repeated cancellation of orders and no refund issued

My mother had placed an order for 1250 on the 18th march which was supposed to be delivered by the 24th march morning. But even after the confirming with their customer executives many times, they eventually cancelled the order...

I purchased grocery from big basket app of rupees 1136 & make payment through airtel bank. The money is deducted from my airtel wallet, but payment was not successfull. I called the bb people but they said not received any payment from my side & the airtel people are not responding about this matter.
What to do now i lost my money plz do the needful.

    5 different orders that were placed well in advance, were cancelled just in time for the delivery. We depended on this delivery and did not look for any other sources to purchase the necessities ourselves. None of the items were delivered, all orders were cancelled. We understand that this is though time for all o[censored]s, but this is really irresponsible. You could have given intimation beforehand, so that we could prepare ourselves. Really disappointed and now my money amounting to rs. 7193 has been blocked in big basket account. Atleast they could have credited this in my bank account so i should have been able to use it as i am already running out of money because of this lock down. This is an insensitive behavior from big basket in this hard time.

      On 25.03.20 i placed online order worth rs.3192/- and also paid online but message received due to movement restriction we can not make delivery. I tried again after checkout i was told that out of 13 items only 4 or 5 items (Only buscuits) are available and we will be notified for rest items then i confirmed only 3/4 items but after clicking checkout i got message slot not available. Then i got message that some are now available i again tried to order and again selected those items in my cart the value came around 2192/- aprox i was told to checkout now again they said slot not available. I was so irritated and send them mail but no reply. Yesterday again i tried and again some items we not available so checkedout whatever was available (11 items) rs.1040/- but got message your cart is empty whereas i see all items in cart. I again tried today morning for 9 items (2 reduced) for rs.672/- i checkedout and after checkout i was on payment page and paid from big basket wallet now when i was told to place oredr my cruiser hanged on place order and i could not place order. The whole story is not 100% correct may be i forgot some thing but 95% is correct. I think they do not have stock but they should tell us clearly on thier site before we proceed further. They say only on last page of order. These type of people must get a good lesson as we buy during our life but on this hard time they mislead us.

        Order that was placed one week in advance, was cancelled just in time for the delivery. We depended on this delivery and did not go out the purchase the necessities ourselves. None of the items was delivered, entire order was cancelled. We understand that this is though time for all o[censored]s, but this is really irresponsible. You could have given intimation beforehand, so that we could prepare ourselves. Really disappointed

              Big basket daily

              1) milk delivery of mar 26 didn’t happen. Although rs. 47 were already deducted. The app shows "to be delivered" even until today i. E. Mar 27. I got a notification on the app and an sms that no delivery will happen on mar 26. I asked this query on bb daily app and the executive very conveniently said the order was delivered. How can the executive be lying so casually when the bb daily already confirmed a day before that operations were shut on mar 26.

              2) i placed an order for 7 items worth rs. 401. And, the target delivery date was mar 29. Now the app shows no items from those 7 items list to be delivered on mar 29. What happened to those items? Its order# 11977612. Will those be delivered or not, if not then when will the refund happen as none of the 7 items will be delivered?

              I am looking for a total refund of rs. 47 and rs. 401.

                unable to get refund for cancelled order

                I ordered groceries from bigbaset on 23-march-2020. Thee was paid in total immediately. Big basket cancelled my order from their side the same day.

                However instead of refunding the amount to the source which was charged, they mentioned it will be refunded to the big basket wallet. The wallet amount can only be used with big basket and since their website and mobile app are disfunctional for last several days i am not able...

                bigbasket cheating by not returning my money in my bank account

                I have placed 4 orders on 23 rd march with bigbasket total amount of rs 6073.. Its tough time for everyone coz its locked down on 25 th march i received message from bigbasket that all my orders are cancelled coz restricted by government. They have refunded my money but in bigbasket wallet for next 2 months i will not get salary. Bigbasket cheated me they credited my amount in wallet instead of bank.. I have to purchase so many houehold things...

                Order placed on 20.3.20 vide accepted and paid order no.[mnovo[protected]] has been cancelled a day after the delivery date. If you couldnt provide services in time.. Then why you did you provided any slot for delivery in the first place. Or else you should have clearly mentioned that the orders might get cancelled. We trusted you for the services.. But even after canceling the order you refunded the money in wallet and not in customers account. This is purely cheating.
                This is completely wrong and unfair. Moreover there are no customer care chat service or contact numbers to register any complain. I want a refund of the paid amount in my account at the earliest.

