When i look for bahubali booking in anand cine complex kurnool... Booking has been done for gold anand. It is not showing proper cenemas. We lost 525/- in this confusion.... We could not watch the film... So please consider my issue nd refund my ticket charges... Rs 525/-. My booking id gdan-0098de-008be0. Date[protected]... Your app is not user friendly. Almost 15 audience have done like this nd we were sent away from the cenemas hall. Kindly refund my amount.

I booked my tickets for Bahubali 2 movie for an amount of rs. 1448. This amount was deducted from my account in sbi on april 29th. From atm msg came about money deduction. Later i got a message from book my show that the amount will be credited in 10 working days. But amount has not been refunded till now in my account.
Kindly make arrangements to refund the amount of rs. 1448 in my account...

This b v madhusudhan i was booked 2 tickets through book my show for baahubali 2 in anand movie complex kurnool, andhra pradesh show time 07-15 pm on 29th april2017 booing no : gdan-0098b3-008737 confirmed seats f1 and f2 in screen 5. Entered in the theatre and occupied the seats but very regrets to inform that the management not permitted us to watch movie and informed that book my show is not authority to reserve seats in that movie complex. The management rejected our tickets because the booked tickets belongs to gold cinema, anand, gujarat. Nearly 2 hours valuble time wasted and at the same time we insulted shocked this kind of situation i need full refund. And take action about this, i was waste my total 2hours.

Hi,
I had booked 5 tickets of the movie Bahubali -2 in inox pink square on 29th May. While booking the movie no where it was written that it is a show for the telugu version of the movie. When we reached there, we realized that we had booked wrong tickets which was not mentioned anywhere. We wasted our 1 Hr and returned back home without watching the movie. We want complete refund for the same.

On 28th April morning, While trying to book 3 seats for Bahubali 2 (hindi), through bookmyshow ios app (orion east mall banaswadi bangalore 29th saturday 9:30 PM show), after making the payment through interbet banking, I got an error message in the app " Transaction timed out..). I tried again making a fresh payment and was able to successfully book 3 tickets. Later I had noticed 6 active tickets in my inbox. I had spoken with book myshow customer care executive at around 9:30 AM on 28th itself, and had explained her the situation and requested for a refund for 3 tickets. To my surprise, I was told by their customer care executive that, she would not be able to do anything, since she was not able to see any transaction failures in the log. When I insisted on a refund, she said they would look into this in detail and would give me a call within an hour.Reference number given to me for that request was 3847470. However no one bothered to call me/respond to me.So I got penalized for their app not functioning well/ not capturing error logs. Disapoointed with their attitude and service. Will never take a chance with thier services

I had booked bahubali 2 the conclusion language of hindi ticket. On 30th april 2017 when i went to seen the movie at 1.50 show this movie telecast in telgu.. I have again confirmed the satyam chinema hall manager bt he said that plz contact to book my show cuatomer care.. At this time this movie telecast in telgu language... So please refunded my amount as per booking...

We booked three tickets for Bahubali 2 through bookmyshow on 29.04.2017 to watch this movie on 30.04.2017 at PVR naraina. No where it was mentioned while booking the tickets or in the tickets itself that the movie will be screened in telugu and NOT in hindi. We posted on Facebook where they are neither accepting the fault in their procedure nor refunding the money back. We also sent an email and didn't get any suitable reply.
I am also attaching a screenshot of our ticket. To reconfirm that there was no fault in our procedure of booking please type on google "bookmyshow bahubali 2 delhi" it directly take you to the list of movie halls and from there we selected pvr naraina, 8:15 am show.
So many people who have booked their tickets through are facing the same problem. I believe some proactive response should be taken from the side of bookmyshow team.

This syed i was book my show for baahubali 2 in mariyappa theatre: chidambaram time 12:00 pm show booing no : mtcm[protected] in t&c inform me to collect the tickets before 1h but ticket contours was closed, i waited for few minutes but still theatre contours men not giving the tickets and he cancelled my tickets he give to other person, after 30 minutes he say ticket is cancelled no ticket available, i paid my seat holding reservation charges i need full refund. Bms shod take action about this, i was waste my total 2h after using 4 years bms this my worst experience.

