Compressor problem within Ono and half year

Address: 100 feet road Puducherry

Bike got problem with engine compressor within one and half years of purchase and given service on March 30 but not yet resolved and simply saying that we put for spare purchase and waiting
We peoples are suffering due to their irresponsibility...

My bike, No. UP16DL9454. I mention to the service center every time that its engine is doing a problem, but they say it's a normal thing.
PROBLEM NO 1- BIKE STOP SUDDENLY IN RUNNING.
PROBLEM NO.-2- ITs break down his speed suddenly, (bike reduces its speed like there is no fuel bike but i maintain about 3 lit fuel. normally)
problem no 3- its engine leaking i think because there oil outside always as mentioned in photo. last service they did was due to your chain problem and then i changed chain and other things after that same problem i faced. The service center always makes money instead of solving problems.
Problem 4 - it's kick-free some time (especially when the bike stops in running ).
ALL THE ABOVE PROBLEMS FACED SINCE THE BIKE WAS PURCHASED.
OTHER SAME BIKE OWNER ALSO FACE PROBLEM NO. 2
I ALSO MAKE VIDEO OF THIS PROBLEM.
ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEM ALREADY FILED A COMPLAINT EARLIER.

NOW SERVICE CENTER READY TO OPEN ENGINE, HE FINED ENGINE HAS PROBLEM LIKE HIS PISTON AND OIL LEKAGE, AFTER FILE COMPLAINT IN CONJUMER FORUM AND HE DEMOND CHARGES FOR ENGINE OIL AND CLUTCH PLATE AND OTHER CHARGES, I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I PAY, WHY IS HE NOT PROVIDE SERVICE WITHIN ONE MONTH WHEN I BUY BIKE. AND ALSO COMPAINT TO BAJAJ CARE AFTER 1 ST SERVICE. AFTER 2.5 YEARS HE READY TO OPEN BIKE WITH MANY CHARGES. WHY I PAY IF YOUR SERVICE CENTER NOT LISTEN PROBLEM WHICH LEADS TO OTHER PROBLEMS IN BIKE.
my all service done on time.

i have all recording against Bajaj. i also complaint against him for mental harassment because 2.5 years in trouble many time it life threatening for me due bike stop in running(engine issue) .
today 13 april 2025
estimated date of delivery of bike 10 april 2025.
bike till the time in service center for repair.
but in app of bajaj show work completed
yet service center said they do not i have spare part till the time.

    I would like to draw your attention towards the quality of hand lock provided in Bajaj Platina bike each model is easily unlocked with key of other bajaj platina bike.This is a very big issue in related with security and privacy.
    So, please alter the key combination of each platina bike in future to avoid theft of bike.

      This is kindly bringing to your notice, to take action on Select Bajaj service center which is located at Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana. I have given my Pulser 125 DTS bike for repaire of starting problem on 28/12/2024 and the receipt No is RJC[protected], The Technician in the service center told me on 02/01/2025 there was an issue of ECU technical part is not working and it is comes under warranty there is no charges on replacement for your bike because ECU part is in under warranty period but after few days i went to service center on[protected] to know the status of my bike problem is resolved or not, they are saying it is not comes under warranty if your want to replace the part your have to pay for it Rs 9500, this is an irresponsible people

        I am facing the same issue. I bought a bike on 29th November 2024 from JPS Bajaj Alambagh Lucknow, and the Floor Manager, Mr. Shivam Srivastava, promised to provide a helmet by 1st December. However, it is now 22th December, and I still haven't received it. Now he is asking me to talk to the manager.

