It's been a week and I didn't get my refund for the show that had been cancelled .I bought two tickets and still not got the refund. I've been trying to contact you from too long but no one answers the customer care number and no one replies on the chat counter. it's really frustrating I am now going to complain against you or refund my money asap rs580.24 for the Kotigobba 3 movie, that had been cancelled on 14 October across all the multiplex/theaters.

Dear team, I was booking show 9th of October through Book my show and my amount 400.60 rs was charged but tkt not confirmed and after many days my amount not refund so I am dispoint so will never use this application for any purpose never ever.

The show was cancelled and I have not received my money.Its been a week and I am unable to contact them

It's been 10 days my movie show was cancelled due to lack of audience at the venue and I have not received any refund yet. So, refund me immediately otherwise I will take strict action against you. Refund me immediately.

Please take action against Book my Show. Customer Care is not Proper Response to Customers. If we call to Help Desk they are not picking call and in Live Chat also did not receive Proper Response. We have Booked Ticket on Sep 22nd in Madanapalle for Don`t Breathe 2 (Telugu) movie. Show was Cancelled by Theatre .Still now not yet Received Refund. If we try to call Customer Call also. Not giving Response

I haven't received my filmypass...i paid for it on oct 2. 2021. I have been complaining.but there isn't any response.they are closing the conversation without resolving.

On 28th-sep-2021 I booked my event ticket at 3:52am some Error occurred ticket not booked but my money was deducted I contacted BookMyShow they are not responding at all I never expected from book my show

I was book tickets thru but the time outed by payment successful and received by book my show but tickets also does not received or booked when will amount will be refunded

I booked the 2nd dose covid vaccine for my friend to be taken at Medica North Bengal in Siliguri on September 9 but we received no SMS confirmation or e-ticket for him. Just a few minutes earlier I booked for another colleague and he received his confirmation SMS and e-ticket.

I tried to get it resent but it said there was no bookings under that email id or phone number. Money has been debited from my bank account. There was a thunderstorm that afternoon so I wonder if there was a system error. He is due to take his shot soon. He booked his 1st dose via bookmyshow and had no issues with receiving SMS and e-ticket at that time. The ticket was booked under the email id: [protected]@gmail.com and the phone number registered with Cowin was [protected].

I also called your helpline number[protected] also and waited for 20 minutes starting from waiting list # 20 and when I rose to #1, I was disconnected! I'm on my 2nd call for 20 minutes now and on waiting list #2 and the call got disconnected again!

I want someone who can resolve the issue to contact us and actually help with this problem.

The movie I booked has not been released. When asked at the theater he said the license was not issued. I booked and my money was caught in book my show app. They will automatically ticket cancel and refund amount with tax pay you.

I am trying to call them on the number[protected]their contact number), but that number is not working. I have send an email to their customer support, but did not received any reply. My whole day was gone trying to contact them.

I want my money back. I want to legally proceed against them for the inconvenience caused to me.
