I have an issue with Bajaj Service provider in Hisar (Sant Auto -Hisar). When I was visited in this branch and ask for my bike claim they said left bike here and we’ll process its claim further. But till now any positive response yet not received to us. When I ask to Mr. Samsher Singh (Customer Support) for owner’s contact number (Mr. Sunil Dahiya), he simply refuse me for it and gave another number. He also says that they were not sure...

I am facing problem regarding battery and the poor quality parts used in vehicle since 2 months . Finally my vehicle one stopped at the middle of the road as i however was able to bring my vehicle till home and then asked the insurance company for the toe service I was very happy with the insurance company atleast they helped me on 10 aug 2023 my vehicle was taken to wagholi Sai service station i did not got any confirmation that my vehicle...

A few days ago I jave purchase a Bajaj Chetak electric. I am residing in the malegaon Nasik District of Maharashtra. After a week there is noise is heard in rear wheel of bike of days. After that i visited to service center for diagnosis of issue.
I have handover bike to service center which is in dhule. ROYAL MOTORS(13473)

I got the delivery of Bajaj Chetak Electric scooter in October 2022. Fist servicing done. From 08/05/2023 i am facing issue with the scooter. I have a Bajaj Dominar 400 which is 5 year old.

Yesterday, while riding the bike at around 40kmph, the rear bttre locked automatically and the bike skid for around 20 meters on the middle of the road. Thereafter the bike couldnt be put on th roadside since the rear wheel was still locked for another 4-5 minutes. I have paid full payment on 30/05/2022 for chetak.The showroom dealer told me vehicle will be ready to deliver in one week after clearing RTO permissions.So he messaged me on 5/06/2022 vehicle is ready to pickup.
I took the delivery on 12/06/2022.
While taking the delivery they told me you have to come within 45 days or 1000km whichever is earlier for first free service.
After 2 days of calling workshop for appointment,...

I had submitted my vehicle ( Bajaj Avenger Cruise 220 ) KL-22-H-8873 for servicing at the Royal Bajaj service center at Nattakom, Kottayam, Kerala on 19th Mar 2022. The main issue being the fuel leakage from the bottom of the engine.

Recently i bought a new pulsar 150 ABS bike on 23rd march 2022. Now the bike is suddenly getting slow down while on journey. The mechanic told that it is total body part problem. I'm asking them to change that from 10 days but they are not responding. What type of services that u r providing. Talk with showroom person and resolve my bike problem immediately.
