Below are my order details and incident/action against it:

1. 2 Nandini curd on 03/31 : Not received. There was no delivery in our apartment from BBdaily for any of the flats. Delivery status showed DELIVERED. Called the customer care, as per the associate it was not delivered as the product was not available and the status is incorrect, got the refund. I has opted for ring the bell option. Requested the customer care representative to inform security to initiate a call so that I can personally receive my items.

2. Heritage curd 01/04: since I didn't receive curds on 03/31, I ordered again. No one called me, it was not handed over to me personally. 1 packet was left at security with my flat number written on it. Again complained, asked to deliver items to me personally, not to leave it at security. If delivery person asks the security to call at my flat, he will make the call. I will go there personally to collect my goods.

3. ordered veggies and curd 04/04: AGAIN, no call/no one rang the bell. Potato, Bread and Cabbage worth 159/- were missing. Status shows delivered for all. Again I called support and complained. I was told I will get refund in 24 hrs. But when I called again on 05/05, I was informed that I will not get the refund as i called late.

I informed the associate that if i am not getting a call for delivery, how will i know when the product is delivered. He suggested me to wake up at 6am and monitor the app for notifications. However, i told them if they can't refund the money for missing items, they should refund the wallet money to my source account. Its been 10days, no action is taken. I had written email to bbdaily and big basket. Till now no reply. For past 3 days i am calling customer care, no one is answering.

It should be the shop's fault if my order is not delivered to me personally. I demanded the refund which is valid!

      With reference to above order, all items were billed and delivered except one item i, e Eggs - Table Tray 30 pcs billed but it not delivered.Instantly I gave complaints in email about 4 to 5 times but no response was given to my mail and then i call to toll free customer care number 3/4 times but they kept me waiting all the times.Today i being helpless, i want my money back what paid for it which was not deliver by you

        I requested a refund for the products not delivered to me on 12-04-20.
        They dint respond on the ssme day.. On the next day an executive named hari kishore said that the amount will be refunded by eod.. It was not done.
        On 14-04-20 i tried initiating chat and i got connected with anurag and he closed down the chat on my face without even responding to my concern. Then i spoke to veenupriya.. She said the same thing that the amount will be refunded by eod.. I need a solution...
        The items that were not delivered are-
        2 kg banana - rs 113
        6 packets instant popcorn - rs 60
        1 bru coffee 100 gm - 162
        10 maggie masala - 120
        1 brown bread 400 gm - rs 35

          Hi.
          On[protected], i have placed an order on bbdaily of sum of rs 252, order have following items :
          1) pooja oil 1 qty of 130rs
          2) curd packet 2 qty of 56rs
          3) nandini shubham milk 3 qty of 22rs each.
          My entire order was missing on that day and when i have reported the issue with there team they told me amount will get refund to my wallet within 24 hrs but nothing credited yet.

          I am ordering the same products for 4times the is getting cancelled and customer service members are not answering the proper reason may I know y it is been doing like this

            I made a payment of rs 1754 via net banking for
            Order number: mbpfo[protected]
            And the amount got deducted from my account but it is still showing cash on delivery as payment status.
            The sbi payment transfer status shows payment successful but on bigbasket app it is showing that still the amount needs to be paid and payment mode has been converted to cash on delivery. Very disappointing experience.

                  Hi,
                  I am using bbdaily to buy curd every day during these lockdown. The payment for these delivery is from prepaid wallet.
                  However these guys are not delivering since last 5 days but deducting the money from wallet. I dropped an email to the customer care but no reply. Then i called them and after 20 retries i was finally able to connect with them. They just said sorry for inconvenience and this will be resolved by today eod but nothing happened. Neither i got the product nor i got my refund. It is so frustrating to deal with their customer service as they are so hard to reach and do not provide proper resolution.
                  Please advise what can i do to recover my money?

                      Hello,

                      I placed an order with big basket (Order no. Mbo[protected] for delivery on 26-mar-2020 3-5 pm delivery slot.

                      As the delivery guy entered my apartment, i made the payment for this order through paytm (As advised for contact less delivery). However i was working from home and was on call hence i could not inform the delivery guy about the payment already done few minutes back.

                      The delivery guy took the second payment through the credit card for the same order upon delivery from my family member who received the delivery.

                      Now the two payments were made to bigbasket for the same order. I call bigbasket consumer number and raised the complaint (Bb complaint number : [protected]) with them on 26-mar-2020. I was assured that the transaction done through paytm will be refunded back to my paytm wallet.

                      Since then i have followed it up with bigbasket multiple times for non-refunded amount and they have only assured me of call back from their backend team that have not yet called till date.

                      Bigbasket is not addressing the refund and i need to this complaint to be resolved at the earliest.

                      If yes, how u managed to get that...I mean the process...as am also facing similar issue and it's more than 10 days since am following up with big basket for refund.

                        Sir when i try to bying some essential goods from big basket.com but there are not showing not any options to buy there in website showing there is not any slot to buying but as there i made a member of big basket fees 299/rs the slot was become was showing is ready for buy why this when we take membership then slot is ready when we not take membership then slot is not available reflect on buying. So pl action at against bigbasket.

