I'm Unable to claim the voucher i recieved on purchase of pringles. i had put one time this code..but my transaction failed second time it is not accepting or processing the same. pls help
Bookef tickets on 4th nov and i have charged two times for that booked ticket. The first one is unsuccessful transaction it also charged. 484.72 and second transaction was successful. Plz solve this and refund my money. I checked my bank, they informed to check big tree

    Hi,

    I have ordered food and beverages from bms app on 21st october 2018, order number is : wq9bxpt, carnival cinemas (Ameerpet).

    Before start of the show:
    I showed the order number at the counter and the guy told me that it is not updated in their system and it will take about 45 minutes to get it updated, they took pictures of the seat number and the order id so that they can give it at the seats during the movie, but it did not happen

    During inverval,
    Went and asked the same, they gave the same response and i called the bms support team and they wanted to talk to the person, and they were too busy to talk to these guys and it never happened. The bms support assured me that it will be refunded

    I watched the movie and left

    I waited but there was no response from them and now i have been following up with them for two days and they keep saying 24 hours more and keep dragging it for a 311 rps refund.

    Today evening i got a call saying that cinemas confirmed that they have provided the order and they cannot refund it and later on telling that i did not get any or provide me a proof of me collecting the order or they giving me the order they gave a number to contact, when called that number they informed that they do not handle the queries of the ameerpet brand

    While i am typing this i am still on chat with this support and they still give me the generic statements that they are looking it and will get back as soon as possible

    And here is an earlier email where they clearly mentioned that they have initiated the refund and it will be done in 5-7 working days

    This is how they played double standards I am not sure if it’s the cinemas or BMS

    Why can’t they initiate the conference call in first place and get it resolved it on day 1. Instead of fooling around with customers and acusing them if lying

    Spoke to BMS executive who goes by the name Don, he offered me a 311 voucher but he cannot assure me that the paid amount can be refunded which the cinemas claims the food was provided.

    He informed that he will arrange for conference with the cinemas and BMS for resolution.
    However its been more then 48 hours without the amount being refunded and the service now been provided

    FYI Booking ID
    WQ9BXPT made on Sunday 21st October 8 PM
    Got call from BMS and they conferenced the call with cinemas and cinemas agreed that it was not provided and they will initiate the refund.

    Now BMS still needs 5-7 days time to refund the amount. Please find the attached emails how they confused the customers and caused me of lying stating that I have collected it and it cannot be refunded.

    I definitely went thought a mental torcher following up these guys once they say refund initiated and later they say I have collected and called me a lier and cannot be refunded

    I need compensation for the time and mental agony I went thought with these guys

      Bookmyshow is not at all customer friendly. Their offers are mere for attracting users but in reality bms do not want user to take benefit of the offers. It happened to me twice and bms do not want to take any feedback from customers and do not want to do anything. I have lost 1000+ inr in two transactions done through bms.

      When i asked for refund, bms customer support do not want to give any offer.

Card number, expiry date and cvv number also which is illegal for that they are calling me again and again and telling that give the details otherwise the refund will not done.           Hello... I had booked for 2 tickets for the movie badhaai ho at payal cinema the money from my account has been deducted athough the transaction had failed four to five times... The money deducted is not being credited to my account. And due to successive transitions my account has become completely void of money. As i used this card only for certain immediate needs.. Now due to emptying of this account totally.. I have not only suffered an immediate shortage of money but also lost an immediate aid to certain immediate problems...
          Hence i require to draw the attention for the quick recovery of my ample sum of money.. Which i have lost successively through repeated transactions.. So that it will aid in my daily immediate needs... Thank you

            I have booked 7 movie ticket at newtheatre trivandrum on[protected]., 11.15 am show. But in trivandrum that day was hardly. So the theatre not opened. So we cant watch the movie.               On 16th oct i booked a ticket for kayam kulam kochunni at abhilash theatre mukkam (Booking id: dd6c42dc) for 11.30am 18th october 2018. But movie was not screened at booked time due to harthal in kerala that day. I went there and they told me show was cancelled and to contact the online site booked the ticket for refund. But bookmyshow gave me no notification and no proper replies even after continuous requests. Many of those who booked that day left without hope. But i am trying as i can, please resolve the issue sir.

                I ordered two tickets for the movie " The Villain " in vaishnavi theatre, uttarahalli main road and I payed Rs 280.48 through Google pay. Amount has been deducted from my account and the payment has been successful but I got a message saying the booking was unsuccessful.
                And the seats aren't reserved as well. This is totally irresponsible from book my show
                Please look into it ASAP. Thank you.

                  Booked 9 tickets for a movie on 16th october 2018. Had booked on their site for 10.20am show on 17th but received tickets for 10.20pm show. When we realised this, tried to cancel on the same site and failed. So tried calling helpdesk at 10am on 17th, where kept holding in queue without any progress. So finally asked for a call back by their executive. By the time the call came it was 8pm and was informed that cancellation was not possible as it has to be done at least 4hrs prior to show. Total loss of 1900rs along with mental tension and stress instead of 3hrs of entertainment at the theatre.

                      I am satish t, i have booked 2 tickets for "fryday" pvr icon madhapur, hyderabad, for 0:30 pm show on dated 14th oct 2018 using bookmyshow app and made payment using google pay. After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'. But an amount of rs 343.78 was debited from my account.

