer care number they put you on hold for 2 hrs and sometimes more than that and the only bank which doesn't have toll feee number ...requesting PM to cancel the lisence of this bank and that will be really helping you people's in India

                                I want to draw you attention about that i am a customer o[censored]r bank. I have a saving a/c no. [protected] in ur bank. On 14/8/2018 ur bank charged (450+81) unnecessary to me. When i go to our branch for this charges they tell us that bank charge for ur more than 5 cash transactions. But i don't about this type of charges because ur bank representative not tell us about this type of charges at the time of opening account they only tell us that plz open a account it's my target. So i heartly request to u plz refund my money in my account.

                                  From last several months axis bank is deduction so much money from my account by saying consolidated charges, tax charges, account maintenance charges, nearly they deduction 500 per month from my account as i am maintaining my minimum balance from last 3 to 4 months and they give me credit card y telling me yearly charges will be only 750 rs with tax and they are charging me 750 + taxes.
                                  Axis bank is literally looting me and too many innocent people this should stop somewhere. When i was opening account in axis bank they told me that there will be only charges if you don't maintain your balance
