I have purched food items during lockdown from bigbasket alsong with eggs on 17th april 2020. J purched 24 egges and yesterday night we had it along with rice. While having the egg, we had a serious suapect about quality of egg. However since it is from bigbasket we trusted. Today morning follwing checked and found.

1. While shaking egg, we can hear sound
2. Eggs were not goin under the water while keeping on a mug of water.
3. No smell of eggs

We are very much worried as entire mu family includes 2 kids, mother and wife had it. I have given request to bigbasket for takjng if back and got return date as tomorrow. Please take strict action considering life of people accross india.

      Hii,
      I am nikki sharma. Few days before i order some groceries from big basket but due to lockdown the item not delivered and the amount of item are debited to my bb wallet and after this the money deducted from my bb wallet without any information. And them i need some groceries i check my bb wallet there is no money. I talk to customer care there is no suitable response. They said in 7 to 9 days the money was back but after days there is no money. I need some groceries please help me.

        Bbdaily customer care not respond the compliant since 2 apr 2020. This month i subscribed 500 ml milk from 1 apr today 19 apr during 19 days they have not delivered milk 8 days. Their application always shows delivered i write the email when it's not delivered but no reply. They are not refund the money to me. All my money has locked in their wallet. The are not delivered any order and not refund the money.

          This is my 3rd mail to you all. Its now 10.55 am and the order is still not delivered to security nor at my doorstep. Go through the mail trail.

          Am trying to contact on both the numbers provided on the app. No one picks up. Nor their is a response to chat for now 1.5 hours approximately.

          Absolute cheating. I curse you and your team that this kind of attitude will not take you or you company far.

          I think you have started cheating as a company because you don't have money to pay for salaries as well as to dealers/suppliers so you want to swallow customer money.

          Yesterday also when i woke up, i did not find milk at my doorstep. When i checked i was told it is delivered at security. I went to security and picked up the milk and found it to be a different packet. I was delivered toned milk instead of full cream as per my order. Also the security guard told me that the delivery boy came and kept the milk and rushed out without telling the flat number to which it was to be delivered. I chatted with prem kumar, vanitha, karthik etc. And asked them if can be called back by a senior agent. They kept promising that i will be called in 15-20 minutes but i did not receive a call for the whole day from bbdaily.

          Here is that i want as actions from your end:

          A) refund me the money for my non - delivery of order today or give me the order
          B) terminate services of delivery boy at my society as well as get milk delivered to my doorstep since there are no issues at my security gate
          C) terminate services of prem kumar, vanitha, karthik and sridhar, all your bbdaily agents for false promises of call back and false information on delivery of my products
          D) apology from your and your team's end for inconvenience and a promise that in future i will not face any issues

          I await your reply or else i take it to the court for a legal battle even if the money involved is a small amount.

            I have seen that the people in big basket daily are really unprofessional and unethical by not delivering the product, not responding to customer calls. This has been for long time and no change in their behaviour and attitude as money has come to their wallet and it is getting deducted even if the product is not delivered.

                  Bbdaily is not delivering milk but detecting money saying it is delivered already. We have taken bbdaily milk subscription. Though our society allows doorstep delivery bbdaily suddenly sent a message stating that as per society rules we will deliver the items at security gate only. And they have deducted money saying that milk was delivered. But there was no delivery at security gate as well. No one is responding at the customer care phone number

                    Hi, i was chasing bigbasket every 2 hours on the day delivery was supposed to happen i. E. 15 april.

                    I also followed up thrice on 16th.

                    I also followed up thrice on 17th.

                    Now on 18 april, they did not grant me refund, saying that the order is past 48 hours. It was deliberately done to earn money using unenthical way. Please reply.

                      I had ordered few essential commodities from big basket on 15th april 2020 at 10:26 am worth rs 4952.54 with order no - mnofo[protected] and got the confirmation that the order will be delivered between 06:30 am - 08:30 pm.
                      On morning at 08:09 am on 17th april 2020, i got a call from the bigbasket delivery man from the mobile no [protected] and he confirmed the address and said that order will be delivered at about 08:00 pm.
                      On 17th april 2020, 01:00 pm i got a message that my order has been cancelled and when i called customer care, they said the items are unavailable.
                      How can the packed items which the delivery boy was on way to my home became unavailabl all of a sudden. This type of fraud act itself is raising questions in the working management of bigbasket and its channel of logistics. Moreover the money is not getting refunded.
                      In this tough times of corona virus, such fraudulent things are happening in the country when all the innocent citizens are fighting with the pandemic.
                      I request bigbasket to immediately take an action aginst this and send my hard earned money back.

