Sir when i try to bying some essential goods from big basket.com but there are not showing not any options to buy there in website showing there is not any slot to buying but as there i made a member of big basket fees 299/rs the slot was become was showing is ready for buy why this when we take membership then slot is ready when we not take membership then slot is not available reflect on buying. So pl action at against bigbasket....

I am 68 years old person leaving with my 98 years old father, 71 years brother and 65 years old wife. I am also a "bbstar membership" holder on payment basis for getting a few preference.

On the onset of corona virus issue i placed an online order with bigbasket on 19.03.2020 and paid online. Bigbusket accepted the order vide their order no mkoo[protected] with delivery slot between 5-30 pm to 8 pm on 24th march 2020.br...

Iv sent email to the bb team but haven't recievd any response yet. The last order which i made on the bb app couldn't b delivered as it was out of stock so, 588/-. Also i had a refund in my wallet for 25/- against a product for previous orders which wasn't delivered. So total amount in my bb wallet should be 613/- but it shows -27 in my bb wallet. I need the money back. I dont know how is it in negative when i haven't used it....

I have ordered items in bb daily but the delivery boy has not delivered but he has marked he has already delivered and i have got a msg that the delivery has been delivered... I have confirmed with my security and ecenbcc cameras then i have compliance in bb daily chat they haven’t responded or solved my issue need a solution for this
In this crucial stage of lock down this is just misguiding and mis utilising of customer needs and...

They have cancelled all my orders, as due to lockdown it was they have refunded my money in my wallet but after some time they have deducted all my money which is 547 rs. Now my wallet shows -20 rs. As we know that we can't transfer money from big basket so, this is very disappointing. Have shame big basket.com

I have never seen an unprofessional organization like bisgbasket daily.. They donot deliver product and then when you inforrm them that the product they say that nothing can b done as the product shows delivered in their system.

I had placed order in bigbasket last month 19th march and the order no. Was mkoo[protected]. The delivery date promised on 24th of march. I was ok with the order with the situations as of 19th march. But in next 2-3 days situation worsened for corona effect. Things which i had ordered can not be accepted due to health safety reasons and i went ahead and cancelled the order on 21st of march. Bigbasket deducted 30 rs cancellation charge....

I Have Made 2 Orders In Big Basket Dated 25th Mar'20 And 26th Mar'20 For Delivery On 31st Mar'20. After Waiting Around 6 Days On 31st Mar'20 I Got Message That "Due To External Constraints, We Are Not Able To Deliver The Order".
Payment Was Made Upfront For The Same But On Cancellation Amount Is Refunded To Wallet Which I Cannot Use Because Those Can Be Used Only In Big Basket.

My mother had placed an order for 1250 on the 18th march which was supposed to be delivered by the 24th march morning. But even after the confirming with their customer executives many times, they eventually cancelled the order...

I purchased grocery from big basket app of rupees 1136 & make payment through airtel bank. The money is deducted from my airtel wallet, but payment was not successfull. I called the bb people but they said not received any payment from my side & the airtel people are not responding about this matter.
What to do now i lost my money plz do the needful....

We depended on this delivery and did not look for any other sources to purchase the necessities ourselves. None of the items were delivered, all orders were cancelled. We understand that this is though time for all o[censored]s, but this is really irresponsible. You could have given intimation beforehand, so that we could prepare ourselves....

On 25.03.20 i placed online order worth rs.3192/- and also paid online but message received due to movement restriction we can not make delivery. I tried again after checkout i was told that out of 13 items only 4 or 5 items (Only buscuits) are available and we will be notified for rest items then i confirmed only 3/4 items but after clicking checkout i got message slot not available. Then i got message that some are now available i again...

Order that was placed one week in advance, was cancelled just in time for the delivery. We depended on this delivery and did not go out the purchase the necessities ourselves. Order is showing up in app as well as through a message as delivered, money was deducted from wallet, nothing came up to me, no calls, no door bell, , no response from customer support team...

1) milk delivery of mar 26 didn’t happen. Although rs. 47 were already deducted. The app shows "to be delivered" even until today i. E. Mar 27. I got a notification on the app and an sms that no delivery will happen on mar 26. I asked this query on bb daily app and the executive very conveniently said the order was delivered. How can the executive be lying so casually when the bb daily already confirmed a...

I ordered groceries from bigbaset on 23-march-2020. Thee was paid in total immediately. Big basket cancelled my order from their side the same day.

However instead of refunding the amount to the source which was charged, they mentioned it will be refunded to the big basket wallet. The wallet amount can only be used with big basket and since their website and mobile app are disfunctional for last several days i am not able...

I have placed 4 orders on 23 rd march with bigbasket total amount of rs 6073.. Its tough time for everyone coz its locked down on 25 th march i received message from bigbasket that all my orders are cancelled coz restricted by government. Order placed on 20.3.20 vide accepted and paid order no.[mnovo[protected]] has been cancelled a day after the delivery date. If you couldnt provide services in time.. Then why you did you provided any slot for delivery in the first place. Or else you should have clearly mentioned that the orders might get cancelled. We trusted you for the services.. But even after canceling the order you refunded the money in wallet and not in customers...
