It ia so annoying when you have prebooked your seats they have been alloted but they deducted the money for higher row and gave the front row seats... Disgusting to the core... I had got my 4 tickets in metro inox at marine lines for the 8.30pm show on the very first day, had gone with my family and to my shock i was seated in the front row of the theatre whereas they had deducted the amount of the higher bracket seats... This is a total...

We have booked tickets through bookmyshow in Sensation khairtabad show at 9pm confirmed seats L3 to L8 however these has been sold by theather manager through walkin tickets and not allowed us to watch the movie. Saying management has no relation with bookmyshow and will not allow us to watch the show as we do not have tickets. Please take action against this issue.
We haven't received any cancellation of the tickets from bookmyshow.br...

Since we entered into the theatre some unknown people already occupied our seats they refused us to leave our seats.. We took up this issue to theatre staff nd supervisor... But they couldn't help us. What they did is they asked to sit very front near to the screen first screen......

Book my show has collected the money but didn't confirm the tickets for many people for the movie bahubali 2.
And they are saying that it will be refunded in 5 days they are just earning money through interests. Just a small calculation for suppose around 20000 members have pre booked the tickets and they are paying on an average of 1000 so 1000 * 20000 makes 2 crores so its a minimum amount and now after making business of it he is...

I booked my tickets for take off - movie for an amount of rs. 462. This amount was deducted from my account in sbi on april 15th. From atm msg came about money deduction. Later i got amessage from book my show that the amount will be credited in 10 working days. But amount has not been refunded till now in my account. Kindly make arrangements to refund the amount of rs. 462 in my account....

I had tried booking bahubali movie tickets for sunday 30.4.17 at cinepolis theatre vadodara through paytm on 27.4.17. I have pre-booked tickets as per advertisement posted in bookmyshow open page with big poster.
We have so many hopes on first day show. It got collapsed. If you were not posted advertisement i will not book the tickets. It is very very disappointed for me and my friends who are more interested to watch first day show. What bookmyshow done is entirely come under cheating to people.

Please expect to hear about your pre booking status by tomorrow afternoon. Today to my surprise the tickets were not booked...

Pre-booking was registered on 14apr17.
Till 25th i saw in book-my-show that the status was in pre-booked but till now
I haven’t received any confirmation on booking.
Now the request is not available in pre-booked history or in active booked history.

Kindly let me know what happened to the transaction

I have pre - booked 4 tickets for baahubali 2-the conclusion with preffered cinemas in hyderabad (Rk cineplex, carnival cinemas, prasad's). I had booked 4 tickets by paying rs.960/- on 19.04.16, in bookmyshow.com with ref. No. Pb-[protected]. The movie release date, not more than 24 hours, till we did not receive any communication or information from concerns and more over the pre-booking details was removed from the site. Not able to contact the customer care numbers. Even no reply for the emails. At last contacted the office number by getting the internet...

This is very annoying that book my show have asked for taking pre order for bahubali-2 conculsion by which we have pre ordered the same, till now I have not received any ticket for this movie and yesterday they told me I will get it by today. All the customer helpline is not working and it's busy.

I want my ticket or money back 580 RS.

Today morning I booked tickets in computer for baahubali 2 the conclusion tamil for 3 persons amt- 466.5 rs only at nearly 5:00 am but they deducted my money but I got has like something went wrong in BookMyShow website
Then I again did the same but got my tickets booked but the last time they deducted my money I want them to repay my amt.plz lol over the problem.it is my humble request over the case...

I am Bindu Raju, I tried to book ticket for bahubali 2 on 26 Wednesday April for 3 persons, an error message came from the app and the booking got cancelled and ticket was not there in the app, but 444.72 rupees was debited from my account. I have book my tickets for bahubali 2 at the pre booking by selecting the preference of the theatres and done the payment as well. Yesterday also we got the message saying that your tickets will be sent to you by tomorrow afternoon... But we haven't got any message and mail and tried calling book my show customer care. Their answer is that you have selected the wrong preference of the theatre and it got auto cancelled....

This is very annoying that book my show have asked for taking pre order for bahubali-2 conculsion by which we have pre ordered the same, now that we have already pre ordered we have not tried to take the same in advance bookings even if the tickets were available, hoping that the tickets would be confirmed by book my show