          I bought N160 4 months back, just after 2 days I notices the switch boxes are loose so I visited the service center they told me it comes as it is now we cannot make it more tight. Then during the 1st service they removed distance to empty feature and when and told me it will show only if the fuel tank is half filled but it never showed up to the date. After riding for 4 months I discovered there is gap between the side panels and the clutch is also not working properly, the connection was cutting while riding and bike was shutting down out of nowhere, so I decided to register every repair. They told me I will have to leave my bike for a day so I did. the next day when I went to collect my bike and checked if all the work is done or not I felt very disappointed. Not a single work was done. The framework still has a gap, distance to empty still not showing, switch boxes are still loose, clutch is still not working properly. when I asked them what work have they done they told me this is all we can do and anything more is not possible. If they want to give such excuses then why are they even keeping my bike for a day. The so called supervisor just know to give nonsense excuses. The mechanics doesn't even bother to check the bike before opening their trash mouth. No professionalism at all. I had to go there 3 times just to solve a single minor issue and still it's not solved. The other service station is very far from my place so I can't go there every time. So it would be better if they improve their service. Such kind of behavior is harming Bajaj's reputation. I have 2 more bikes but never had a single complaint about neither of their service centers. Bajaj service centers always addresses our issues as minor issues and expect us to compromise with it but as a customer I ask is it okay if I don't pay monthly installment on time and call it a minor issue?

            Hi,

            I am writing to address issues related to the Pulsar 400NS that I purchased in November 2024 in full cash from the Bannerghatta outlet showroom.
            I initially reserved a black Pulsar, but the showroom staff persuaded me to accept a white one instead, which was disappointing.
            Since acquiring the bike, I have faced numerous problems, including frequent shut-offs. I have returned the motorcycle to the service center at the same branch about four times for diagnosis, yet the issues remain unresolved.
            The bike is not even two months old and has only been driven 800 km, yet it is causing significant problems. For your reference, I have attached a video demonstrating the issues.
            This will be my final attempt to get the service center to fix the bike. If the problems persist after this visit, I will be compelled to escalate this matter legally.

            Person who i have spoked already regards to issue- Showroom Sales - Srinivas - service center - Lindu and Raghu service manager.

            Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue.

              I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment as a loyal customer and a medical professional who is currently facing significant issues with the purchase of a Chetak EV. Despite being a longtime admirer of Bajaj's trusted legacy, my recent experience with your dealers, Amba Auto (Chandra Layout) and Khivraj, has left me feeling victimized due to a lack of professionalism, false promises, and non-cooperation.

              I have raised multiple complaints and got id not no resolution, Call centre teams keep asking to wait 24 hrs and will get response but till now no revert. Its been almost month.

              There was call back promised by senior management but 4 days no revert.

                I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the performance of my Bajaj Pulsar NS 125, which I purchased on January 28, 2022. Despite being a 125 cc bike, it has consistently failed to meet even basic expectations, causing me significant inconvenience over the past two and a half years.

                From the very beginning, my bike has had issues with fuel leakage, which I reported to your service centers multiple times. While the fuel leakage problem was eventually resolved after several visits, my bike's mileage has remained a persistent concern. Despite repeated assurances that the mileage would improve after servicing, my bike continues to deliver a poor mileage of around 30 kmpl, far below the expected range of 50-55 kmpl for a bike of this capacity.

                In addition to the mileage issues, my bike now suffers from low pickup and struggles to accelerate after the third gear, severely impacting its performance. Despite numerous complaints, the problem remains unresolved. I have been directed to different service centers, some of which are located quite far from my residence, but the issues persist.

                During one of the recent service visits, I was informed that multiple parts of my bike were damaged and needed replacement. I was charged approximately ₹6, 000 for the replacement of around 20 parts, despite the fact that my bike is still under warranty. Unfortunately, even after this costly repair, my bike continues to underperform with the same low mileage and acceleration problems.

                I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service I have received and the overall performance of my bike. Given the ongoing issues and the financial burden I have already borne, I no longer wish to keep this bike. I kindly request that Bajaj Auto Ltd. take immediate action to address this situation, either by providing a permanent solution or by offering a satisfactory resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

                Please consider this matter with the urgency it deserves, as I am losing confidence in your brand and the reliability of your products.

