Hello,
I am sonam punjabi. I have booked tickets are of movie zero of the show at 11.35 on 23/12/18 i. E. Today. I did not received any ticket details but my payment of rs.559 was successfully made through google pay.
I want refund of my money as i was not availed any show...
The sserivic is not expected as i won't get there tickets after er coming to the counter and my money too get deducted...

    [#7531629] deducted money from bank but booking not confirmed

    Raised above ticket almost a month before... Still i did not get proper reply regarding my refund... I have checked with my bank they are telling amout has been successfully transferred to the merchant account... But i don't know why bookmyshow people are still refused to refund my amount.. It gives me a feeling that i am requesting refund from frauds.. Really such a bad experience

    Cheaters...I don't want to be abusive in public forum.. But these cheap fellows are forcing me to do..
    There is no reply for my support ticket.nothing they are doing... I'll take this issue to next level from tomorrow.

    I have got a BookMyshow voucher using which I am trying to book movie tickets. It shows the offer is not valid or expired. The offer expiry date is 29 April, 2019. This is totally unacceptable that my voucher is not working.

      I booked 1 sofa class tikit for 2people for 240 in bhabani hall through amazon pay.. Payment also done but cinema hall told that sofa class is not available online so my booking is cancelled, but i dont get refund.. I have to buy 1new tikit to see the movie... Not on sofa class in special. I paid 240 but get a tikit of 80 only... Please solve my problem

      I have booked 2 tickets to KGF kannada movie for 23.12.2018. Amount Rs 859/- deducted from phone pe app, not e mail received .

      please look into.

      For that booked tickets kindly send the tickets. Amount as been deducted already. I called customer care, waited 10 min, they told some one will call back.. no call received yet

        I have made payment to bookmyshow for 6 tickets costing ( Rs. 1456.16) has been paid ( UPI Transaction ID[protected]. The said amount has been debited from my bank account on 15/12/2018. However I have not received any confirmation or intimation of any sort. I've tried messaging and calling their customer care executives. Again all the attempts were in vain. I've waited over 18 minutes for a response from the customer care.

        Thank you for your prompt refund of the amount debited. However, I cannot refrain from saying that the call centre experience was awful and exasperating.

          I have booked 2 tickets for my family of two adults and 3 year old kid on 9 dec 2018 at inox prozone mall coimbatore through bookmyshow... Once i reached inox i was told 3 year old kid needs ticket, i was shocked to hear, since none of the theatre ask ticket for a small kid and asked wheather you specified this during booking and they replied it is specified in terms and conditions... Then i searched for that again in bookmyshow but couldn't find that, then searched for that in inox website... At last i found that in a corner under terms and conditions... I don't know how many of them will look that,... This is a important rule that it should be given as warning message before proceeding for booking... I feel this is perfect cheating... Please don't go to inox coimbatore i[censored] have a small kid

          On October 1st am watching movie in screen 4, in right side basket Robbins ice cream stall available, I purchased ice cream for 280 rupees the amount sended the stall girl own account name as sneha selvaraj, that the time QR code processing, so again I will send 280 rupees in basket Robbins account it will processed successful, my amount of 280 rupees credited the girl account after 3 days, continuously I ask the amount to that girl, till now the girl said lie and she is not respond me, I have the proof in my hand for the transaction, kindly take decision please.

                On 4 th December i booked ticket at m2k pitampura. But the booking got cancelled.. But two times 335.40 amount got deducted from my bank account.. I was credited 335.40 only one time.. I didnot got other 335.40 rupees... I contacted my bank and they said that they have credited the amount to bookmyshow two times as was the case at time of detection.. They said that they have refunded both the transaction but bookmyshow has not credited me the amount second time.. I am attaching the screenshot of the bank representative mail.. Where they have mentioned the same.. Please look in to this matter.. I am very disappointed with the online booking by bookmyshow.. They also said that if book my show have credited the amount then ask them for the statement.. Please help me in this case..

                  With booking id wgxmz27, i have booked the ticket for hindi language of 2.0 movie but show was displayed in tamil language, i have been cheated even after paying full amount. Even the text message received from book my show doesn't mention that it is for tamil language, hence i had to return with my family, because we can't understand tamil. Hence need the refund of my booking amount.

                      I have booked 3 tickets in mysore drc for 3d movie 2.0 on 30 nov 2018. Once i entered theatre only came to know it is 2d. But i have selected for 3d movie only in bookmyshow. I had no other option other than entering into a 2d movie. Even in the ticket no where they have mentioned as 3d or 2d. I have reached drc reception to get it resolved but strictly they have mentioned it as this ticket is only for 2d. Even i can see there are few more peoples faced the same issue.

