      I have made a payment for RBL using RBL credit card mobile app through Billdesk and payment amount deducted with error "Sorry we are unable to process your request."

          Payment made for LIC policy is successful but not received by the merchant (LIC)

            I hope this email finds you well. My name is Dhiraj Pradip Sonaje, and I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the non-settlement of my credit card payment.

            On January 11, 2024, I made a payment of INR 35, 000 towards my credit card bill using the Union Bank Credit Card application, specifically through the [Bill Desk] method. However, despite the payment being made, the amount has not reflected in my credit card account.

            I have contacted the bank's customer service helpline few times, but unfortunately, I have not received the assistance required to resolve this matter. This situation is causing significant inconvenience, and I kindly request your prompt attention to rectify the issue.

              I have made a payment of Rs 1496.50 for the LIC policy through billdesk portal. At first the payment failed but on the same QR code i have again made a payment and it got successful. But in the LIC portal, payment is still not reflecting and the last payment showed as failed. Kindly help in resolving this issue and make payment for the policy mentioned.

              Today on 01.01 .2024 at 11.20 am i was making hdfc credit card payment and while making payment site got hanged with meessage that Sorry we are unable to process your request but at the same time recieved message from bank that payment has been debited from account . But no confirmation message recieved from HDFC .

                      I do billdesk avnl prepaid recharge many times but every time I face the problem, even after deducting the money from the bank account, I do not receive the recharge token number. This happens due to the glitch in the application, in the end I have to contact the avnl office. I have to go to the office and get that token number, when I have to do all the work by going to the office, then what is the point of online recharge facility? There is no help even on the bill desk helpline, nor are the token numbers sent through SMS. Please do so. A medium like billdesk should be closed

                        I Arindam Dutta from Kolkata, W.B, India do like to say that I have made an electricity bill payment on[protected] @ 5:35 PM from my mobile through GPay, but unfortunately the merchant company (here CESC) has not received my payment and the money got deducted from my bank account.

                        Requesting you to look into the matter and complete the transaction or refund my money, soon. Do refer to the attached documents for your reference.
