This is to inform you that i am subscriber of milk from bb daily from last 2 years, i was surprised to note that milk was not delivered. There is lock down in west bengal and in such situation the milk was not delivered to regular customer like me. Big basket is refusing to deliver the milks. Big basket is not following the orders initiated by gov of wb and supply the item which are more profitable to them.
As per government order we cannot go out of home to purchase the milk and government of west bengal have allowed e commerce operator like big basket to supply the essential goods liker milk. Big basket is not compying the order of government of west bengal in such crises of cornoa virus.
BigBasket.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Big Basket is misleading us by sending different type of SMS regarding supply of Food which we give online. For last 7 days he is unable to send single item till date in spite of giving false assurances. Govt says there is no restriction on movement of essential goods carriers and no shortage of food but Big Basket is doing whatever he like.

    Order placed on 18.3.20 vide accepted and paid order no.[protected] has been cancelled without giving any reasons. It is understandable that suddenly orders have been increased many fold and a company like big basket can not handle such spurt in orders.

    But, you should know your service capability and orders must be accepted accordingly. Suddenly on delivery day you have cancelled the order and cheated the consumer with his money. This is completely unfair and i believe, you will lose your hard earned market and reputation for this kind of erratic behaviour.

        I have placed an order on monday night with bb, it was to be delivered on sat evening, bb got entire 5 days to fulfill the order, still it cancelled my order before 24 hrs. If the items were out of stock why did they took my order. They could have also cancelled my order on tue or wed but they chose to cancel it just before 24 hrs. I have not seen any organisation running so unprofessionally. I understand we are all under crisis right now due to corona, even i am working from home and making sure my client doesn't get effected. If not the same dedication, still i was expecting some sort of professionalism. Bb is the worst app ever and the employees they have hired are the worst of all. When i called the customer care rather than resolving the issue the guy told me i don't understand your frustration madam and what resolution you want, he was asking me questions rather than providing any resolution. That was pathetic. Rather than hiring srk for promotion bb cd do better investment in updating their employees. Also bb is a fraud. I have done my payment on 17/03/2020 today is 21/03/2020. Its been 5 days they have kept my money and now the money is refunded to my bb wallet and not to the source of payment. Have some shame big basket.

          delay delivery

          I had the delivery slot for today between 4:30 and 7:30 pm. My order number is mco[protected]. I did not get it delivered till now (10:00 pm).
          I don't want it to be delivered beyond this time and neither am i able to change the delivery slot as it has its current status to be out for delivery. I like my order to be delivered in the first slot tomorrow morning. Else please refund my money back and cancel this order....

          I had placed an order on big basket which was suppsed to be delivered 2 days later, which is today. But, they cancelled the order today and asked me to reorder to the next available schedule. It is ridiculous for the customer to wait for 2 days and their order gets cancelled with some generic sms message. I have to wait for another 2 days but with what guarantee??

            I had ordered white bread through big basket, which got delivered on 17th march. It was a 400g packet of big bread. The expiry date given on the packet was 19th march. But on 18th march i noticed that the top piece of the unopened packet was affected by fungus. Now the whole packet is not in a consumable form. The photos are attached herewith. (My order number is #wbo[protected]. I would like to have a replacement for the same.

              My entire order was not delivered till 10:30 in the night, and was cancelled at that time. The next day i had called them several times (Between 8 a. M till 10:30 a. M). I requested them to arrange for the delivery as soon as possible. But they said they can deliver only after two day. They had not arranged any immediate slots, rather they were giving me a slot after two days!. As i had paid in advance all my money is with them.

                fraud/ pathetic service

                Big basket takes money and order with 2 hours delivery commitment. Then does not deliver. Asked for refund. Not given for last 3months. Further blocked my account and not able to purchase and whenever you will try to take your money from wallet it will show no slots available. Deleted all reviews and does not allow to post reviewa. High level cheating company....

                Bb daily is charging price for nandini shubham orange milk packet for rs43 where as market price is rs 41. Everyday i have to raise complian to bbdaily customer care then they refund money. Still they have not resolved this price issue. Bbdaily customer service people told they will arrange a call to resolve my issue but still no solution. I have paid extra rs 6 for 3 milk packets for the month of february and march till date. They are cheating many consumers as most of the customer will not see price behind milk packet

                  Order# bho[protected]; i have been a loyal big basket customer for years but off late noticed they are cheating customers. They conveniently drop items from the order despite having a review order option during the check-out, that shows if the ordered items are in stock or not. But they have been dropping items from the list and add the money paid to the bb-wallet. I am asking big basket, what is the use of the 'review order' option when you can at whims and fancies drop items that are to be delivered? I ordered items because they were on sale and that very items was conveniently stopped from being delivered. This is not the first time, they have a habit of doing this. This causes a lot of inconvenience when as a customer i am waiting on that items to be delivered! This is plain and simple cheating. Delete the review option. When i called their customer service, the supervisor says that in real time, inventory in the back-end is being depleted. I told them if they claim to be the biggest e-commerce groceries to learn something or two from real time platforms like book my show and not give the customers stupid reasons for dropping items from the order. Good bye to big basket.