                      Big Basket had advised me that their Refund Policy states that the Refund will be generated within 24 hours and its already more than 24 hours, my refund has not been initiated yet.

                        From my mobile number [protected] i placed order no. A-mmoo[protected] of rs.2758/ around 28-mar (Date is not showing anymore in my mobile app). Big basket has neither delivered it nor refunded the amount back to me. Complaints to their customer care have been raised many times under ticket numbers #[protected], #[protected] and #[protected] but no action has been taken yet and now they have disabled option to enter any more message to them against said tickets.

                        It will be great if my amount can be returned and some penalty is imposed to the company for unethical practice.

                          I have purchased eggs packet from fresho from your bigdaily on 17th april in pune, eggs what i received are fake eggs, yolk melted in egg white very easily without whisking and i can even hear sound when i shake the egg. Normally real egg yolk does not mix with white with easily unless you whisk it and you will not hear any sound from real eggs
                          I request you to take strict action regarding this issue as this kind of eggs might be in your house as well and kids might be eating in breakfast.

                                Hi.
                                On 13th april i placed a bb daily order via the app. The slot allotted was 15th april 2020 before 7am. I am writing this from bangalore.

                                I have placed an order on bbdaily of the sum of rs 454.62, the order had 10 items and the following items are missing. As there is no chance to meet the agent as deliver was put outside our apartment campus with security monitored of course, but they are not allowed to touch the package.
                                I complained in email and chat is not working. None picked the call centers in last 24 hours i tried 3 times.
                                Missing items

                                1) potato 1 kg of 149rs
                                2) carrot local 500g of 20.5rs
                                3) coconut medium 1 pc of 34.5rs
                                4) match box (Locker brand) 10pcs, qty 1 10rs.

                                Today credit is expecting back for the 4 items into my wallet.

                                My rest of 6 items are very good and fresh on that day. When i have tried reporting the issue no one is accessible in phone, chat. No e-mail reply as well yet for the same.

                                Understood it is a lockdown, and for a record am creating this complaint. And i am a bigbasketier for longer time, than a bb daily customer. And hope they look at this soon as even bb customer care is not able to connect me to bb daily call center nos provided.

                                  I placed an order with bigbasket for rs953. It was canceled and big basket said they refined the amount to my source but i haven't received any amount till today. They gave me a unique request id - a7b391b40bb455fa84432c3b6f1aeef.

                                  My bank hasn't received any of the amounts and i have asked bigbaket again and again called them also but no response is received from their side. 953 rs has not been processed into my account and no reference id or utr id is provided by them

                                    I dint get any order today 13th April and it is showing like milk got delivered..

                                    This is my second email on order not delivered and I dint get my refund.

                                    1. 29th March I dint got curd . I have ordered for milk amd curd I got only milk
                                    2. 24 th March I don't got my order . It is showing like order for delivered.

                                      Enclosed is the screenshot of the order[protected] details. I have been following up n number of times (email, calls, messages) for refund of the order in my account since the product is showing delivered when i have actually not received the delivery of it and payment is already done by me.

                                      THERE IS NO RESPONSE received for email compalint (pic enclosed) as well and refund is still not processed.no action is taken by kavitha ahead. Also on customer care no they ask to wait and cut the call and do not process refund. I NEED THE REFUND ASAP. I MUST HAVE SPENT MORE ON THE FOLLOW UP IS DID FOR MY ORDER OF RS.200.

                                        I placed order with discounted price. But when payment mode activiate that time big basket applied original MRP price. In my mobile app. most of items have their discount price shown there. I paid through debit card. And had bought so many items so I keep trust on big basket and paid money through my card. But difference is approximately of 700 to 800/- rs. loss of mine money .Please do something. I complained them through email and called them but they are not responding me. I spent Rs.4953.25 via Debit Card at WWW BIGBASKET COM on[protected]:12:29:20.so few items are discountable but didn't get those discounted price. Thanks
