On 28th April morning, While trying to book 3 seats for Bahubali 2 (hindi), through bookmyshow ios app (orion east mall banaswadi bangalore 29th saturday 9:30 PM show), after making the payment through interbet banking, I got an error message in the app " Transaction timed out..). I tried again making a fresh payment and was able to successfully book 3 tickets. Later I had noticed 6 active tickets in my inbox. I had spoken with book myshow customer care executive at around 9:30 AM on 28th itself, and had explained her the situation and requested for a refund for 3 tickets. To my surprise, I was told by their customer care executive that, she would not be able to do anything, since she was not able to see any transaction failures in the log. When I insisted on a refund, she said they would look into this in detail and would give me a call within an hour.Reference number given to me for that request was 3847470. However no one bothered to call me/respond to me.So I got penalized for their app not functioning well/ not capturing error logs. Disapoointed with their attitude and service. Will never take a chance with thier services
