Several items ordered were not delivered ( some sample screenshots attached), did not get item, please give refund, had raised complaint on email got a ticket which was not resolved...

I am a regular customer of big basket, recently i realized the eggs aren't getting cooked fully and tasting differently. I did a little research and found out that i have been consuming plastic eggs.
I have verified after performing few tests on the eggs to confirm they are plastic/fake ones. My order was received on may03, 2020 and order n0 is mguo[protected] and the eggs are bigbasket's brand fresho eggs.

On the 28th of april i had placed an order to be delivered by big basket. Not only did they not deliver the complete order, the delivery person kept throwing the biscuits and bread as if he was disposing garbage. On pointing it out to him, he immediately lashed out and the customer service from bigbasket cut my call when i broached the subject stating pandemic crisis so adjusment is necessary from the customer.

How is that...

I must say that i am disgusted with your stupid service and we have the same problems every time we place an order to you.
Imagine, that if the delivery person cannot get the call through, does it mean the order is cancelled?

Please note and it should be educated to all of you sitting out there, that if the customer places an order and if the payment is already done, it is the job of the delivery person to find the...

I have made several time responded on chat of bb daily regarding delivery of less number of milk pouches than the subscription made. We are not free to make complaint every now and then.
Despite my repeated complaints there is no action and less number of pouches are delivered and we have to write and wait for refund.
If you wouldn't improve your service then big basket will get bad name soon.

Big basket makes deliveries to my neighbour, but I have not got a time slot the whole month. When I open the app it say time slots available, but when I check out, it says no time slots available.
I called the helpline on 11th April at 11.08 am. I was assured that my deposit would be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. That has not happened.
I do not want to waste time and make myself frustrated with bad service. So kindly refund...

I had subscribed for amul butter milk along with gokul cow milk after my recharge of rs. 1000 done on 10th april.
I see that on 23rd april amul butter milk was not delivered (Qty 1 litre). I received only packet of cow milk

It is showing in bbdaily app as delivered.
I want it to be refunded back to my wallet.

I have been chasing this multiple times with support team over chat but i do not receive...

During this lockdown period i am personally thankful for the services we are receiving till date in the midst of the odds. I had ordered grocery items from bbdaily application and recharged money with 5091 amount.. But all the ordered were always undelivered.. I tried to order multiple times and thinking i can use my wallet amount but they are not refunding my money to my source account and showing false status of items as delivered of above inr900 amount. From march 2020 iam facing delivery issue with bbdaily. Regularly complaining through their chat service but issue not resolved. Sent mail also to [protected]@bigbasket.com but no response. Every day they debit my account but do not deliver my requirement. They ask me to wait till 10am but no delivery done and when complaint raised they will refund. The same practice going on regularly. For my March 2020 order, big basket delayed the delivery. So I had to cancel. Still they charged me 30 rs cancellation.

1) today on 24-april i ordered few food items - curd, milk, cheese slice and rawa/sooji
Recieved the order but instead of rawa, roce flour has been delivered, which i don't require
