I have done a payment via billdesk for aiims an amount of rs 1, 500 on 06 oct 2018, the above amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction was not done. As soon as i sumitted the otp screen froze and error message received after few minutes.
Syn - inr 1, 500.00 debited to a/c no. *7263 on[protected]:31-for pos txn at[protected][protected]-aiimsothdrcard
Kindly do the needful for refunding the amount.
