my name is sandeep,i've taken a sim on sunday[protected] at 1pm, till now my sim is not activated....what is probleum....when im asking the retailer he is saying network probleum but brother got bsnl sim from another shop but his sim was activated with in 30mins whats wrong with my sim....
[protected] this is number which i've taken.at starting only ur service is not gud wht the hell u'll give us later on....plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz do the need as soon as possible....

    that i have telephone no[protected] after received the bill amt 2092/- we deposit on31 july 2011. after that same day we aproch to mr sardara singh A O kaithal and his staff for restart my broadband connection they assured me that ur connection will restart on monday i apeal him next 15 days daily but his replies was sirf 5 minute ka time abhi suru karte ha . phir 15 din baad usne muje karnal ka mr aamir singh ka nam bataya or bola ki yar hme kya krna ha ye to technical walon ne karna ha aap karnal contact kro no tha[protected] phir hamne lagatar 5 din waha contact kiya madam ka jwab tha krwa rhe ha hmne mail kr di ha phir madam ne muje aamir singh ka mobil no diya jab meine us pr cintact kiya to uska bhi wahi jwab tha ki kr rahe ha is douran hmne sabhi no jo ki karnal ka [protected] pr ambala ka [protected] pr or kurukshetra ka area manager [protected] pr many time contact kiya hr baar ek hi jwab aaj krwa denge but no responce jab meine kaithal [protected] no pr contact kiya to madam ka jwab mila ki hamare pass order nahi pahuncha jab hamne kaithal diet ko sampark kiya to unka jwab tha aapko ek mahina ho gya to muje bhi 4-5 din ka samay do thik krwa dunga aisa jwab sunker meine bsnl ka broadband parmanent disconnet karwane ka irada kiya or ek simple letter ke sath jisme meine pura detail likha ha v form bharker 30 august ko commercial ko de diya ye bsnl ka haal ha meri higher authority se apeal ha ki iski enquiry karai jae meri leeter ko jarur read kiya jae

IRONICALLY MY MONEY ALSO DEDUCTED FOR CALLING THIS NO WHICH IS SO CALLED TOLL FREE NUMBER. YOUR EXECUTIVE ANJALI TOO WAS NOT ONLY RUDE ,BUT NOT HAVING SATISFACTORY REPLY

        HI SIR I M BHAWANI SHANKAR SRIVASTVA AND PURCHASED BSNL CONNECTION 3 MONTHS BACK AND WHEN PURCHASED THIS CONNECTION SALES PERSON NOT TOLD ME ANY FURTHER CHARGES FOR PURCHASE NEW CONNECTION THEN I PAID 1250 AMOUNT OF CONEECTION.WHICH INCLUDEs 750 CONNECTION SECURITY AND 500 HUNDRED LANDLINE SECURITY WHEN BILL WAS COME THE AMT. OF 14 DAYS WHICH IS 1774/-RS WHICH INCLUDE 500 HUNDRED INSTALLATION CHARGES LAND LINE AND 250 RS INSTALLTION CHARGES IS MODEM INSTALLATION BUT NO BODY TOLD ME THESE CHARGES OTHERWISE I DID NOT PURCHASE THIS CONNECTION .
        SO REFUND MY AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
        IF YOU DON'T TAKE ACTION THEN I WILL GO FOR CONSUMER COURT.

          Non Functional of Telephones No.[protected] &[protected]:

          The above telephones are still non-functional despite of complaints to the authorities concerned, though the bills are being regularly paid through Bill Desk even during the months of non-functionality.

          The matter was brought to the notice GM TELEPHONE OF BSNL but without any tangible result. This is a serious deficiency in Service. Would the consumer Forum Bhopal would take cognizance into the matter.

            Nagar.I have taken a BSNL Postpaid connection(Plan 525) on 03/08/2011.My
            mobile no is:[protected].The free 500MB GPRS usage is not activated at my
            no.I have already given a written application to Mr.P K Mishra,BSNL
            Ofice,Mirzapur,(Mansarobar Shopping Complex,Rihand Nagar).He said that it
            is already activated.But no confirmatory message is received by me.I
            talked to customer care representatives,they always said"wait for next 4
            hours".But the problem is still persist.
            Kindly arrange to activate the GPRS Facility at my no as early as
            possible.Shall be thankful for your prompt response.

              Respected Sir/Madam,

              I am Rahul Chitale from Chiplun. I am using BSNL Broadband service on my land line telephone[protected] with plan of Home Night UL 500 since last 2 years. I was fully satisfied with the service. But since few months i have been charged much more bill for Broadband usage when I am using Broadband very few times. Also the officers from Chiplun BSNL office are unable to answer my questions and even they are not showing me my usage details for months. I am getting so many messages from BSNL about my Broadband usage when I am not at all using Broadband connection.
              Also the bsnl irj portal is not supported by web browsers like Internet Explorer 9.0, Mozilla Firefox etc. So I am unable to check my usage online. I was not expecting this type of inconvenience from BSNL.
              So please take quick action to solve my problem.Please do the needful.

                Since more than one month when ever any one dial my BSNL Landline no. o[protected] he hear the computerised voice"Service to the dialed number is temporarely withdrawn. I have personally dialed my land line from my Mobile no. [protected] and heard this voice. You can also try and see the fact. Twice telephinically the complaint was made. It is vervally told that this is some erxchange problem. Who will solve it me or the department who is charging rental every month. My relatives are feeling tough when ever they want to talk to me on landline.

