So ple rectify my issue as early as possible

Am also contacted with merchant but they have no sufficient information about this transaction

    I have done the payment for aiims entrance examination 2019 on 22.02.2018 via upi through the bill desk portal. Immediately my amount 1500 got debited from my account. But in my application form it showed payment unsucessful due to some reason and the payment status still shows pending. So i would be glad if you would kindly consider my case as soon as possible.       I was paying the insurance renewal payment through paytm for my bharti axa life insurance. The paytm order id is ppt[protected]. Attached is the screenshot for the same.
      However the amount of rs. 19776/- has been deducted but its not credited to my insurance account. Attached is the screenshot of the same.
      Request you to refund the respective amount as soon as possible.

        I tried paying the fees for the examination online through netbanking method. The amount for the same being 1517/- got debited from my account. However, nptel shows the payment to be still pending. So i tried another payment which was successful. i would like to know by when the refund would be generated and by when will it be reflected in my bank account. Requesting for the same at the earliest.

          bescom payment failure but account debited

          Our payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from our axis bank corporate account.

          But we received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but our current a/c has been debited.

          Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending....

          I have been repaying my credit card bills from bill desk for quite a number of years.
          On 4th feb i have repaid an amount of rs10000 towards corpiratiin bank credit card bearing 0816 as last digits inadvertently from your lic credit card repayment site.
          The transaction number is piob[protected].
          The bank authorities have informed that they didn't get automatic credit for the amount.
          They have deducted my sb account for the amount.

          I request your goodself to look into the issue and see that the amount is credited to my sb account at the earliest.

            I had made a net banking transaction of rupees 1870/-. But transaction got failed and on the billdesk page i got an error with message ("please try later"). But amount got deducted from my vijaya bank account. Later, i checked with bank, they said transaction is successful, please check with merchant.

                This website requested money for jio recharge on my phone pay account. My money was debited but recharge is still not successful.my phone pay account also shows that the money was debited, the photo of which has been attached by me below. I thus request that my recharge should be done as soon as possible
                My jio plan was for 399 rupees was to be activated. It was valid for 84 days. And provided a speed of 1.5 gb per day.

                  This transaction is showing failed at the merchant end and they have confirmed that they have not received payment for this and the amount has already been debited from my hdfc bank account on 4th february.

                              On 13th January, a transaction from Google pay was made to BESCOM but it failed but the money got deducted with a notification payment processing as we thought it would proceed but failed and the money also got deducted.                                   Have made a credit card payment through bill desk from my hdfc bank account ref number : hga1p16ec[protected].

                                  When i am calling at custome care :[protected], i am getting and rude answer everytime that i need a 14 digit ref number only. As per my bank and mail id have recived only this transaction ref id and this lady is not even ant to listen anythng. When i asked her connect me to some of the senior there and let handle them this query she said there is no senior and hang up the call.
                                  Is this the ay you people work and this much the time is taken by you people to process a pyment.
                                  If my payment is not getting reflected by today, i will tweet this on twitter and linked in and all the social medial platforms.
