Internet handling fee on book my show app is going way over normal. Last time I've paid INR 62 and INR 32 for my last two movie tickets respectively. They are taking advantage of innocent customers and this must be stopped right away.

      As i Booked a ticket on 31st march so ampunt git diducted in my account but i didn't received the ticket so kindly refund the amount. the toatl amount its 694/- made a payment through Phonepay. i attched a payment diducted copy also so kindly check and do the needfull as soon as possible.

        As per an RTI filed over an year ago with RBI, it was confirmed that RBI has not authorised ticket selling apps and e commerce sites to charge additional charges in the form of convenience fee but BMS has charged 100 as convenience fee from me recently when I booked tickets through this app.

          BookMyShow stream has deducted money from my account 150/- and not given me the rental of Justice League Snyder Cut. I again tried from my wifes account... she also paid bookmyshow yet we are unable to virw tge services. They again ask to pay. They are cheating the subscribers.. pathetic.

                I have bought the 4 tickets of Indian vs England 3rd test match, day 4. The match was concluded in 2 days, therefore the match didn't continue for remaining days.

                We have contacted Bookmyshow support several times and today finally they denied to give refund...

                Here are the detail:-

                                  Hi, am Rajesh from Husnabad. I had booked 4 tickets at Asian Sridevi mall, Hanamkonda for which an amount of Rs 683.56 was deducted from my account. I had used my phonepe app for ICICI account. But I got a msg stating my transaction has failed as the cinema has not responded due to some reason, but have received the payment of Rs 683.56.                                       I was booked one ticket in book my show app at kairali sree theater chittur, palakkad but it was declined. And ticket also not booked. But amount was debited from my bank amount is 373 and payment is by net banking payment plz check details and refund my money. As soon as possible