                  Recently 3 Bigbasket orders of mine were cancelled.
                  1) MGUO[protected] for Rs. 1539.50
                  2) A-MGUO[protected] for Rs. 6943
                  3) MGUO[protected] for Rs. 1735
                  But the refund is being credited to my BB wallet and not to my bank account. I need that money to stock up on essential items since I am in self-quarantine. And I cannot do that as my money is trpped in the form of store credit which isn't even...

                  I am a regular customer at the site. In fact I am a BBstar member. My id is Lanun khongsai. Recently 3 orders of mine were cancelled.
                  1) MGUO[protected] for Rs. 1539.50
                  2) A-MGUO[protected] for Rs. 6943
                  3) MGUO[protected] for Rs. 1735
                  I understand that you must be facing difficulties because of the current state of affair. But the refund is being credited to my BB wallet and not to my bank account. That is a big big problem as you can see- the amount I spent isn't a small one. I need that money to stock up on essential items since I am in self-quarantine. And I cannot do that if you trap my money in the form of your store credit when your site isn't even functional. I cannot take your store credit. Please refund me to my bank account. I used my debit card to pay for the items, not the store credits and I would also like to be refunded the same way. Also my details are saved in the site.
                  Please do the needful. I absolutely refuse to take store credits. That would be very selfish and self serving of you.

                    I purchaed grocery fm big basket but they cancelled my order and credited the amount in bb wallet. Pls credit the amount of my cancelled order to my my card and not bb wallet.

                      This is to inform you that i am subscriber of milk from bb daily from last 2 years, i was surprised to note that milk was not delivered. There is lock down in west bengal and in such situation the milk was not delivered to regular customer like me. Big basket is refusing to deliver the milks. Big basket is not following the orders initiated by gov of wb and supply the item which are more profitable to them.
                      As per government order we cannot go out of home to purchase the milk and government of west bengal have allowed e commerce operator like big basket to supply the essential goods liker milk. Big basket is not compying the order of government of west bengal in such crises of cornoa virus.

                      Big Basket is misleading us by sending different type of SMS regarding supply of Food which we give online. For last 7 days he is unable to send single item till date in spite of giving false assurances. Govt says there is no restriction on movement of essential goods carriers and no shortage of food but Big Basket is doing whatever he like.

                        Order placed on 18.3.20 vide accepted and paid order no.[protected] has been cancelled without giving any reasons. It is understandable that suddenly orders have been increased many fold and a company like big basket can not handle such spurt in orders.

                        But, you should know your service capability and orders must be accepted accordingly. Suddenly on delivery day you have cancelled the order and cheated the consumer with his money. This is completely unfair and i believe, you will lose your hard earned market and reputation for this kind of erratic behaviour.

                            I have placed an order on monday night with bb, it was to be delivered on sat evening, bb got entire 5 days to fulfill the order, still it cancelled my order before 24 hrs. If the items were out of stock why did they took my order. They could have also cancelled my order on tue or wed but they chose to cancel it just before 24 hrs. I have not seen any organisation running so unprofessionally. I understand we are all under crisis right now due to corona, even i am working from home and making sure my client doesn't get effected. If not the same dedication, still i was expecting some sort of professionalism. Bb is the worst app ever and the employees they have hired are the worst of all. When i called the customer care rather than resolving the issue the guy told me i don't understand your frustration madam and what resolution you want, he was asking me questions rather than providing any resolution. That was pathetic. Rather than hiring srk for promotion bb cd do better investment in updating their employees. Also bb is a fraud. I have done my payment on 17/03/2020 today is 21/03/2020. Its been 5 days they have kept my money and now the money is refunded to my bb wallet and not to the source of payment. Have some shame big basket.

                              delay delivery

                              I had the delivery slot for today between 4:30 and 7:30 pm. My order number is mco[protected]. I did not get it delivered till now (10:00 pm).
                              I don't want it to be delivered beyond this time and neither am i able to change the delivery slot as it has its current status to be out for delivery. I like my order to be delivered in the first slot tomorrow morning. Else please refund my money back and cancel this order....

                              I had placed an order on big basket which was suppsed to be delivered 2 days later, which is today. But, they cancelled the order today and asked me to reorder to the next available schedule. It is ridiculous for the customer to wait for 2 days and their order gets cancelled with some generic sms message. I have to wait for another 2 days but with what guarantee??
