I pre-booked Baahubali 2 movie in bookmyshow.com at Friday, 28 April 2017 10.50 PM . I did not get tickets for movie. At 29 April 2017 I got message like my ticket is not confirmed and money will be refunded within 15 days. But still I did not get my money refunded. I booked four tickets and they estimated 720Rs for four tickets. I have booked my ticket from
Mob.[protected]. I call HDFC bank and they gave me Ref No.[protected]. I have also called bookmyshow helpdesk No.[protected] but no prper respense from them.

    I am Akhil M Thampy, yesterday 15/5/2017 I booked 2 tickets for bahubali 2 for 17/5/2017 at 11:00 am show, in Audio 1, Aries Plex sl theater, Trivandrum, Kerala. From my mother's bank account named Beenakrishnan with netbanking you have deducted 467 rupees with internet booking charges and I haven't got any confirmation regarding my tickets and if the ticket is not booked yet kindly refund rupees 467 to the bank account

      I prebooked 1 ticket for bahubali 2 movie which was on 18th april. On 27th of april i got message and a mail that

      "it seems you had pre-booked tickets with us. Apologies, but we were not able to book the tickets as per the preferences selected by you.

      We have processed the refund for the amount of rs. 340.00 to the payment channel.
      The refund should reflect in 10 working days although it doesn't usually take that long."

      Now this is 14th may, i still didn't get any amount back from them, is this is the right way to do business with consumers amount, first of all you need to check yourself whether we can book tickets or not, after that only you have to take the bookings. But bookmyshow people didn't do that and failed to book tickets and even failed to refund back the amount to users. They are saying with in 10 working days..., it is already around 15 working days from 28th to today,

      These are very bad services from bookmyshow, now just asking for when they will refund?

        I pre-booked Baahubali 2 movie in bookmyshow.com at Monday, 17 April 2017 1.24PM. I did not get tickets for movie. At 26 April 2017 I got message like my ticket is not confirmed and money will be refunded within 15 days. But still I did not get my money refunded. I booked two tickets and they estimated 300Rs for two tickets. Along with internet handling fee total amount is 380RS.

        PRE-BOOK ID is PB-[protected].
        Total Amount is 380/- Rs
        Payment Method : Debit card

        I am also facing the same issue with the BMS. If I want to contact them through the Email they are responding like this:

        During booking my movie tickets my account debited with rs 659.52 on 29th of April through an unsuccessful transaction and still not credited to account.
        Today dated 12th May and still I waited for my amount to be credited back .
        So kindly took the matter at your end and do the needful as soon as possible.

            This is snigdha 15 days back when I was trying to book tickets for Bahubali it started processing and continued processing till 15 min. And the money got cut from the bank . I got a message that money transaction has happened.but immediately the tickets got cancelled y the reason I don't know.and I got a message that the money will be refunded within 10.
            The money transaction is happend on 27 April, from that date already 10 days have been completed but till now money is not refunded into the account.please do refund the amount.
            I feel very bad of this.
            While booking movie tickets on Sunday (14- May-2017), money got deducted from my account and the portal shown error message. I did not get the tickets.

            I was expecting refund will be processed automatically, but even after 48+ hrs did not get the money back.

            I requesting a refund.

                I booked 2 tickets for "guardians of the galaxy vol. 2 (3d hindi)" of rajhans cinemas (Nikol, ahmedabad) for 7th may. I had seen 3 options for show (9am, 3am, 9pm) on bookmyshow. So i booked tickets for 9pm but after payment, show time changed 9pm to 9am. I asked in box-office of rajhans cinemas and they replied to me that we had only one show for "guardians of the galaxy" on 7th may and it was 9am.

                So i asked to bookmyshow for "in boxoffice of rajhans cinemas, they replied to me that we had only 1 show on 7th may and it was 9am. So why had i seen 3 options for show (9am, 3am, 9pm) on bookmyshow?" and asked for refund too. But they didn't give proper answer and didn't send my query to technical team and replied "our system only confirms the options selected by the customers at the time of transacting / booking tickets and cannot randomly select the show date, timings, venue or any other booking details."

                I have booked 6 tickets for 10 may for bahubali 2 in jaipur city...but was not getting the confirmation id for tickets...amount was already debited from my account...plz send bookin code as soon as possible

                  I had booked 2 tickets for bahubali 2 on 10th may 2017 and the money was deducted from my state bank account but no confirmation about the tickets was received. I have complained twice to them but in vain. I am facing a lot of problems due to this issue. Please please resolve my problem as it is hindering my day to day.                     Hi Kannan,

                    When tickets are booked on the website there are 3 stages where the booking details are mentioned on the order summary. Once the tickets are confirmed we are unable to cancel, exchange, refund or manually modify as the tickets are booked with the cinema directly and since they have a zero cancellation policy we have to abide by the rules set by cinema. You can certainly gift these tickets to family/ friends and bring a smile on their face.

                      I had pre-booked my tickets for baahubali 2 but bookmyshow sent me a apology message saying that they couldnt process the amount so they will be refunding it in 10days. Till now i havent received any refund. Its more than 15days. Bookmyshow is spoiling its reputation like this. It shouldnt have charged when its unable to book or refund when not booked. why do they play with customer's money??

                      Many Private sites are charging and cheating money of customers but I thought bookmyshow would be geniuine since they are from many years but for refund they are taking more than 10days. I would demand a refund with penality for not refunding it in 10days & For making the customer to wait for 10days.

