Hi I am Pratik
my ref number is AWB [protected], when I check the online status it s showing as "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address". I have not shifted from that address. I have been staying there for the past three months. I don't know why they have updated like that. They haven't even called me once for delivery. The card was supposed to be delivered by 17th September 2022 but they didn't even try the delivery neither called me. Please ask them to contact me on my mobile number/phone number given in the courier. I have not faced any issues with other courier services.

    My awb [protected] is in Gurgaon cpc bluedart service centre.. this was supposed to be delivered on 7 sep in ballabgarh, faridabadt but isn't delivered yet, i called the delivery guy but he kept on disconnecting the call or kept delaying the delivery if answered and keeps his phone switch off almost all the time now my packet has returned to gurgaon cpc, i wrote mail, no revert, no contact, I want my packet soonest possible.

      Not updating the status of order

      oversized black shirt has been picked up and not been updated . Next day they came and cancelled return because the order has been picked up one day earlier. Very bad service.Shirt was from zara .I contacted them and they said we havent received any update from shipment company....

        "Customer not ready with exchange".

        My order waybill no is [[protected]]. My order was supposed to be delivered (September 13-2022) today as I seen in tracking status arround 11.00 pm (September 12 - 2022). It was an xiaomi 11 i 5g with an exchange for an older model with a new one. At the time of 5.00 am (September 13-2022) there's a status as."Customer not ready with exchange".

        Nobody from Bluedart even contacted me and asked me about anything. Instead you...

        Blue dart is the thrid-class extremely worse courier delivery service in the world. The buggers would have a ferrari and still would delivery in a year's time. My courier was supposed to be delivered on 5th september 2022 but its 12th september 200 today and i have no clue whre my order is. Also these buffoons cannot handle scam call issues that is being done on their official number, YES! SCAMMERS ARE USING THEIR OFFICIAL NUMBER AS THEIR SCAM CALL NUMBER LOL!! I wish this business dissolves, burns and crashes down. Third rated gutter services

          The complaint is that my order is not yet delivered. I am traveling far soon soo I want to receive my order as soon as possible, the expected delivery date was 10th of September but the order status is showing consignee's address unlocatable landmark needed. I don't know how to fix this. I also sent a mail to the blue dart services but they aren't responding properly. Pls i request to deliver my parcel as soon as possible to the address below in the image.. please please it's a humble request. And also if I check my waybill number in they're website to track my order it is showing that it is not available only.

            Hello
            I ordered a iron from SBI card rewards on 27 august 2022, it was supposed to be delivered by bluedart. Estimated time was shown as 15 days.
            One day i received a message that my order was delivered to DEEPSHOKHA ( spelling of my name is written wrong here) .
            I tracked my order status it is showing delivered, but no order was deliver and no phone call was received to deliver my order.

            I tried calling bluedart customer service but in vain.
            Kindly help

              My order needs to be delivered by 9 Sept still I didn't receive it. I neither received a call from the delivery agent but in tracking i see address is unable to locate. Why did we provide the number to contact us if you are unable to track address and I received a message as order is not delivered as customer asked to extend the delivery date. I didn't receive any call how would i ask them to deliver later. My AWB No. [protected]. I tried reaching out to customer care still no use. I need my shipment.

                Fake attempt

                Blue dart is sending fake attempt message frequently … the address is very clear... neither they call me nor come home to deliver as I am at home. They make fool us by sending a fake message. Now how we are digitally improved that anyone can find any address through internet . But a popular courier is not able to find address . I receive all call from others but not from Bluedart, unfortunately bluedart not able to reach me by phone…br...

                Blue Dart i don't understand why you people are even charging so high amount if you are not delivering it on the address
                if i need to collect it from your office better to choose other delivery channels which are comparatively much lower in price than you.
                full address is mentioned in the parcel and delivery person also called and confirmed to get it delivered to the address by evening and now it shows not delivered in the area/Out of Area. The address is clearly mentioned on the parcel and i have personally seen the Blue Dart courrier partners office in sitarganj, Uttarakhand pin-262405, it is hardly under 5kms of range from my address

                Last year also i sent parcel to the same address and that got delivered without any hassle.
                Kindly take a note of it and issue strict guidelines to your delivery partners to deliver the parcels.
                and also arrange to get it deliver as soon as possible and value the time cause for the same we choose you over other courrier service.

Then suddenly he was asking my location, i told him my office in south city, gurgaon. Then he said...ohh not at Aerocity and suddenly hanged up the call..i was trying to called back on same no. But couldn't gone through.. I hope my courier will be in safe environment. Previously my consignment came from Malaysia and it was reached safely, but this time I'm a little disappointed with delivery process. Please do the needful.thanks

                    I am hereby very disappointed to say that my order was supposed to deliver on 8th September, 2022; but it is not delivered yet. My item has reached at the nearest office on 8th September 2022 at 11:42 am, but inspite of that Bluedart haven't delivered it.
                    I called them and ask them to deliver my order at the earliest but they said that they would deliver that by next day (9th September ). I was expecting the delivery of an item today but still they didn't deliver my order. At the end, I went to the Blue Dart Office in Mapusa which is nearest to my address, to receive my order by myself but after reaching there I came to know that my order has been misplaced. This is very disappointing. I hadn't expected this carelessness from your side.
                    Please find my item and deliver it as soon as possible. If you don't, I will expect a full refund.

                            My parcel from axis bank is out for delivery on 05/09/2022 after that I called blue dart coustmer care to get delivery boy contact no. But they said they haven't delivery boy no. They said ur parcel is delivered b/w 9am to 6:30 pm and said when delivery boy comes to ur place he called on ur mentioned no. On parcel but till 7 pm I didn't get any call but I called coustmer care so many times and they gave same response after that my parcel status is showing consigne address is incomplete or incorrect but my address is completely write bcoz that's my home address where I am living and get previous deliveries there only.
                            So please resolve this issue asap and deliver my parcel asap .
