Banana Leaf Trichy — cheating while paying money through debit card

I had my lunch on 20/12/2013 in banana leaf near central bus stand and paid my bill using debit card, i get a reply from bank as money is debited from my account, but the hotel employee says that he didnt get receipt so it will return back to u through bank and asked me to pay by cash, i too pay that using cash. Next day i enquired with bank and they confirmed the money is debited by hotel. So i proceed that complaint to hotel employee to return back my money. They said that they will confirm their head office and reply. I had visited 4 times and called through phone daily still they saying that they need to confirm with bank and they assured that they will call to me of their own. Everyday they ask my phone number.Now a days the manager not attending my call. Still my money is not get back.Once again i confirmed with bank and they said the money get debited from my account 100% sure.i dont know how to get back my money Rs.335-/- already i spent around 150 for travelling and phone calls to this issue.
