WQ77CXP booking I'd of Kotigobba 3 cinema but the show has been cancelled from organizers, but I didn't receive the money / refund since 2months

I was trying to book a movie ticket from BookMyShow and paying from GooglePay application.

Below is the transaction id from GooglePay.

UPI Transaction ID:[protected]

The amount is deducted and the transaction is successful from GooglePay. But BookMyShow showed me transaction time out and the ticket was not booked.
Please help me to resolve this issue and help to get back my money in my GooglePay wallet.

I have booked three tickets on 17-Dec-2021 for movie Spiderman and paid via google pay. However, the payment was successful but booking is not done.

I tried to connect through chat support and call[protected] and failed to get any response.

I have booked the tickets for 18th Dec 21 by mistake.
i tried to cancel the tickets within 2 minutes of booking them however i am unable to do it.
Book my Show customer care toll free numberr is coming busy nor am i able to find a live chat option.
Kindly guide me through the process to modify the ticket dates...

Hi Team as i booked my Ticket on 16st of December so amount got diducted in my account but i didn't got the ticket kindly refund the amount. please find the attached copy of payment diducted kindly do it as soon as possible. Please help me

The show was booked on 18th november but on reaching the venue the owners told that since there are not enough shows they are cancelling the show and the refund would be issued.
From 18th november till now I have written endless mails and dialled the customer care number but I got no response.
Please resolve it asap

Cannot cancel my tickets

It's on November 6 2021 I booked tickets through Bookmyshow app. The show was cancelled and it's not informed by Bookmyshow. No messages were recieved about the cancellation of show. I reached there at the theatre and they told me that the show has cancelled. The only option I had was to simply wait for my money to get refunded. As per BookMyshow policy I waited for 5-7 days and checked my account. No amount was credited to my account.

I tried contacting Bookmyshow many times. Don't ever say you have live chat facility. I waited for hours for a reply and nothing came as reply. No response at all. Then called customer care, I was on waiting list, waited for my turn, and I reached as caller 1. Again I had to wait for few minutes and it's okay for me. Cause it's my money. All of sudden the call got disconnected. Such a cheap trick it seems.
Haven't yet received any call back. After that i kept contacting you through the mail "[protected]@bookmyshow.com"
They informed me that they'll investigate the issue with the Theatre, it's been more than a week and haven't yet received any reply about so called investigation.
Since the tickets booked, It's been more than a one and half month. It's disgusting.

I had booked my tickets in bookmyshow the amount was reduced through phonepe but did not receive any tickets through sms or email and i cannot even see my tickets in purchase history to cancel them i have booked my new tickets i want the refund of old

I have booked tickets from bookmyshow for spider man movie using UPI payment method (google pay) but the payment is not updated with bookmyshow and the tickets didn’t got confirmed

I had booked 10 tickects on 9/12/21 for spiderman no way home which got failed which cost me ₹1609.60 and so i approached their helpline which was very busy and i had to wait for 30 min to get the call. They told me that they would refund it within 24-48hrs very politely so i believed them. As i didnt receive the payment i called them again but this time they told me it would take 4-5days. Again i believed them. But now it's been 7 days. Still no refund. Now they are not even taking my calls. For each call about half hour i am waiting only for the call to get canceled.
It is a mental torture for me as it is a very large amount for me and I'm helpless and dont know what to do.
Im think of proceeding with this legally

When I do Payment through Upi or Debit card or Gpay payment failed again and again On BMS App

I booked tickets for a movie, paid from my upi id, transaction succeeded but I did not get any tickets from the website. Now there is no quick customer support here. How am I supposed to be assured about the refund? I have been calling their customer support for an hour now. They make me wait for 20 minutes and call is automatically disconnected after that. Is this not fraudulent?

I have tried multiple times for refund on customer service and chat. It's very irritating . If government has cancelled then money should have refunded automatically. I want my refund rs. 13586

Badshah Live in Goa - Amethhyyst Jalwaa Open Arena got cancelled on 9th of december, i had booked two tickets worth 14k+ and i havnt received any notification or the refund . my calls and mails are being unattended . if this is not being attended at the earliest i will have to take necessary legal action
