    Hi,

    I tried doing a payment of Rs. 2346/- for my electricity bill through UPPCL website (www.uppclonline.com) through UPI. I used PhonePe as my UPI app for the bill payment. The transaction got successful on UPI and money got debited from the account. On other hand, in the website, it automatically redirected to Billdesk confirmation page where it showed "Error" and said "Reason: Sorry, We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later."
    This transaction happened on 18th Oct 7:30AM (IST).

    As usual I waited for 7 days for the settlement but still it didn't happen.

    I have been trying to reach out to billdesk through their website for last 2-3 days but looks like their website is also broken and they just show error message when I do "Submit"

        My payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from my sbi account.

        But I received a "failure" Status from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but amount has been debited from my sbi account.
        Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest please

          I had paid the my school fees too billdesk by google pay app from my id[[protected]@okicici] to billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfcbank. The transection was succes full but my school fees is not paid till now. Kindly give my money back to me otherwise i have too go to the consumer court with all the proofs and screenshots. There is urgent need of money.here is the transection id [[protected]]

          I google payed rs 1950 to [billdeskpg.kendriyavidya@hdfcbank] the transection was successful but my school fee is not payed. My school is saying that if i can't pay my school fee they will rusticate me. I need money urgently. The transection id is [328476490657].I need refund.

                I made a payment of 2418/-to bharat gas via billdesk using Phonepe UPI. My money has been deducted from my bank account. However bharat gas didn’t receive the payment. They converted my order to COD. I called bharat gas and they said that they didn’t receive any payment. I am attaching my payment details. Kindly investigate and reverse my money to my source account.

                          I made a payment of Rs 1000.00 against a traffic echallan on 02.10.2023. The payment was debited from my account but the webpage dispalyed as "Error". Neither the payment has been credited to merchant account nor the same has been refunded back to my account till date. I raised the issue with my bank and they confirmed that the transaction is successful from their end. Further I spoke to echallan.parivaan customer care and they confirmed that the payment status is failed. The transaction details are as under:-

                                  Refund issue IN TNSTC

                                  I made a transcation for TNSTC on[protected] payment done successfully but seats not booked .But refund is not happen till date.When i contact there customer care support they told refund is happened but bank side issue that, s why amount is not credited .But I contact my bank they told they need transaction id for refund then only they proceed next step.I added the TNSTC application for refund details in the below image.kindly give the solution...
