Hello,

Booked 3 IPL match tickets for 6k on bookmyshow platform however received only 2 tickets through courier. Bookmyshow support said that we need not worry as digital form of tickets are good to go. However, the stadium authorities refused to accept digital tickets & one o[censored]s had to come back home.

1) It seems one ticket was sold out fraudulently
2) Also bookmyshow support gave wrong information

Those booking IPL tickets on bookmyshow beware this fraud is in place.

    I was trying to book KGF 2 movie ticket at 11:57 am on 30th April and I paid the amount and yet book my show showed transaction cancelled.
    Therefore my money is debited from my account(I have checked it in my m passbook) and I didn't got the movie ticket.

      Hi Team
      This is Mahendra Vajja i was booked a ticket in Bookmy Show in Sri Saraswathi Picture palace in Guntur on 30th April the movie name was Acharya.The therethare management was cancelled the show with out any intimation and the management behaves in roud maner, i have lost my valueble time and money.So please kindly take the action and gave some compensation.

          I have tried to book tickets of moviepawankhind on 18.3.22.of4 persons.totalmoney deducted Rs.1032.56/-though my PAYTM WALLET .Money deducted.but tickets not received. Pls help.me .I have already made complaint on helpline no.but not propereespose.

              Show cancelled by cinema hall but refund not initiated
              I had booked ticket at IMP Big Screen 2K 3D Dolby for KGF2 at 9:30pm Booking ID IMPM[protected] but when i reached there, they told me they showing BEAST movie on 9:30pm also they cancelled my booking.On contacting bookmyshow customercare they not giving any updates on my Refund...not received any refund sms/call from book my show. It is highly irresponsible attitude from them as I have not been...MONEY WASTE TIME WASTE...i need my money back

                I had booked ticket at gpr multiplex Hyderabad for jersey at 4 pm but found that show was cancelled after reaching there. There was no intimation from book my show even being informed by cinema hall to them. On calling customer care, they told that they have no information and will update soon. It has been more than 30 hrs but have not received any refund sms from book my show. It is highly irresponsible attitude from them as I have not been assured about my refund yet

                  On 15th April I tried booking KGF 2 tickets and paid ₹1240.48 through UPI but the booking was shown cancelled even though the money was charged. The website stated that I'll get my refund within 5-7 working days but still I haven't recieved my refund amount yet. I've tried to connect with the customer support of bookmyshow but still the amount haven't been refunded. They said that they haven't recieved the amount and to check with the bank. After looking through all of this the bank replied that the transaction is successful and money is with bookmyshow. Is this the kind of experience you'd want from bookmyshow after getting robbed of hard earned money. Following screenshot is the confirmation by the bank. Please refund my money immediately.

                    Booked a ticket on 9th April for Morning show i.e., 10:30 AM. And cinema didn't play the movie due to technical issues. But this wasn't intimated in prior, instead got to know after reaching destination. Raised this issue to Bookmyshow support team but they aren't concerned. It's been more than 2 weeks, still no info about refund even after raising this issue several times. Bookmyshow replying the same text saying " Thank you for your overwhelming response..." irrespective of my question.

                        I booked an RRR Movie ticket, upon reaching TITU CINEMA Balrampur District, Cinema Hall Operator Did not run the show of the RRR movie at 12:05 pm today (11/04/2022). HE told me that the sufficient number of people have not booked the show for this slot. Operator has cancelled the show. You will get the amount of refund.
                        In this case Please refund me as soon as possible.

                          I did the payment through the scan mode on the website. I didnt login to the website though. My money got deducted and i didnt recieve the ticket. please look into this and refund my money.

                            I’ve booked for RRR movie at Karpagam Cinemas, Coimbatore, through BookMyShow for April 11 show. The cinema cancelled the show and the show was not played. But I didn’t get any information through message/mail. Even though if I go to purchase history on BookMyShow app now, it shows as if I’ve watched the movie. My booking ID is : WL89PJM. I’ve paid 766rs and I want my money back.

                              I book the tickets of KGF2 movie through bookmyshow in dt 16/04/2022 but I want to cancel the tickets. When I cancelled the tickets not able to cancel and also payment is not refundable.customer care also not help to resolve.
                              Refund my amount otherwise I will complaint to cusumer forum.

                                I Rented movie Spider Man No way home via my Smart TV, it was successful till the Payment made from the TV itself. But once I start to Press Play and wait for watching the movie isn’t playing at all in TV . It throws up an error “saying something went wrong”. If this moview isn’t playing at all then why this has payment option in TV. This such a clever cheating CUSTOMERs. On top of it there is no refund or cancellation option also, very cheap tricks in looting CUSTOMERs money. I wish they had some other competitors at least then would they have developed..
                                They know no one can book a CONSUMER COMPLAINT against them.
                                I tried to send mail to CUSTOMER support also, but none of them reply back with solution even after 2 days. If they reply post 2 days they give the same ### FAQ they give which is useless

                                      I have booked 6 tickets for 14/04/2022...But bookmyshow now shows that i have booked for 13/04/2022..now the showtime also over.. My money is simply gone.. Bookmyshow not even provide any updates in whatsapp or mail... So that i can recheck the date bookmyshow provided... I just checked now only.. So that i found the mistake done by bookmyshow.. Now my money is gone.. Please do something..

                                        I have booked a ticket for movie on Bookmyshow in CCPL, Malkajgiri Hyderabad. The ticket prices charged by theatres are somewhere between Rs 150-250 whereas the Bookmyshow is charging heavily Rs 350-354 from customers and also additionally adding convience charges around Rs 70-80. They are looting the customers with these prices