                  Cust complianed- that the product OOS (Fresho-Chicken Breast - Boneless 1 Kg/Fresho-Broccoli - Florets 200 g quantity change due to OOS). hence spoke to cust apologized for same and assured this will be taken care of as its the repeated issue. closing the ticket.
                  Complain against increasing price of surface cleaner.
                  Since the recent Covid19 Scare Big Basket and many other Online portals have increased the Cost of Surface Cleaners to more than Double.

                  Example: This Bleach in lemon variant it 2.2 times the Old Price.

                  This is hoarding and looting people in the event of Scare.

                    10 days free milk fraud

                    Bbdaily is doing fraud by making people to subscribe for 10 days free milk. Their customer team called me and explaned me about the offer and ask me to subscribe for 10 days free milk with some coupon. They didn't not tell me anything about terms and conditions. Suddenly one day i got call from bbdaily saying that milk will not be delivered due to insufficient balance. Then i checked my history and got to know that they are deducting money...

                    Despite of my call, mail to big basket they have delivered products at my address. The delivery slot was rescheduled by big basket and despite they incapable to deliver as given slot.
                    Also important is i have received spoiled fresho beans, which pic attached.
                    When i wrote to customer care for cancellation no response till now.
                    After so many valid complaints, that's on quality and health safety neither consumer is seriously...

                    I am tired of escalating, no resolution however they update resolved for all.

                    Today my slot was at 0600 to 0800, however bb changed it without intimation. When connected with customer care it was stated that there was a security issue in my apartment however when on conference call with the delivery person statement was different as he said he couldn't reached me, so he didn't came to my address.

                    So it is clear that story was made to excuse for their own.

                    If delivery can be done on base of mobile number why address is required to mention?

                    Customer care take 4 minutes to chat or respond call hold time is 4 mins too.. Customer care has zero knowledge of own products or services.

                    When i requested to cancel my order it is asking 30 rs charge, where i have not changed my delivery slot bb changed on own, than why i should pay? I can't seat at home as per bb convenient time.

                    Always there are problems with quality and delivery.

                    Unable to add pic, as after this complaint I have received sub standard products delivered at my address despite of I wrote to cancel the orders as the slot was rescheduled by big basket not me. And Also slot was given by them was 1130 to 1330 but received at 1340, can expect a response from consumer.

                        Bigbusket demands as 90 min express delivery and after selecting item and checkout it alwars gives slot to next day even all expressed items are selected. As customer if we need express deluvery we never get. Then why dont we go for Grofers who arlest dont mislead us on slots.
                        If they cant deliver the item they should not show the slots and mislead.

                            I recharged bbdaily wallet with rs. 3000 on 13th december and it wallet showed updated balance. However, later that night, i received notification regarding low balance. On raising issue to customer service, i was told that money will be refunded to my account within 7 days, but it did not.
                            I raised the issue again on which i was asked to furnish transaction reference number, account statement, mail from bank confirming payment. I furnished all the requisite records.
                            But still bb daily is denying receipt of money from my account to bb daily wallet. Now they have even stopped responding or respond with a standard reply: thank you for writing to us. We understand your concern and... Their standard email.

                              This is to bring into your kind notice that i have been enquiring regularly on phone and email regarding no delivery in my area i. E new friends colony, new delhi.
                              I have been repeatedly told due to technical n operational issues all this is happening...
                              But today surya ur customer care representative said that its a restricted area so the services are withdrawn.
                              I wish to know from past 15 days when i am calling so many times, mailing so many times why couldn’t you inform then?? Secondly what kind of professionalism is this that u withdraw services whenever u feel like without informing the customers??? Thirdly why u don’t have a deadline for the same if you are planning to resume services??? If the services are suspended for indefinite period u need to inform the customers.
                              This is highly unprofessional and not expected from you.
                              I hope to receive a concrete reply responding to all my queries.

                                Amul milk they deliver.in the empty amul milk pouch they again shield it. When i called them and asked their food quality to collect that 500 ml milk packet and check it they said no we can't do this... Sorry...
                                Again when i asked them they confirm it that it happened due to operation technical problems. Meaning if operation issues is their they will deliver the duplicate product, from where they get... I have chat written proff and have that product sample for references
                                Serious punishment should be given to them.
