We booked the cinema tickets through book my show on 30th may night. For 1st may 3.00 pm show of ‘baahubali 2’ sceen4 abhiruchi pune. But since money transferred message not recd from bank we not able to get the tickets at theater & not able to attend the cinema. Pl. Update about below amount refund. I booked 7 tickets for bahubali at metro inox mumbai.. Dated 1 may 2017 for the show timing 10.30 p. M.
The app kept hanging while processing the payment... I got the confirmation of the 7. P. M. Telugu show.. I have to complain to the consumer support about this.. I have suffered a loss of inr 3595.30
I had to buy 7 tickets again fr the same amount for the 11.15. P. M. Show..

I have prebooked the ticket of babubali2 in mathura pacific mall of show timing 12:15 pm... When i start process to confirmed this booking... The amount of rs 460.30 has been deducted from my account but ticket of movie babubali2 has not booked... I feel so much of mental harrashment... I booked bahubali 2 ticket from bookmyshow with bookingid SLSD[protected] for 2:30PM. But actullay Sri Devi Theater in chandanagar started show at 2:00PM.
Because of Bookmyshow showing wrong data in site I missed half-an-hour show which is 20% of total movie.

I need total amount refund.

Even I contacted sooner, but these guies asking me to contact theater guys. which is totally meaning less....

When i look for bahubali booking in anand cine complex kurnool... Booking has been done for gold anand. It is not showing proper cenemas. We lost 525/- in this confusion.... I booked my tickets for Bahubali 2 movie for an amount of rs. 1448. This amount was deducted from my account in sbi on april 29th. From atm msg came about money deduction. Later i got a message from book my show that the amount will be credited in 10 working days. But amount has not been refunded till now in my account.

I had booked 5 tickets of the movie Bahubali -2 in inox pink square on 29th May. While booking the movie no where it was written that it is a show for the telugu version of the movie. When we reached there, we realized that we had booked wrong tickets which was not mentioned anywhere. We wasted our 1 Hr and returned back home without watching the movie. This syed i was book my show for baahubali 2 in mariyappa theatre: chidambaram time 12:00 pm show booing no : mtcm[protected] in t&c inform me to collect the tickets before 1h but ticket contours was closed, i waited for few minutes but still theatre contours men not giving the tickets and he cancelled my tickets he give to other person, after 30 minutes he say ticket is cancelled no ticket available, i paid my seat holding reservation...

I have booked 3 movie for nahi bali 2 movie tickets for 1 st may 2017 but when completed payment step my session was expired so I didn't get tickets but my amount is deducted. And I couldn't get redirected to website again so I can not get complete my booking.

I booked two tickets booking id WPT59LM. But got no massages in my mobile. But money deducted from my card. Time 11.30 pm sat 23rd april 2017. As Got no ticket references, tried for new ticket tommorow. Please arrange to cancel the ticket and refund my money.

My amount deducted from jio money for the booking but my ticket not confirming and no refunded money in my wallet. Please do needful as immediately. My jio money transaction id[protected]. I booked 3 tickets for 01 may 2017 today morning... Booking done.. By mistake booked for telugu version... Called up customer care... Requested if can be cancelled with some cancellartion fees or if can be transfered for some other day even if it requires extra chanrges... But i just got a straight answer no...

There must be certain terms included for refund/transfer/cancellation of movie tickets....