                    This is kind information that my mobile number [protected] serivce of bsnl provider.my name is sandip mukherjee,on 28aug/2011 in the morning RS 673 got deduct from my account balance I immediately called bsnl cus care and gave complains and i was given complain number is H28CD941695,i know that no any bsnl tune,no any type of value added service activate with my connection,I check last balance at last night 1.45 a.m and next check balance at morning 6.05am,how it possible to deduct Rs 637 from my balance, Well what i want to say is our money is hard earned and i want it back ,Therefore,i am request you that please look in to matter as early as possible.This is too much hardship labour.please back my money soon please.

                        I irshad shaikh has applied for new bsnl landline connection to avail broadband connection, i have applied for this connection in month of may. in the starting month i have received a sms confirming my landline no. that is[protected]. approximate on 8th-June-2011. after this till 15 days i was in touch with bsnl people for installation but i was not sucess. i have contacted higher authoruty Mr. mansuri ar vejalpur branch on contact no. "[protected]" and i got commitment of 3 day 5 or 6 times. how ever all communication and commitment was not sucess. so i have contacted Nodal officer before a month via call and e-mail, via call they informed to give call back. and sent email twice on nodal office's no. but still no revert. i am pasting. conversation e-mail below wich i had with nodal officer. if any calrification required. you can feel free to contact me on [protected]

                          i have been using bsnl mobile with the number [protected] but after a raja has done such a huge scam i think these are trying to now cover their debt from us.
                          they have started cutting money from our main balance. each and every day an amt of Rs.15 or Rs.10 gets deducted frm our balance. and wen we ask at customer care first of all they just cut the call not even respond. thn if thy respond they say u have activated a service. this is a service which will first cutyour money n thn tell u that "to download more goto wap.handygo.com"
                          i have checked that this deductions are made from many mobiles.
                          and also making the point of dnd they i hav activated the dnd long back ago but still was recieving messages then i asked some official at the bsnl office, he could not tell me how to do it even when i saw that an instruction paper was in front of him.....
                          so i would like to say that please maake some literate person sit at the post n for ur knowledge this dnd service is not available in bsnl u do activate it the no of times u want but it will never get activated
                          u can try calling 1909 it wil say codedoes not exsist or send message it will say incoorect format...

                          so please i would like to request the bsnl company i[censored] want to cover your depts tell us we will make a contribution for that but this is not the way to just deduct the money ................

                            My internet service has been disconnected from the month of July 2010 because of non payment of dues and I had also not received any bill from that month onward's. I thought that the amount might have been deducted from the security amount that i had deposited earlier, so i didn't go for further enquiry.
                            But all of a sudden the bill has been despatched in this month of august 2011 and all the due has been mentioned for the month's for which i had not received any service
                            ( Till date ). I had went to the office and put forward my queries regarding the monthly bill but they didn't sort my problem.
                            Hence please suggest me some solution's to sort the problem.

                              Our landline phone no. 27452315 remains out of order frequently due to unknown reasons. Complained three times , repaired and it get out of order mostly very next day. BSNL charges full bill for out of order phone . What is the solution?

                              we are having a landline connection number[protected]. this connection gets out of order almost once every week and remains dead for 1/2 days.

                              we have also informed Mr. solanki of bsnl several times that since this is a tractor showroom and this number is given to lot of our customers and hence causing lot of pain to our customers to contact us sometimes.

                              hope this is taken as serious matter and acted upon fast.

                                My previo Tel 2398 2364 was surrendered handed over to BSNL in June 2011.

                                My present residential Tel No is [protected] WLL ) but presenly it is locked by BSNL and as a result we cannot make call from this newly installed telephone.

                                In spite of above , BSNL has sent one bill for Rs.199/- against Tel No. 2398 2364 which is already disconnected and handed over to BSNL Behala Tel Exchange.

                                Please note I have not received any bill against Tel.[protected] WLL ) for the month of August 2011

                                  BSNL 3 G datacard no [protected] not getting connected since 2nd August 2011. Registered complaint to call center, complaint no HO9HR1839873 dtd 9th August & to BSNL portal , complaint no HAR/CO/2011/6448 on 17th August. Still no action from BSNL, Gurgaon. Also when it was running the speed was never above 48 kbps against promised speed of 3.6 mbps. Extremely poor performance & service.

                                  hi, i am sanjay of kolkata..on 19th january, 2009.i made an order of bsnl data card at bsnl outlet and deposited the money.but still today 20/2/09 i am fruitless..what a service !!! then why the people of our country still believe in BSNL.??
                                  Yes Bro, Same here, I am from Jind City Haryana, I think that they can't handle 3G. But just at the name of 3G, they are collecting money from market. I am facing this problem since starting. BSNL is the biggest fraud on earth. at the name of customer care they have biggest fool on this earth. thank God you have a complain no, but in my case they even not registered my complain and told me that your problem will be resolve by evening, today it's 25th days passed. but neither my problem solved nor they pick my phone.


                                  Now I feel that it is just a another scam, first it was 2G, and now it's turn of 3G too.. BSNL is just looting the customers, in my openion

                                    I am having landline broadband connection on telephone no[protected] with unlimited plan of Rs 799.During the month of August 11 my broadband connection was out of order from dated 9/8/2011 to 25/8/2011.I was not able to access the broadband connection while in my plan recurring charges Rs 799 are chargable for the month.As more than half of month i was not able to use broadband connection ,It is requested to exempt 50% charges in my bill for the month of August 2011 .

                                        I (Bhupendra Kumar) applied for BSNL landline connection on 12/07/2011
                                        Reciept No.[protected]
                                        Cons No. PTV UPWGZB[protected]
                                        Untill now date 24 Aug. I didnot get anything working from BSNL.
                                        I met SDO Ghaziabad Mr. Tiwary twice, he gaves silly reasons like "they dont have diggers to dig ground for new connection".

                                        I want a clear answer from BSNL whether they are able to do this or i look for alternate service provider.
