I didn't receive one item from my order but it is billed on payment slip and i also dialled on customer care no but neither i received the item nor i got refund of it....

I had ordered vegetables from big basket. The quality of onions, tomatoes and potatoes were of third grade quality. The price was charged of good quality but product was of lowest quality....

Amount of rs.1209 deducted from bank account while bigbasket denied payment received. Moreover, they are saying to pay again as cash on delivery....

Their warehouse employees, delivery boys are theifs. I always have issues with some or other missing product which they billed. Why cant they do a inspection? On top their customer service is horrible. They will miss delivery of items and expect me to chase their support team for refund of rs 300, write them mail, call them and chat with support team as per their availability and mood to respond. I use to order on big basket for saving time...

I have been trying to get in touch however no one is bothered to answer me, would like to say that i have not received my order for order no. Mbo[protected].

Sms has been received order has been deivered, however i have ntot received any order yet.

I am very disappointed this time. Kindly provide me the status of my order....

I've around 10, 000 rupees balance in my big basket wallet but for a month or above bigbasket is unable to deliver in my area. So, I want my money back to my bank account as soon as possible.
I've put a mail to bigbasket customer service portal but didn't receive any response.

My product was on cod and once the delivery person came and called i payed the order through google pay. The delivery guy marked products delivered. I went to bring the order but entire items are missing. I called the delivery guy but he has blocked my number. I searched everywhere its not there. The delivery has stolen my items.

I placed my order on big basket on 29th april using their app, but immediately after some time, i cancelled my order due to some of the items not present, in this case, my wallet amount rs. 827/- got deducted but to date, it hasn't been credited to my account. This is regarding order number dxmpo[protected].in the item list i had ordered chicken also, but i received a stale product. I had to immediate throw it into the dustbin as the smell was really bad.
If big basket cannot deliver the fresh chicken product, why cant they stop its sale. I am highly disappointed. Also i did send an email to them but they did not have even courtesy to reply to that mail.

This is with regard to the most recent order placed. Issue with delivery agents cancelling orders. 1) order reached at 15:06 for 12-2 pm slot, i did not complain. The agent called when i was in the washroom, there were 4 calls from 15:06 to 15:10 and i even picked up the last call but he disconnected. The last call rang for 8 secs. I am a regular customer of big basket, recently i realized the eggs aren't getting cooked fully and tasting differently. I did a little research and found out that i have been consuming plastic eggs.

On the 28th of april i had placed an order to be delivered by big basket. Not only did they not deliver the complete order, the delivery person kept throwing the biscuits and bread as if he was disposing garbage. On pointing it out to him, he immediately lashed out and the customer service from bigbasket cut my call when i broached the subject stating pandemic crisis so adjusment is necessary from the customer.