                  I have pulsar 180 bike 2012 model, i visited your authorised service center at khemka bajaj etmadpur (Pin 283202) for my bike service and parts replacement. They told me that parts of my bike are not available so i should visit branch at agra which is 20 km from my home.
                  Yesterday i went to khemka bajaj located at azad nagar (282006) for the same. I took estimate for each parts and then service of my bike completed.
                  At the time of payment they told me that net is not working they wont be able to provide me bill and provided me hand written bill.
                  I asked for parts wise bill then hand written item wise amount told to me, in that amount in estimate and final bill differs. I asked them why are u charging higher from estimate given, response from your team was as net is not working we have given you rough estimate. But in final bill each part has higher amount from estimate. Proper information should be given before starting service of bike.
                  After some time senior person over there instead of guiding his team, told his team (For example indicator) ukhaad lo sare indicator wapas.
                  Seriously what kind of language is that. There is no cost of my time. If his team has done mistake he should have admitted it.

                  Still after all that i paid all the charges and it was told me that i will receive my bill on whatsapp which i have not received yet and god knows when i will get it.

                  Story doesn't ends here, when i was going home after paying heavy charges without bill clutch wire of my opens suddenly. I want to ask who is responsible if anything had happened to me in that time.
                  For what u have charged me if i m facing issues in same day. What kind of service is that.
                  Somehow i managed to stop my bike and as bike was damaged i and my father (Who is senior citizen) walked around 4 kms carrying such heavy bike. Imagine the kind of pain which i was facing after paying huge amount.
                  In the end somehow i reached etmadpur khemka branch thinking my issue will be resolved here. But as i entered office at 5.35 pm, a lady over there shouted that time is over, come tomorrow. Without listening and understanding my query just told me to come tomorrow. I asked for timing of showroom, it was informed me that as it is rural area we use to close early. Timing of showroom were not mentioned in entire premise. I think timings should be mentioned for proper guidance to customers.
                  I told that i want to meet manager over there. A person named anand sharma came and after listening told me that they don't have parts to repair my bike.
                  My question is that everytime same answer is there that we dont have parts is acceptable??
                  What is the use of authorised center then??
                  I informed anand about there staff behaviour and timing he told me that i m not not giving salary to their employees.
                  I dont understand why managers at workshop or showroom respect customers, are they not important???

                  Still problem in bike is not solved and i have not received bill yet.

                  Worst experience at two centres on same day.
                  Attaching bill and hand written copy for your reference. Please solve my problem on urgent basis and please improve your customer service and teach employees how to talk with customers.

                  Today i called cc my complaint was registered but still my payment receipt and call from your side is pending.
                  I want to register my complaint in consumer forum. Please provide me necessary details for the same.

                    CHARGES FOR SPARES WITH GST IS 3946/-
                    LABOUR CHARGE FOR THIS IS 3613/- ITS WITH 18% GST as per govt policy it should be 12%
                    - Spare price is 250 whereas labour charge for the same part is 900rs, every single part has labour charge double the price of spare.

                    I need complete refund of the labour charge ans added cgst

                    Moreover they didnt provide us the invouce before paying the money also service is not upto mark.

                      I purchased a new bike from bajaj on 31 Aug 2023 and it is registered on 2nd sep 2023 (DL9SCK3522 Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 Dual ABS) I am the only one who is riding this bike, its has ran 6224 KM Till Date but its clutch is not working 100 percent gone. I am facing allot of issue.
                      Previously after first service of my bike when it was 700 km driven it rare break was not working i reported the concern to service center they took 1.2 month to resolve the concern by replacing the Rear Master Cylinder of brake then it started after many visits and many calls and after raising request on customer support,
                      after this after 2000km of Run till Jan 2024, I started facing Issue with the Throttle of my bike It started Over Racing, Like without giving throttle it was going up to 4000RPM and this was happening always whenever i ride, i reported the Issue with the Service Center they said it is fine u continue it then i continued but the issue was still there and IT increased by time Passed then I visited again and again in the service center sometime they cleaned the throttle and charged me for that cleaning,
                      After Multiple visits they Replaced the Throttle Body saying it is faulty part, On 30 April 2024 till date my bike was ran 5300,
                      Due To that Over Race Issue for more than 4 months i Faced It affected my bikes clutch Plated they burned and Now the Service Center Is Asked me to Pay For Replacing the Part this Unethical Pathetic and Non Professional At all, Due To these Faulty Parts From Company i am Facing Issue from the Very First Beginning I need The Replacement of the part I will not Pay a Single Penny for this This Is not My Fault OF Buying a Indian Brand MotorCycle. Please Help

