Both of the above mentioned orders, i had initiated the payment through paytm and the amount was credited in paytm, post that in bigbasekt page, i get an error saying 'your payment was not successful '.

When i requested customer care to check, they say, they cannot do anything about it.

I have ended up paying twice for the same orders for no reason.

    I have purchased grocery through big basket on last week of october 2017 for which extra amount 942 was charged on my bill which was not yet refunded even after raising customer complaint ticket no:[protected]
    Multiple remainder emails were sent and they cheated saying amount will be refunded. Not replying to email any more. It’s been already two months and still amount not refunded. Need to get my amount refunded at the earliest

    I have complained about the fruit supplied to me.it was replaced and again it was not good for eating.
    You have not refunded the amount so far.
    Pls. Do so immediately and put in the wallet so that I can order some other item.

        Hlo bigbasket I didn't received cashback from pytm .As per your scheme I can shopping Rs 1546 and get Rs150 cashback via pytm .I can remind you at least 8, 9 times but didn't solve my problem. I can shopping 30 Nov 2017 at 11:55 completed.your reprsentive says Ke aapka cashback as jyga pytm Ka issue chal RHA h don't worry aapka cashback as jyga .I am very dissatisfied .so solve my problem. I sure from bigbisket did solve my problem.Thanks

          My order mnoo[protected] on 5th dec

          I ordered on 18:20 with service promised to deliver within 3 hours,and at 20:29 i missed one call from the call center,i thought maybe my delivery reached then i came to my gate immediately on 20:30,but no one there at my gate,and my order was canceled by bb side. I then called back,bb person online told me the delivery boy was at my gate but couldn't contact with me so they cancel my order. But it was a lie because i have gate security of my own they told me no one ever visited my house. And i didn't get any call from the delivery boy. So i told bb call center i was at my gate and the delivery person was not there. Then he told me he would reach in 5 minutes. But after 10 minutes no one reached,i then complained to your call center,they again told me my delivery would reach within 15 minutes. And i waited for 20 minutes still no one.

          And then my order was replaced to deliver on 6th dec,and some good was out of stock,which made me really angry

          I already stop to use bigbasket service again and don't want any order now,but i think this time the delivery person and its call center service person should be punished because they are lying to customer

            Hi..
            The duck egg which i received in my last order is old and spoiled.. I had to through it.. As it had a bad smell.. So cant claim for a return...
            Last time also i had complained and sent a feed back. That the leaf (Lettuce, loloroso) item and banana stem which i received were not fresh.. But did not receive a reply from your side..
            Hope this time something happens

              Rs 1586 paid thru debit card for bb items on nov 25, 2017.
              Customer id mnofvo[protected].
              Amount debited from my axis bank 25/11/2017.
              Due to wrong application of discount scheme by bb it cancels my transaction. Promises refund in 24 hours.
              Rs 1586 i paid is neither in my bb wallet nor in my bank account till date, 30 november2017.
              Not even a sms from bb on the refund and timeline till date.
              My mail to customer care have also not been addressed.

                I placed order on 17nov17 and on delivery card swiped twice but payment not done. 1250 amount deducted but not credited in bank account. Its been 12 days stil no reversal done. Mailed to customer care but no response received. I am a regular customer and this kind of response is not acceptable..
                Big basket is cheating its regular customers.
                Kindly check at your end and get my amount back.

                  I received a pack of 10 fake plastics eggs named fresho eggs packed by tanuj roshi poultry and delivered by bigbasket. The egg shell after boiling feels sticky and the inner lining of egg is so visible and hard which gives me a feel of plastic on touching. The yolk too is not properly slicing and gets to the corner of egg after boiling it and there is no odour i can smell from egg.

                      Bigbasket delivered wrong product to me in my last order on 27-oct-17.

                      I requested delivery boy to deliver next day and he denied.

                      Then i had to purchase product outside in market at other store. I had to pay extra money for the same.

                      I have done escalation to bb but no resolution yet. Very poor customer service.

                      I need compensation for non delivered product. Pls help

                        We ordered fruits online. On COD.
                        But, due to some issue, did not have cash when the items reached.
                        When asked for online payment, the delivery guy refused.
                        He was told that will get money from someone. brought 500rs note.
                        Then he said that he did not have change, so wanted me to run again to get change.
                        When I refused, he asked me to pay online!!
                        If Online was available, why did he waste my time and energy, specially when I was down with fever.

                            Pathetic service first of all!! For a working professional like me who has to plan for buying groceries and planning the delivery, i selected the slot 7-9:30am, it was not delivered. Called up cust serv four times, was put on hold for more than 10mins on one call, then one rep assured me it will be delivered on the same day in the evening. Not delivered. Then i changed my slot to morning for the next day. Not delivered. Then cust rep again told me it will be delivered in the eve 5-7pm slot. I order and put these slots for my convenience not for your convenience!!! Pathetic!!! I will never ofer from this app again. I have lost a whole week or ordering and planning for the delivery. My delivery slot was changed 4 times!!! I would understand if it happened 2times but 4times??? Even if you blame it on technical issue it only shows but bad your team is.

                              We have been purchasing from big basket for a quite some time now.
                              The delivery service has been good.
                              But the products that have been packed is not monitored, we have got very raw chickoos and custard apples which did not ripe, rather gotten rotten and had to be thrown away. Peeled pomogranates was fermented and family felt very bad in front of our relatives.
                              Yesterday (Order no.[protected] we had spoiled rotten capsicum in the delivery given.
                              This is a discouragement and provokes us to stop buying from big basket and as well tell friends not to avail services.
                              Need an assurance that vegetables and fruits will be looked into before packing and sending

                                I had ordered american cream cheese and bagels.
                                The cream cheese box was broken and they also delivered chicken when i didn’t ordered it and we are vegetarians..
                                The box was broken and the cream cheese was coming out and probably contaminated with the plastic material of the box.
                                Very bad customer service and the product which was delivered was broken and not in tact in its container. I would not recommend bigbasket.com to anyone.

                                  I have been using big basket for a while now and what i observe is their customer and delivery executives are rude and have no sense of talking to a customer. By chance if you are late by 10-15 mins (Considering bangalore traffic) they will ensure they call you thousand times even if you have requested for an additional time. They will literally threaten you on cancelling or rescheduling the order. Also food quality is bad. Fruits are never fresh

                                    Horrible. I had ordered more then 3kg's of sweets on october 8th 2017 and had to be delivered by 16th october 2017. After numerous calls too, i get the same rubbish answers: sorry for the delay it will be delivered in a hour and our backward team will get back to you. My whole family and apartment orders from big basket. I will ensure that this is your last order. Now i will have to go and buy diwali sweets from else were and am not sure if i will get one. If you guys can't deliver, please do not take the orders. Who needs your cash back that your offering when you can't have a basic courtesy of calling up and informing the customer.

                                      Pls refund the amount for the undelivered quantity.

                                        There was 3 transaction happended from my visa debit card on sep 28. Which is according to them 2 failed tranasction and one successful.
                                        But when checked in bank it was clearly shown that money has been deducted thrice.
                                        After that we made a lot calls and requests they are not ready to refund our money. Even we have shared the nank statement screen shot also. But they are telling that not to expect anything.

                                        Delivery team stole my I-Phone at morning 9:30 AM when they came for delivery.. even after complaining at local BB office and corporate office also, no response so far on this..
