      I have been a regular customer of big basket. i placed an order for a few items on 22nd june 2020 and i got the items on 23rd june evening. the order included fresho capsicum - green 500g (Item no. 9) and cabbage 1 pc (Item 8). upon opening the packet the next day, i found the capsicums were in very bad shape. i am attaching the photograph of the three pieces. i am quite surprised seeing these pieces. the items were something like diseased ones, and spoiled beyond expectation. the cabbage was with a lot of soil like thing, gone even deeper. i have never found anything of this in all my earlier orders. I request you to look into this matter and find out whether something had gone wrong with the respective lots of these two items. Thanks and with regardsyours sincerely

        I had ordered a few items which were to be delivered on 24th may 2020 and for that reason i had to add money to my bb wallet (Which is mandatory in order to make payment for the transaction) for rs 360. They cancelled my order a day before the delivery date without my knowledge or passing any information. On checking the app waiting for the delivery on the delivery dat i got to know that my order was cancelled and amount was credited back to the bb wallet. I was very disappointed but due to the pandemic situation i understood the situation (Though they could have informed me about the same, which didn’t happen). After that again overlooking the past experience, with some trust and hope, i again ordered a few things for which i was made to do add money of rs 3500 in my bb wallet, which accumulated rs 3860 now in my bb wallet. Again without my knowledge and information they cancelled my order which was to be delivered on 14th june and refunded the amount in again my bb wallet. I got to know this on 13th june 2020 this time, as i was keeping a check on the app due to the last incident. Again i placed the order for the delivery to be done on 15th june. Again they cancelled on 16th june 2020. They have a tendency to inform when an order is placed as a confirmation message, but don’t message at all, when they cancel it themselves, making things very inconvenient especially during this pandemic situation. Money is stuck (Rs 3860), didn’t brought things from out as kept waiting for the order. I informed this all to 9 executives of big basket and each one promised to escalate and give a call back. They first told me that the request was already initiated and that money will reflect on my bank account in 7-9 days. On 23rd june 2020 on the 10th day when i contacted them, they told me that the request was not even initiated. I am feeling helpless and cheated. They are not returning my money back. Please help me in this.

          Vide above order, we had ordered 2 items

          1 exo safal scrubber 1 pc 15 rs

          2. Sparklingbright twist mop i pc 149 rs

          You had cancelled item 2 and delivered item 1 without my approval
          There by charging 50 rs as delivery charges for an item of value 15 which is
          Highly objectionable

          Hence i am very unhappy with your service and my delivery charges of rs 50 may be paid to me immediately

            I have paid 6225 via net banking and the amount got debited from my account however i got the message from big basket that transaction failed and i have to pay on cash once my oreder comes. I have called bb agent and he asked me that someone senior will call me back on my issue but nobody called and my issue is yet not resolved.

              Home page in app, indicated availability of slot as standard with timings. But after selection of items while proceeding to checkout, non availability of slots is indicated. This has occurred twice in last two days. Customer care is unable to solve this ptoblem,.

                I became a bb daily customer by virtue of take over from daily ninja. Ever since it’s a pathetic service. It been a week now and i face the following problems - i  don’t get my order, i get partial orders, i get someone else’s order, i get the wrong items delivered, doesn’t get delivered on time.

                I have not received a single response to the emails i have written to the customer care.

                Pathetic service!

                What can i do to get a better service from them?

                  Bigbasket (Bb) app has been storing our last used personal debit/ card information on their app without out our permission (Mentioned as frequent used cards). This is a serious issue related to our personal information which can lead to big financial loss.
                  Another issue is that bb app/ portal is not secured and our credit/ debit card information saved on bb app illegally are being used by bb staff or other hackers to do fraudulent transaction.
                  I am victim of those 2 fraudulent transaction and bb simply not acknowledging this problem and declined to provide any support.
                  My request to bb is to upgrade their app/ portal to make it more secure for their customer and sop saving our card bank details without our permission. Also please return my money to my account. Thanks.

                    I have ordered some products and they are not delivered yet they are marked as delivered. This is 3rd time i am facing issue.
                    They are not at all reliable. They deduct money suddenly without notice and then cannot provide any reason for that.
                    They take orders but they don't deliver them and mark them delivered.

                    They are simply harassing customers and providing fake information through app.

                      I had ordered twice from bigbasket on 2nd May and 25th May. Both the times order was sent to wrong area nad the delivery man returned the orders to the bigbasket store/outlet. Second time the reason mentioned was wrong that the deliveryman was not allowed inside the society, but the fact was that it had been handed to a delivery man on wrong route, which was already mentioned by their customer care executive. Both times amount was refunded to my bbwallet. On 26th April I had placed a request for refund the amount from my bbwallet to source accounts which they said will be processed in 7-9 days.Its more than 10 days now, the request has not yet been processed. When contacted customer care they mentioned they will arrange a call back within 30 mts., but I did not get a call back. In fact till now whenever I contact customer care for any issue, they say they will arrange for a call back with a senior person, but they never call back.

                        I didn't receive one item from my order but it is billed on payment slip and i also dialled on customer care no but neither i received the item nor i got refund of it.

                          I had ordered vegetables from big basket. The quality of onions, tomatoes and potatoes were of third grade quality. The price was charged of good quality but product was of lowest quality.

                              Their warehouse employees, delivery boys are theifs. I always have issues with some or other missing product which they billed. Why cant they do a inspection? On top their customer service is horrible. They will miss delivery of items and expect me to chase their support team for refund of rs 300, write them mail, call them and chat with support team as per their availability and mood to respond. I use to order on big basket for saving time but now when i measure the time, it took me more time to order, receive, validate, chat, talk, email and followup for items. I am writing this to spread awareness among people that who are busy and do not have time to chase support every time for these small issues. Its frustrating! Why cant they improve their technology to make it easy to raise complaints without writing or talking to them for small amount. This time it is even worse, even after chasing for 3 days they have not taken any action against it. The management and leadership team are just looking to increase user base, customer more and more data, so one day when they reach the peak of valuation, find a buyer and exit. Instead of solving customers problem they are increasing it. Pathetic service!!

                                      My product was on cod and once the delivery person came and called i payed the order through google pay. The delivery guy marked products delivered. I went to bring the order but entire items are missing. I called the delivery guy but he has blocked my number. I searched everywhere its not there. The delivery has stolen my items.

                                        I placed my order on big basket on 29th april using their app, but immediately after some time, i cancelled my order due to some of the items not present, in this case, my wallet amount rs. 827/- got deducted but to date, it hasn't been credited to my account. I put up an email on the mail id [protected]@bigbasket.com on the same day (29th april) but haven't got any replies from them. I called them twice to get my refund but every time they gave some of the other reasons. The pathetic thing about bigbasket is they don't have a toll free no., also no resolution being provided after calling them so many times.