Book my show please don't give this kind of worst theatre, plz give the tickets full payment option to customer shod not face this kind of problems.

I have booked 3 movie for nahi bali 2 movie tickets for 1 st may 2017 but when completed payment step my session was expired so I didn't get tickets but my amount is deducted. And I couldn't get redirected to website again so I can not get complete my booking.

It is often observed that the book my show website have issues related payment deduction.
People facing problem regarding their transactions.

I booked two tickets booking id WPT59LM. But got no massages in my mobile. But money deducted from my card. Time 11.30 pm sat 23rd april 2017. As Got no ticket references, tried for new ticket tommorow. Please arrange to cancel the ticket and refund my money.

I already purchase two tickets again of 30th april 12.15.And got SMS in my mobile.

I booked 3 movie tickets amounting rs. 354.78/- in metro, ujjain for bahubali 2 yesterday[protected] on book my show. My amount deducted from jio money for the booking but my ticket not confirming and no refunded money in my wallet. Please do needful as immediately. My jio money transaction id[protected]. I call on complaint no bur also busy

I booked 3 tickets for 01 may 2017 today morning... Booking done.. By mistake booked for telugu version... Called up customer care... Requested if can be cancelled with some cancellartion fees or if can be transfered for some other day even if it requires extra chanrges... But i just got a straight answer no...

There must be certain terms included for refund/transfer/cancellation of movie tickets.

It ia so annoying when you have prebooked your seats they have been alloted but they deducted the money for higher row and gave the front row seats... Disgusting to the core... I had got my 4 tickets in metro inox at marine lines for the 8.30pm show on the very first day, had gone with my family and to my shock i was seated in the front row of the theatre whereas they had deducted the amount of the higher bracket seats... This is a total scam by bookmyshow team... Never expected this to happen... On pre booking your esteemed company had well in advance taken the amount used the money and in the end you very conveniently gave us the front row seats and charged us the higher bracket seats... This is cheating on your part and i would like you to pay back the amount with interest and pay up for the same and rectify ur mistake... Cant think of a company of this repute to be doing this... Its a shame... Would never book on your website which has no repect for its customers... I hope you will atleast reply back at the earliest and make amends for your treatment...

We have booked tickets through bookmyshow in Sensation khairtabad show at 9pm confirmed seats L3 to L8 however these has been sold by theather manager through walkin tickets and not allowed us to watch the movie. Saying management has no relation with bookmyshow and will not allow us to watch the show as we do not have tickets. Please take action against this issue.
We haven't received any cancellation of the tickets from bookmyshow.

Hi my name s syed i have booked my four tickets c19 c20 c21 c22 1st show at 6;15 pm through online in sri vinayaka 2k digital cinemas dj halli bangalore
Since we entered into the theatre some unknown people already occupied our seats they refused us to leave our seats.. We took up this issue to theatre staff nd supervisor... But they couldn't help us. What they did is they asked to sit very front near to the screen first screen... We refused to sit nd we asked them to refund our amount but they rudely behaved nd send us out... I want this issue to be justified... U can mail @... [protected]@gmail.com

Venkateshwara Digital 2K Cinema: Avalahalli the bangalore. But due to certain reasons,
I wanted to cancel my ticket. I called BookmyShow helpline number to cancel the tickets, one day before the show.
But they refused my request. Even when I requested them to keep the service charges, and may be more but refund
the rest of the amount, the customer acre executive completely refused. When I demanded to speak to their senior, .
they promised to arrange a cal back which I never recveived.

Book my show has collected the money but didn't confirm the tickets for many people for the movie bahubali 2.
And they are saying that it will be refunded in 5 days they are just earning money through interests. Just a small calculation for suppose around 20000 members have pre booked the tickets and they are paying on an average of 1000 so 1000 * 20000 makes 2 crores so its a minimum amount and now after making business of it he is giving back the money now making the people to get disappointed to the core such a cheater book my show has made my show in vane.