                      We am terribly sorry that your tickets were not booked! Due to immense demand for the tickets were sold out even before our system had the chance to book them. As for the refund we have clearly stated that it will take upto 10 working days, which does not count bank holidays and public holidays (eg. Saturday and Sunday). Be assured about the refund as you can expect by the end of day on 12th May! Hope you understand us!

                      12th may??? Today is 25th may and still i havent received any refund. Bookmyshow is fooling the customers and cheating their money??? Done with much of waitings. If its not solved as soon as possible serious action would be taken about this because 10days was your mentioned timeline but its now beyond any limit. How could you expect the customers to wait for more than 25days. This is absolute cheating...Worst!

                        We had booked justin bieber tickets from book my show.. Before booking the tickets, we had confirmed that the selected seats were sitting seats..

                        After few weeks we came to know they were standing seats... We again called up bookmyshow to clarify the same. They again confirmed they were sitting seats!!

                        On the final day we had to stand!! Upon calling them again, the customer care says, "sorry for misguiding you, the entire show is a standing event!!"

                        This is absolutely not acceptable!! We are disgusted with your customer service!!

                        A big lie by book my show!! Inspite of there being sitting arrangement, they said entire show is a standing event!! Continuously we are being kept on hold...A customer care answered my call, as soon as questioned him on their lie and the harassment they created, he disconnected my call!!

                        The show was to start at 4pm...till 6:30pm it is still not started!!!

                          Money will be retransfer to my account with 7 days. I want to confrom it.
                          24 hours your compliant number is busy. So thus you are receiving that much compliant per day.
                          Tranfer my amount as soon as possible.

                            Hi,
                            I booked bahubali 2 tickets on[protected], at fun cinemas, show timings 2:35 pm and seat numbers were d-9 and d-10. But due to server problem it was delayed and cancelled and i booked different seat numbers again. Money was deducted from both the bookings. I request you to refund the amount which was deducted from my account for the first booking without generating tickets and was cancelled.

                              I have booked the 1 ticket for bahubali 2 on 25th april 2017 from book my show app, for seat no c-16 but there was a problem in first attempt so i wasnt able to booked but rs - 239.76 was spent from my credit card ending 4214! After that i made 2nd trial for same seat and it was successful but 2 times rs - 239.76 was spent and till date i wasnt refunded! I have attached the screenshot for the same.

                                I had booked tickets from BookMyShow.com for a movie at DTCityCentre - Gurgaon. But due to certain reasons, I wanted to cancel my ticket. I called BookmyShow helpline number to cancel the tickets, one day before the show. But they refused my request. Even when I requested them to keep the service charges, and may be more but refund the rest of the amount, the customer acre executive completely refused. When I demanded to speak to their senior, . they promised to arrange a cal back which I never recveived.

                                We do understand your view on this situation. When you book a ticket on our website, there are stages where you confirm your booking on the order summary page. Once you proceed to payment and the booking is confirmed, the seats are blocked at the cinema's end. We being ticket aggregates have to abide by the rules laid by the cinemas and hence cannot exchange, refund, cancel or make any manual modifications on a confirmed booking as cinemas do not have a cancellation policy.

                                  I have done transaction through bookmyshow on[protected] for movie bahubali conclusion at mukta a2 cinemas, vizag central with my hdfc card.

                                  Payment is made to bookmyshow from hdfc card...1745 on
                                  [protected]:22:21:01. Payment done, but tickets not booked by bookmyshow.

                                  Till date[protected] no refund is made. Kindly resolve the issue.

                                    Hi i have booked tickets online for justin biber show on 14 april 2017 about 3 weeks in advance for the event of 10th may..
                                    I was informed that the tickets would be delivered at home about 2 -3 days prior to the show.. I have been calling since sunday 7th may to know the ticket status.. Finally on pushing hard they shared me the airway bill number of blue dart courier and asked me to check the next day. On checking with blue dart courier i was told that the awb [protected] provided to me is non existent. On monday again on calling and checking with bookmyshow i am being told that there is some goo[censored]p with blue dart and they are investigating but be least assured that the tickets would be delivered by tuesday. The support team kept on giving me false promises that the tickets would be delivered. Now today night @9:47 pm on 8th night i am getting an sms that the tickets cannot be delivered and i need to collect the tickets on my own on the day of event. This is just not acceptable as they are long queue and considerable time is wasted in collecting the tickets. I called them to refund my money and cancel the tickets as they are not able to deliver.
                                    At this point i am being told they are helpless and cancellation is not possible as per rules
                                    This is completely against the promise made and feel completely helpless at this point.
                                    As a consumer i request help and justice as i feel cheated from bookmyshow who has sold the tickets and now they are not able to give me refund nor they are
                                    Able to deliver the tickets and taking me for ride since 2 day
                                    Request your help in getting refund and or tickets delivered by tomorrow end of day

                                      I was book 2 tickets for bhahubali, i got return message from you like this "your transaction is still in process. We are yet to receive from the bank/cinema please be patient". But tickets are not booked at the same time (Show time is 10:00 pm date : 27may2017 theater name: pvr (Elements mall) in bangalore, karnataka, india) but money deducted from my account, so please refund my amount (1345/-) as soon as possible.

                                        I have booked 5 tickets of Bahubali 2 Movie on 29th of April 2017, my amount of 1398.8 Rupees got deducted from my HDFC account by Net Banking, but my tickets are not booked. I have called in their Customer care number, and my call got connected after 16 minutes as I was in 65th caller position. Later the Customer care executive used all her favorite dialogues we are extremely sorry, and we are definitely here to help you etc etc...But till date my amount is not refunded by this fraud Company namr BOOK MY SHOW .COM. Government promotes Cash less transactions, but Government must ensure prompt refund also from such ######## name Book my show .com
