Today 19 dec amount is deducted from bank SC whereas getting error message Sorry we are unable to process your request. I have paid for NPS . Its not reflected on portal...

    I do billdesk avnl prepaid recharge many times but every time I face the problem, even after deducting the money from the bank account, I do not receive the recharge token number. This happens due to the glitch in the application, in the end I have to contact the avnl office. I have to go to the office and get that token number, when I have to do all the work by going to the office, then what is the point of online recharge facility? There is no help even on the bill desk helpline, nor are the token numbers sent through SMS. Please do so. A medium like billdesk should be closed

      I Arindam Dutta from Kolkata, W.B, India do like to say that I have made an electricity bill payment on[protected] @ 5:35 PM from my mobile through GPay, but unfortunately the merchant company (here CESC) has not received my payment and the money got deducted from my bank account.

      Requesting you to look into the matter and complete the transaction or refund my money, soon. Do refer to the attached documents for your reference.

          the amount was debited from my account and the recharge was not done to my mobile [protected]
          this issue was raised with google they asked me to contact as the payment successful and credited to you.
          BSNL end also contacted they have not received the payment
          there fore it is requested arrange for the REFUND the Amount of RS.150/-

                  Hi,

                  I tried doing a payment of Rs. 2346/- for my electricity bill through UPPCL website (www.uppclonline.com) through UPI. I used PhonePe as my UPI app for the bill payment. The transaction got successful on UPI and money got debited from the account. On other hand, in the website, it automatically redirected to Billdesk confirmation page where it showed "Error" and said "Reason: Sorry, We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later."
                  This transaction happened on 18th Oct 7:30AM (IST).
                  UTR:[protected]
                  As usual I waited for 7 days for the settlement but still it didn't happen.

                  I have been trying to reach out to billdesk through their website for last 2-3 days but looks like their website is also broken and they just show error message when I do "Submit"

                      My payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from my sbi account.

                      But I received a "failure" Status from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but amount has been debited from my sbi account.
                      Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest please

The transection was succes full but my school fees is not paid till now. Kindly give my money back to me otherwise i have too go to the consumer court with all the proofs and screenshots.                               I made a payment of 2418/-to bharat gas via billdesk using Phonepe UPI. My money has been deducted from my bank account. However bharat gas didn’t receive the payment. They converted my order to COD. I called bharat gas and they said that they didn’t receive any payment. I am attaching my payment details. Kindly investigate and reverse my money to my source account.