                          I am 68 years old person leaving with my 98 years old father, 71 years brother and 65 years old wife. I am also a "bbstar membership" holder on payment basis for getting a few preference.

                          On the onset of corona virus issue i placed an online order with bigbasket on 19.03.2020 and paid online. Bigbusket accepted the order vide their order no mkoo[protected] with delivery slot between 5-30 pm to 8 pm on 24th march 2020.

                          On 22rd march "janta curfew" was requested and on 22nd march a "lock down" was declarered commencing 23rd evening by pm sri narendra modi endorsed by cm smt. Mamta banerjee. However both pm and cm assured a number of times that essential items and food and daily requirement stocks are available and these will be available to the people and through online supply. Senior citizens ware advised not to venture out of home.

                          Unfortunately i received an email on 23rd march at 21-38 hrs from bigbasket stating that my above order was "cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances". It must have been for the shortage of staff who would have faced sudden jeopardy of the situation.

                          However when it was observed that online supplies resumed by online suppliers like amazon, goofers, including bigbusket (Selectively) i wrote to them that arbitrarily cancellation of my order is not accepted and they need to revoke their cancellation and arrange to supply in kolkata region before they resume to supply new order or order placed later then mine. My email in pdf form is attached for your kind perusal.

                          In spite of this they contacted and inform that they have already cancelled and can not revive it. And they are retaining my amount in my favour. I once again requested to execute my order once they resume supply.

                          Now to day at 13-38 hrs they informed me over sms that they are refunding my amount to my bank a/c which will be reflecting 7 to 8 days time.

                          This act of bigbasket in not only inhumane but also in total defiance to the assurance and instruction given by our pm sri narendra modi ji and our cm smt. Mamta banherjee ji. I am afraid this act of bigbasket in nothing but unfair trade practices and their unfriendly customer relation to put senior citizen to compel to visit crowded market place.

                          I once again request bigbasket to execute my above order at the earliest

                            Iv sent email to the bb team but haven't recievd any response yet. The last order which i made on the bb app couldn't b delivered as it was out of stock so, 588/-. Also i had a refund in my wallet for 25/- against a product for previous orders which wasn't delivered. So total amount in my bb wallet should be 613/- but it shows -27 in my bb wallet. I need the money back. I dont know how is it in negative when i haven't used it.

                              I have ordered items in bb daily but the delivery boy has not delivered but he has marked he has already delivered and i have got a msg that the delivery has been delivered... I have confirmed with my security and ecenbcc cameras then i have compliance in bb daily chat they haven’t responded or solved my issue need a solution for this
                              In this crucial stage of lock down this is just misguiding and mis utilising of customer needs and breaking the customer trusts

                                They have cancelled all my orders, as due to lockdown it was they have refunded my money in my wallet but after some time they have deducted all my money which is 547 rs. Now my wallet shows -20 rs. As we know that we can't transfer money from big basket so, this is very disappointing. Have shame big basket.com
                                You stole money from your customer.
                                I earn money by working very hardly.
                                Very some fear of god.

                                  I have never seen an unprofessional organization like bisgbasket daily.. They donot deliver product and then when you inforrm them that the product they say that nothing can b done as the product shows delivered in their system.

When i called the customer care regarding this, they said its customers fault.. Their delivery guy has delivered it at 5:55 am.. They told me that i need to submit video proof that delivery did not happen.. I would also like to inform others not to fall in their trap.. They are highly unprofessional

                                      I had placed order in bigbasket last month 19th march and the order no. Was mkoo[protected]. The delivery date promised on 24th of march. I was ok with the order with the situations as of 19th march. But in next 2-3 days situation worsened for corona effect. Things which i had ordered can not be accepted due to health safety reasons and i went ahead and cancelled the order on 21st of march. Bigbasket deducted 30 rs cancellation charge. I think they should not charge cancellation fee due to following reasons
                                      1. When i booked the order, i was not aware about this new cancellation charge.
                                      2. I tried to call multiple times to understand how they will deliver those items in current scenario. But their waiting time in call was 15 to 30 minutes
                                      3. After cancellation i able to connect with customer service and they promised to waive the cancellation charge
                                      4. The order was cancelled 3 days before delivery and there is no point of asking of cancellation charge
                                      I was waiting till today to get back my total money, which is yet to refund back in my bank but not received anything yet and when called them they said they will give me call back for cancellation refund money but not received any call back. Hope this issue will be resolved soon

                                        I Have Made 2 Orders In Big Basket Dated 25th Mar'20 And 26th Mar'20 For Delivery On 31st Mar'20. After Waiting Around 6 Days On 31st Mar'20 I Got Message That "Due To External Constraints, We Are Not Able To Deliver The Order".
                                        Payment Was Made Upfront For The Same But On Cancellation Amount Is Refunded To Wallet Which I Cannot Use Because Those Can Be Used Only In Big Basket.

                                        In The Current Situation Of COVID 19 Where Govt. Is Helping To Deliver The Goods And Food Free Of Cost, I Am Not Getting Anything After Payment And My Money Also Got Blocked.

                                        Now I Need The The Money To My Original Payment Method.Because Bigbasket Is Neither Delivering Goods Nor Refunding My Money Which I Paid Upfront.
