Today my parcel got delivered n it was not in good condition almost its torn and condition of a parcel was torn, how could u b so care less, I just want to raise a complaint regarding this . I request u to take a strict action regarding this pls raise a complain as soon as possible .

    I’m Tanya Thakur and i have claimed my warranty on boat airdopes 121v2 cherry blossom few days back and you guys issued me ticket number 22926584 saying that the courier partner will gonna take my airdopes in order to replace but the courier guy without even contacting me cancelled the return saying that he wasn’t able to contact me but actually he didn’t tried contacting me for once . I have already waited a lot for this replacement of my product and now you people are making excuses . I want my replacement as soon as possible . Without even contacting me how can your courier partner from bluedart can say like this that he wasn’t able to contact me . This is such an irresponsible behaviour of your courier partner . I have already waited a lot . Kindly do the replacement as soon as possible.

            Our family residence permit cards are send from sweden embassy Delhi on 6th Aug and are handed over to bluedart.Bluedart tracking status shows shipment is returned back to shipper on the same day.What is the reason? My waybill number is [protected].Please update.

                      My name is Sagar Kumar Singh. I was working Blue dart Express Limited in ranchi jharkhand branch since 2016 and my EMP ID is 114937. There was some false allegation that I have been fired from Blue dart from November 2021 and my salary and bonus have also been withheld and I still haven't received my settlement money. Today is 8 months, I have not received anything from Blue dart. All my reporting in-charge and his team mill are withholding all my money.
                      please suggest and support me how can i get my full settlement amount

                        My order (Kotak Bank Card) is with Blue Dart for the past 5 days and every time I track the shipment its showing as Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect. I have not received any calls regarding the delivery nor to ask my correct address till now, but they tell they tried calling me. Have made almost 5 calls to customer service till now and all the representative told that it will be delivered in next few hours and took my address, but nothing happens after that (some even were rude to me). They have also taken my address and told that they will update but nothing much happened. Have also sent many emails regarding this and none got any reply.

                            Hi, my AWB no is [protected]. My order was supposed to be deliver on 22nd July and i didn't receive the order yet. I called customer care and they are giving me false information from past 2 weels that the shipment is connected to my destination but unfortunately I didn't receive the parcel yet. I am going to complaint in police station regarding this courier service. Worst courier service ever.

                              Hi Team, I have an order to be received and WayBill Reference Number is [protected]. I didn't receive any call regarding the delivery of my order. Instead they have updated as "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". When I reached out to customer care, Customer Care Executive didn't provide any proper resolution to update my address or to reach out to someone from Delivery Team. The way Executive answered my queries was not Polite.

                              I am not happy with the service provided by Customer Care Support/Delivery Team. I need someone to look into this issue and get it addressed as soon as possible.

                                I am available in this address but they will update as no such consignee at the given address. They do not call me for guide the direction or what's another problem. Worst service. Please forward this to bluedart courier service for doing some action. I saw first time this type of service worst service in my life.

                                  I have ordered a product on 24th of July of which I amin urgent need but I haven't received it yet I have been tracking the details since 8-9 days now from 2 days it has been in the hub or apex of bluedart of my hometown but now status is showing "delay caused beyond control" I don't know what to do exactly now I have tried to call on the toll free no of bluedart courier service but these are of no use and I'm really disheartened.

                                    I ordered mobile from mi.com. My order was with bluedart. Firstly after 10-15 calls they just came to deliever the order. As the order was with exchange the delievery guy checked each and every aspect of the mobile to be exchanged but found nothing but just some air in the screen and refused to exchange. According to the exchange policy the screen was not damaged nor discoloured and no water damage. But then also he refused to exchange. Also he came for delievery at a place 7 km away from the address given. Really disappointed with such experience. Hope the company view these employees and replace them if they want to deliever good experience to people.

                                      I had ordered a Rakhi from IGP. They shipped the courier through BlueDart with the waybill No. as [protected]. The courier guy did not even bother to call me up and now the status on their website shows as "Consignee's address unlocatable".

                                        Sir/Madam,

                                        This is to inform you that I had couriered my passport via 2-way courier for IRCC visa application. My Airway bill number for pick-up was [protected] in the name of Abhishek Mittal (Husband). The pick-up was done on 23rd of July. My fees for courier was around Rs. 1800/-. The delivery boy did not seal our envelopes in Blue Dart cover bags which is a standard requirement of IRCC. Also, taking in consideration the rain, the document was mishandled from the start
                                        My Passport was returned back unstamped by the Visa office because it was Damaged during the transit. The Passport had no issue before it was couriered, it was in a very good condition. Blue Dart is playing with people's trust over them for believing them in safe and cautious courier of their original documents.
                                        I am totally Depressed with the service provided by BlueDart as Visa Stamping is related to my Career in moving to a different Country.
                                        I request for the strict action taken against Zirakpur (Punjab) Courier service and also check their worst google reviews so that they do not mishandle anyone's personal original documents this way.
                                        Also I want the Jaipur Mansarovar 302020 BlueDart branch to know that I am going to resubmit my Passport again and Hopefully they handle my Passport with care.