                            I have booked 2 tickets for 17 nov sat at phoenix imax mall at lower parel, mumbai today but when i got a ticket confirmation it is for 16 dec fri, i. E. Today, which is very annoying. I first thought i must have made a mistake, but when i go to the app and rebook it, i select 17 sat, and when i go to the next page it changes to 16 fri! How can a reputed app like bookmyshow have such a stupid error is beyond me. I raised a query on the support but the money is not refundable as per their reply to my ticket. I need you to look into this issue as i am sure there must be many people facing this issue today.

                              I had made online payment of Rs. 335.40 for a book my show transaction through the BookMyShow app under reference number IGAEPMHLV4 on 21/10/2018 at 9.39am. The said payment was successfull from Bank but failed at the theatre. I have received sms and email from Book my show intimating that a successful refund process has been completed by them and the refund will be credited to my bank account directly within 10 working days as maximum limit. The merchant reference number for refund process is PSBI[protected] and it is the bank's responsibility now to credit the money to my account.

                              However, the bank is claiming that they haven't received any such request from the merchant and till date, even after a lapse of more than twenty days I haven't received the amount.

                              When I call your customer care they ask me to approach the bank. I'm a very busy person and that's why I chose BookMyShow to book the tickets, so from where will I get time to go the bank branch?? Also, the amount was deducted from the bank immediately and was not accepted by the cinema hall, so bank is not at the fault for the failed transaction but BookMyShow is. So now it's your responsibility to coordinate with the bank and get the credit done and that too in time and not ask me to visit the branch. Inspite of this I have contacted the bank and enquired about the same but as I said they claim that they haven't received any refund from your side.

                              Already there's way too much delay. I hope immediate action is taken from your side or I will be forced to approach the consumer forum for further action and compensation as I am tossed by the bank and merchant from each to the other like a tennis ball.

                                I am from bengaluru and was in chennai when i received a message that reservations were made for some hindi movie in new delhi using my wallet amount.
                                Btfd[protected] (Bookmyshow).

                                Amount was deducted from my bookmyshow wallet.

                                I stay in bengaluru and i had not made any reservations for the movie in new delhi.
                                Informed the bookmyshow team immediately but the issue has not been resolved.

                                Looks like there is a serious security issue with their wallet or my suspicion someone in the office who has access to the wallet has misued the same.

                                Have got info that bookmyshow was discontinuing their wallet app and looks like they are not refunding the money in the wallet, instead are using the amount.

                                They may have good options for bookings but they have a serious security issue with their wallet.
                                Suggest no money is put in the wallet and instead payments are done through cards directly.

                                Very bad & untrustworthy customer service as they express concerns and assure you of a reply soon but do not resolve any issue
                                I am Rashmi, I have booked 2 tickets for “andhadhun “ city pride spot 18, Pimple Saudagar, Pune for 8:15 pm show on 17th oct 2018 using bookmyshow app and made payment using net banking . But amount of Rs.335.40/-was deducted from my account and tickets have not been booked.

                                Kindly initiate the refund at your end at earliest.
                                I booked movie ticket through book my show for sandaikozhi 2 movie in INOX Coimbatore on 20.10.2018. But my transaction failed and amount got debited from my saving account on 20.10.2018. Till today i didnt receive my debited amount back. The money amount is 612.69 Rs. It has been more than 20 days.
                                Please help.

                                  I am Rakesh Ravindra. I booked ticket online on 18/10/2018 and i paid rs 472.80 rs and it got debited but the booking was cancelled and i got message that it will be refunded and i got message after many days that it was refunded along with auth code-[protected] but the amount is not reflecting in my account.

                                    I am an old customer of bookmyshow. Because of app changing my location automatically to delhi, wrong ticket was booked which i immediately within 10minutes brought to the notice of customer care executive. I have requested a lot to cancel my ticket and refund my money but nothing done. I then asked to compensate me by giving some kind of bonus that can be used while i book the next ticket on book my show, but unfortunately nothing has been given to me. So i have decided to quit using bookmyshow and will circulate this message to all my nears and dears and in social media also so that the others also will see the real face of these apps.

                                      Transaction was successful, but ticket not booked and amount got debited from my account. Worst experience. Customer service is most worst, should hold the phone on for 1hour to contact them
                                      Further they sent a mail that the amount will be credited within 7 working days, but its already 13 days up still the amount has not been credited.
                                      They are fooling us by deducting our hard earned money by failed transactions and looting our money. This is not the fair way to earn money

                                      Below is the msg i recieved after the failed transaction.
                                      Your a/c xxxx2989 linked to card no ending with 1193 debited for rs 1, 275.04 on 27/10/2018 towards pos withdrawal. Avl bal is rs 1, 5xxxx2.39. If this transaction is not initiated by you, type suspect and send sms to 56161 as report o[censored]nauthorised transactions and to block further debit transactions in your accounts

                                        I have booked tickets for tamil movie. On 12th october and i have charged two times for that booked ticket. The first one is unsuccessful transaction it also charged. 484.72 and second transaction was successful. Plz solve this and refund my money. I checked my bank, they informed to check big tree.
