eggs are fake

I have purchased eggs packet from fresho from your bigdaily on 17th april in pune, eggs what i received are fake eggs, yolk melted in egg white very easily without whisking and i can even hear sound when i shake the egg. Normally real egg yolk does not mix with white with easily unless you whisk it and you will not hear any sound from real eggs

I dint get any order today 13th April and it is showing like milk got delivered..

I requested a refund for the products not delivered to me on 12-04-20.
They dint respond on the ssme day.. On the next day an executive named hari kishore said that the amount will be refunded by eod.. It was not done.

On[protected], i have placed an order on bbdaily of sum of rs 252, order have following items :
1) pooja oil 1 qty of 130rs
2) curd packet 2 qty of 56rs
3) nandini shubham milk 3 qty of 22rs each.
My entire order was missing on that day and when i have reported the issue with there team they told me amount will get refund to my wallet within 24 hrs but nothing credited yet....

I made a payment of rs 1754 via net banking for
Order number: mbpfo[protected]
And the amount got deducted from my account but it is still showing cash on delivery as payment status.
The sbi payment transfer status shows payment successful but on bigbasket app it is showing that still the amount needs to be paid and payment mode has been converted to cash on delivery. Very disappointing experience....

I am using bbdaily to buy curd every day during these lockdown. The payment for these delivery is from prepaid wallet.
However these guys are not delivering since last 5 days but deducting the money from wallet. I dropped an email to the customer care but no reply. Then i called them and after 20 retries i was finally able to connect with them. They just said sorry for inconvenience and this will be resolved by today eod...

big basket not refunding money for multiple payment made for same order

I placed an order with big basket (Order no. Mbo[protected] for delivery on 26-mar-2020 3-5 pm delivery slot.