                        I am complaining about my bike engine

                        My Bike is CT125 x, purchase on March 2023 and my bike only run 10000 but my bike engine is open 2 time.

                        I'm reaching out regarding an issue with my recent accident repair at GARVE AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD Wakad Pune Maharashtra. Despite the insurance company (HDFC ERGO) instructing them to bill under their name, the workshop mistakenly billed it in my name (Prabhakar Thakur). As a result, I'm unable to process my insurance claim.

                        I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this billing error. Could you please intervene and ensure that the billing is corrected to reflect HDFC ERGO's name as per their instructions? I have already informed the service center about this discrepancy, but I'm seeking your support to expedite the resolution process.

                        I understand that mistakes happen, but I urge for a swift resolution to avoid any further delays in processing my insurance claim. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
                        PFA document and let me know if any clarification is required.

                        Without providing any solution you marked it as solved. Wow nice still I am unable to claim my insurance money.
                        Filled complaint on National Consumer Helpline kindly reply on docket no.5664754 why instead of asking me, you generated bill on my name. I have Audio recordings and HDFC mail in which they have clearly mentioned that the bill must be generated on HDFC ERGO name.

                          BHASH SMS is a fraud Company. there is no customer support, please do not purchase any kind of service from BHASH SMS. no one pick up call. no one replay you on mail. ZERO support from this company. their panel is not working properly, SMS not deliver on time. i lost my money. 100% fraud company. none of address. all of you please complaint cyber crime on this company. They keep Karnataka people and work against Tamilnadu people & companies. If the cyber crime cops interrogate these customers, the complete truth will come to light.

                            I met with a minor accident on 12th feb 2024 and my Pulsar N160 bike got slight damage (bent handlebar, bent crash guard, broken gear shifter, broken left mirror etc), and on the 14th feb 2024 i went and gave my bike for a repair to the Bajaj authorised service center in Mysuru (VV Mohalla).

                            Today is 8th march 2024 and i still have not received any news about my bike. I have asked multiple times about the reason for this delay but everytime i call them, they keep telling me that the parts have not arrived, and ask me not to repeatedly call them. I am a college student and I need my bike for everyday travel. I have already spend 3600 rupees on my daily transport and I am bleeding money at this point.
                            This was supposed to be a simple change of parts.. There is absolutely no damage to the engine, chassis, transmission or the electricals, only simple parts replacement of handlebar, gearshifter, left mirror, crashguard and a fiber panel below the fuel tank, needs to be done.

                              मैंने १० नवंबर २०२३ को एक्सीडेंट के बाद अपनी बाइक को बनाने के लिए दिया एजेंसी देवगाँव आज़मगढ़ में दिया था पहले उन्होंने २०००० बनाने का मूल्य बताया बाद में ४०००० तो हमने माना कर दिया ।उन्होंने कहा कि वो ३००० रुपये देंगे हमारी बाइक का अगर हम उम्हे rc देंगे हमने माना कर दिया तो वो हमे बलपूर्वक कह रहे थे।अन्ततः हमारी माताजी एक ड्राइवर के साथ जाके बाइक ले आई जिसको उन्होंने खोल रखा था ।हमने उन्हें३००० रूपिये दिये और ले आये अब पता चल रहा की उन्मे से उन्होंने अधिकतम पार्ट्स चुरा लिए है कृपया सहायता करे
