I made payment on IBPS BILLDESK for zillaparishad exam on IBPS platform but the interface shows failed payment and upi shows successful and amount also debited not refunded. forced me to redo the payment. Money debited from my account not credited to merchant account so where does it go. When will I get refunded

        I was filling the CAT 2023 form and selected BillDesk as Payment option.
        I paid using Paytm UPI QR code. Money got deducted from my bank account but the payment on the application form shows "Unsuccessful".
        Please help as 2400 Rupees is a big amount.

                  Sir i was applied for iti instructor post (Registration no - B[protected] in BIHAR TECHNICAL SERVICE COMMISSION. I Have made the payment first time throug Billdesk the payment was failed amount debited from my bank account and not updated to my application form. My TRANSACTION ID is -T2307311715224698781442
                  UTR No[[protected]]. I have contacted to Bihar technical service commission the said again you have to pay the fee for completing the form. So i have paid again. But my first tranction (above mentioned failed and not got refund yet) please redfund the amount as soon as possible.

                    Made two tranasctions for the IBPO bank PO examation through billdesk platform. Both the transactions failed but money, of sum 850/- each time, were deducted from my bank account. For the transactions I opted the option o[censored]PI payment.

                    Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot of 1st transaction but I have a screenshot of 2nd transaction.

                    In total 1700/- ruppees were debited but the status of payment still shown as FAILED.

                    Transactions happened at night of 9th August 2023

                    There is no clear grievance redressal mechanism at IBPO website, nor any information directing to Billdesk customer care

                      I paid for the New India Assurance risk engineer role exam fees. Payment has been done from my upi and amount debited as well but exam fees is still showing as not completed payment.

                        On 8th August I transferred money to UBI bank as student loan EMI using link which directed to BillDesk, where I selected UPI payment from BHIM. Now money deducted from my account but transaction is not processed. Kindly return the money or process the request.

                                And after paying by google pay I've checked my Account for the status and yes the amount was debited. But, I don't received any confirmation regards the Premium plan payment...
