I was book tickets thru but the time outed by payment successful and received by book my show but tickets also does not received or booked when will amount will be refunded

    I booked the 2nd dose covid vaccine for my friend to be taken at Medica North Bengal in Siliguri on September 9 but we received no SMS confirmation or e-ticket for him. Just a few minutes earlier I booked for another colleague and he received his confirmation SMS and e-ticket.

    I tried to get it resent but it said there was no bookings under that email id or phone number. Money has been debited from my bank account. There was a thunderstorm that afternoon so I wonder if there was a system error. He is due to take his shot soon. He booked his 1st dose via bookmyshow and had no issues with receiving SMS and e-ticket at that time. The ticket was booked under the email id: [protected]@gmail.com and the phone number registered with Cowin was [protected].

    I also called your helpline number[protected] also and waited for 20 minutes starting from waiting list # 20 and when I rose to #1, I was disconnected! I'm on my 2nd call for 20 minutes now and on waiting list #2 and the call got disconnected again!

    I want someone who can resolve the issue to contact us and actually help with this problem.

      The movie I booked has not been released. When asked at the theater he said the license was not issued. I booked and my money was caught in book my show app. They will automatically ticket cancel and refund amount with tax pay you.
      my booking id is: 91996 ticket is not canceled
      I will not receive any notification in cancelled and refund process 😠😠😠

        This is my worst experience with Book My Show Web site on Today sep 26 2021. I have booked tickets for Pvr irrum ma zip movie for Jan 2nd. My 900 rupees money was deducted from IDFC bank account, but no confirmation about the tickets were received.

        I am trying to call them on the number[protected]their contact number), but that number is not working. I have send an email to their customer support, but did not received any reply. My whole day was gone trying to contact them.

        I want my money back. I want to legally proceed against them for the inconvenience caused to me.

              Worst customer care support ever. I tried to reach customer care for the past 3 days. Waited in queue no 1 position for 4 hrs but no response. Is that line even working?? I seriously don't understand how much time it will take to pick call for 1 st person.You just want our money and provide 0 support. The chat option with customer support is utter waste. No one is there to reply. Do you even have any customer support executive working or simply play a recorded message for hours till we hang up??
              I also sent a mail asking to cancel the ticket a day before the movie and the reply came next day after the movie saying that it cannot be cancelled since it's past showtime. Is that my fault ? If your customer service is pathetic, why should consumers suffer? I tried everything possible to contact your customer support and stayed in call for hours but it's useless and absolute waste of time and money. Pathetic customer service I have ever seen.

                Dear bookmyshow team, my booking id TUA3CB8 & T2A3FTY.

                Food was not provided by the theatre team on time they wasted my 20-25 mins on argument that in their system food order not showing and after I was request to call manager and manager say me that she will do needful but inbetween my movies time was wasted nearly 20-25 mins.

                At the end of movie food is no relevance because they gave me 20-25 rs foods at 6-8 times higher rate.
                ..if I received that at the end of movie then why I placed order ??? After movie I can take food out side at very cheaper rate...third class service and bookmyshow team not provide online solution 😡

                I want full refund of all the thing...many part of the movie gone...want full refund of movie and food...

                Or

                Theatre arrange the next week show for me same time and same food but on time...

                  Hi,
                  I have booked 2tickets for The Suicide squad on 11 Aug and the theatre guys cancelled the show as we were the only people who booked for the show and they said we will be getting the refund within a week. And as of now i.e.[protected], there is not even a single update regarding it, like its almost a month and i haven't received my refund yet.
                  I need you guys to quickly resolve my issue and the following picture tells you about the ticket details.

                    I book a ticket of Shang-chi. When I go the theatre. Movie show is not there. Bookmyshow is also is not informed me via sms or call. I losses travel pay and time. If bookmyshow tells the information about the change the movie in the theatre, I rebuild a day to the another works. I lossed 1000 rs daily pay of my duty. And still now im not getting cancellation update and refund of the show. This so fraud. Please take a strict action to the bookmyshow.

                      BookMyShow not allowing me to cancel ticket for Shang Chi. Whereas I clearly picked the option of Cancellation. According to their policy, I can cancel 20 minutes before the show. Now its throwing an error when I am trying to cancel 20 HOURS before the show.

                      Error sign on cancellation page is the biggest sign of fraud and malpractice. I will make sure this malpractice is shared on Facebook and Twitter.

                      Cant you do something ethical to earn money? Is stealing the only way?

                                My parents who are senior citizen had booked for covidshield vaccine 9second dosage).the vaccine drive was conducted by bookmyshow . when they collected the amount, they never raised while collecting the money when my father was booking a slot for himself and for my mother. when we reached the location for vaccination Medica refused to give second doseage as the time period of 84 days was not completed. when we try to raise an issue the executive at bookmyshow named MAHESH told us that there were T&C but during filling the form we did't find any terms and condition up there. this kind of fraudulency going on when the people are dying due to covid. i will be highly obliged if the concerned authority took some stepd and proceeds with the refund

                                  On 28th March I tried to book tickets on bookmyshow for 'Godzilla v/s Kong at Shipra Mall Indirapuram. I may have typed the wrong CVV and the transaction failed as per HDFC. I think you use PayU as a gateway. A company I had never heard of called Lazypay through BMS sent me the tickets on loan on my email address. I do not take unilateral loans and loans in general. I now learnt Lazypay is related to PayU. After a time I rebooked using the same gateway PayU. Payment was succesful as per HDFC. No tickets were sent but there is a charge to my bank. I went for the movie not realising the tickets were from LAZYPAY. Lazypay started threatening me and asked for payment with interest. I paid them recently[protected]. I said I would like to visit them along with a banking expert from HDFC and the police but Lazypay said they would not disclose their location. Hence I have stopped the services of bookmyshow.

                                    If cancellation for these tickets was available, we would have loved to help you out.

                                    However, we'd be unable to cancel this booking since it is reserved at the cinema and the cinema that you have selected does not allow cancellation.

                                    If you cannot make it for the movie you can definitely gift these tickets to your friends or relatives.
                                    It is not that the cancellation option is unavailable. There are cinema's that offer cancellation of bookings done on our website upto 20 minutes, 2 hours and 4 hours before the show time.

                                    However, the tickets that you have booked in this cinema, does not allow the option to cancel a booking like other cinema does. Hence, we are unable to help you today.

                                    Another perk of being a loyal customer is that we have an invite-only programme for customers who are frequent transactors with us.

                                    As soon as you are eligible you would be able to see the 'Superstar' option on your BMS profile.
                                    Under this programme, you get to cancel your tickets once in 6 months up to 20 mins prior to the show time.
