I do billdesk avnl prepaid recharge many times but every time I face the problem, even after deducting the money from the bank account, I do not receive the recharge token number. This happens due to the glitch in the application, in the end I have to contact the avnl office. I have to go to the office and get that token number, when I have to do all the work by going to the office, then what is the point of online recharge facility? There is no help even on the bill desk helpline, nor are the token numbers sent through SMS. Please do so. A medium like billdesk should be closed