                      Till date i haven't got any update on refund.

                      It's worst experience with Bookmyshow
                      Its almost 16 days but no action taken against payment failure refund amount.
                      Is Bookmyshow like to Play with customers?
                      10.10.2018 dated i booked 2 tickets in book my show and payment through google pay app. and amount was deducted and tickets would not booked.
                      Booked one ticket for tamil movie 96 for the show at 2.15 pm on 13/10/2018. at Aradhana theater Kollam, KERALA and pad amount rs. 123.60. Not yet received the message on phone. Mob no. [protected].
                      Booked through bookmyshow. But ot received confirmation message so far to produce in the theater to receive ticket. Show begins at 2.15 pm

                        Booked tickets for 5 at sushanta hall at seoraphuli westbengal.

                        It's utter frustrating.
                        Did not get the seats deserved for. We booked for seats no C-12, 13, 14, 15, 16
                        But we're forced to take the sit at the last.
                        Over that it was a ac balcony.but the ac didn't work. It was very hot inside. We almost suffocated.
                        Movie date was for 15.10.2018.
                        I want my tickets refunded and along with that Rs 6000 as harassment compensation.

                          Problem is i have Booked the ticket on 13th Oct 2018. After done with the payment only Internet fee got detected. While i reach theater i came to know i need to purchase ticket only by Offline for that theatre in that case why i need to pay my Internet fee.

                          The chat person Shailaja told me to READ THE TERMS N CONDITION BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT.

                          Sorry of-course i have made payment through WAP site and your WAP site doesn't have Terms and conditions link and no more alert for Zero payment process + Internet charges alone taking care in payment.

                            I have booked balcony movie tickets in "asian srinivas theatre" which is located in mancherial municipality-504208 area, through bookmyshow. As per telangana government rates in municipality areas balcony tickets prices will be 80-/ rupees (With a/c) but they are costed me 100-/ rupees instead of 80-/ rupees. I don't know why these are collecting high prices but almost collecting a heavy amount from the people. Please take action on them.

                              I'm using prepaid sim and I done recharge 199 with internet packs
                              Whenever I want to book online I'm using my own wifi and my own data which one I'm paying...but y they collecting base money and gst...I know u r ###people's are created GST...
                              Y should I have to pay internet handling..
                              U guy's are giving wifi in theaters?

                                I got a bookmyshow voucher wortnh rs. 600. I tried to book 3 movie tickets using this, the total cost was rs.594 (Inclusive of all taxes and fees) but it showed that the amount payable was rs.94 still. So i went back to previous page and when i try to apply the offer again it doesnt work. Even after waiting and trying again it doesnt work. Totally fed up. Please solve this problem

                                  The redemption code of bookmyshow is not working its showing error. Eventhough i booked two days in advance for the movie jhonny english ur voucher dosent work. They are scamming people with the fake vouchers. More over the voucher says in 600 rupees we can buy the ticket but when booking only it showed 141 rupees discount and then error occurred after that i was unable to book my ticket. As per the rules of the voucher i booked two days in advance and in weekdays, but still i did not get any free tickets. I got this vocher after shopping at max. Vocher name is denim it up. They are scamming people. The reference id - 7031377, was given by them for my complaint after that my email wasnt responded by them. I need the refund of my two tickets because of the waste of my time energy and money.

                                  I booked a movie ticket they debited money from my tez UPI but ticket get cancelled and they said that the money will be refunded within 24 hours but still I haven't received any mail. But in the mail they have mentioned it as 10 days it took so long process so I suffered lot.

                                  I had received a message from HDFC bank that
                                  Congratulations! You have won a BookMyShow voucher XXXXX worth Rs. 100 for your HDFCBank Debit Card transactions in Jul 2018. Voucher valid till 20Jan19. I tried using the code given but it shows Sorry, this winpin/moviemoney code does not exist or is already used (#2101).
                                  This is how they cheat people..book my show is fooling people. I urge all the people to stop using this app for booking the movie tickets.

                                    I have booked two ticket for the movie chekka chivandha vaanam on september 27 today.. Through amazon pay wallet.. I didn't receive the tickets but the amount of rs. 177 has been deducted from my account.. It is showing that transaction is still in process but i didn't get any confirmation message still now. Please do the favour and refund my money...

                                      max movie voucher unable to use error code (#-4011)

                                      While using the movie voucher which is given by max shopping mall... The msg showing like "sorry the offer is locked to mobile number while generating the code. The mobile which i was used another one of mine instead of was given to max store and bookmyshow also.. After i sent msg to registered number but system saying already used please use fresh code......

                                      I was booking two tickets for flat no 609 at cinepolis, acropolis mall, kolkata. Paid through amazon pay where it shows that the amount has already been deducted from my balance with two separate transaction ids... But my tickets did not arrive. Received a "transaction is still in process" message from bookmyshow telling me to wait a few minutes... It's been 1h 20mins now, the show is in an hour and i haven't received my tickets yet. I've really waited enough, please intiate refund immediately.

                                      I am simranjeet singh, i booked 3 tickets for parahuna movie. My tickets are not confirmed. I did’nt receive confirmation of tickets and the sum of 896.28 is deducted from my account..please solve this issue nd refunded my money.
