This is regarding my payment on the 12th of March, 2021 bearing the following transaction numbers:

The two transactions were being made on the You Broadband App through Paytm UPI, and the transaction failed on the app. In spite of the transaction failing, the amount of Rs. 2010/- was debited from my account. It has been 36 hours since the transaction failed, and I yet haven't received the amount which should have been reversed by now. Please look into this issue right away. I am attaching all the screenshots for your reference.
I have already contacted You Broadband, Paytm and the Pune District Consumer Forum about this. Please respond as soon as possible.
