Billdesk — money deducted but ticket not booked

Money was deducted from my account when i booked air india tickets from air india site but ticket is not booked. It is the second time in last week. I booked air india tickets from delhi to kozhikode for may 26th. 4020 rupees was deducted from my account. Transaction id is icidb679bcd7150492cb69def09447496ff. The transaction was done on 12th april 2019,, 12:01 am. I paid through phonepe and it says the money is deposited on parter bank.

I have made an payment yesterday through Billdesk to pay my credit card with transaction number QUTI[protected], but the amount is yet to be credited.

Could you please check and let me know the status
