Billdesk — money debited from my axis bank account, but not paid to bescom account | |
Hi, I paid my electricity bill BESCOM for BESCOM account number [protected]. My Axis Bank account has been debited, but the same has not been sent to BESCOM account. I am worried now as I might face disconnection of electricity services for my home. I have never faced this issued in the past when making payments through bill desk. Please I request that someone look into this urgently and either revert the amount deducted to my bank account or forward the payment to BESCOM/ Was this information helpful? | |

I am Manideep and I have made a recharge of my jio number rupees 49/- through my jio application and the issue is that amount is debited from my account but the recharge is not done.
