Hi i have booked tickets online for justin biber show on 14 april 2017 about 3 weeks in advance for the event of 10th may..
I was informed that the tickets would be delivered at home about 2 -3 days prior to the show.. I have been calling since sunday 7th may to know the ticket status.. Finally on pushing hard they shared me the airway bill number of blue dart courier and asked me to check the next day. On checking with blue dart courier i was told that the awb [protected] provided to me is non existent. On monday again on calling and checking with bookmyshow i am being told that there is some goo[censored]p with blue dart and they are investigating but be least assured that the tickets would be delivered by tuesday. The support team kept on giving me false promises that the tickets would be delivered. Now today night @9:47 pm on 8th night i am getting an sms that the tickets cannot be delivered and i need to collect the tickets on my own on the day of event. This is just not acceptable as they are long queue and considerable time is wasted in collecting the tickets. I called them to refund my money and cancel the tickets as they are not able to deliver.
At this point i am being told they are helpless and cancellation is not possible as per rules
This is completely against the promise made and feel completely helpless at this point.
As a consumer i request help and justice as i feel cheated from bookmyshow who has sold the tickets and now they are not able to give me refund nor they are
Able to deliver the tickets and taking me for ride since 2 day
Request your help in getting refund and or tickets delivered by tomorrow end of day

Booked my ticket on 10th may, got confirmation on 11th may, 2017, technical Dept, blames me for the problem, although I have given them the proof via email, wasting my time since morning, although instead of refund, i requested for ticket on the day I wanted, not providing, i m also send the proofs to you

    I was book 2 tickets for bhahubali, i got return message from you like this "your transaction is still in process. We are yet to receive from the bank/cinema please be patient". But tickets are not booked at the same time (Show time is 10:00 pm date : 27may2017 theater name: pvr (Elements mall) in bangalore, karnataka, india) but money deducted from my account, so please refund my amount (1345/-) as soon as possible.

      I have booked 5 tickets of Bahubali 2 Movie on 29th of April 2017, my amount of 1398.8 Rupees got deducted from my HDFC account by Net Banking, but my tickets are not booked. I have called in their Customer care number, and my call got connected after 16 minutes as I was in 65th caller position. Later the Customer care executive used all her favorite dialogues we are extremely sorry, and we are definitely here to help you etc etc...But till date my amount is not refunded by this fraud Company namr BOOK MY SHOW .COM. Government promotes Cash less transactions, but Government must ensure prompt refund also from such ######## name Book my show .com

        I have booked tickets online so many times. But the internet handling charges for different movie shows are different, likewise these charges for normal movies are less than that of blockbuster movies. Kindly fix a amount for internet handling!!!
        What is the use of booking tickets online if we are using our internet and you are deducting 50 to 70 rupees for 2 tickets???

        The internet handling fee is a service charge that we are entitled to charge for providing customers the convenience of booking tickets from their comfort zone without having to access physical points of sale. It is our bread & butter and we try to keep the prices as reasonable & competitive we can. Being ticket aggregate, we have zero authority to make any manual changes on a confirmed booking as cinemas don't have a cancellation policy. We believe in being transparent to our customers & clearly show you the amount charged on the ticket price before proceeding to payment. Hope you understand us!

          I started book movie tickets in my book my show mobile app the process started and the show time is 0415 p.m in Asian cinesquare multiplex, Uppal, Hyderabad on[protected] i selected seats and going to the payment desk the amount deducted from my bank account the transaction reference number is IGABGQTPD7 for Rs. 232.08 on 7th May 2017. but i didn't receive any sms or mail about the movie tickets please help me please send the movie tickets or else return my deducted amount to my account

            I have book my 3 tickets for bhahubali 2 in ravindra cinemas for 9.45 show on 7 may, when we are booking it shows the same time and date after payment show date and time are changed. I really suffer with my family... At the same time lose of nearly 600 rupees... After i went to theater theatre staff was noticed that my tickets are not valid... And i was soo disappointed along with my family... So please solve my problem and help to refund my amount in my account.

              I am facing two different issues with bookmyshow. One is that they had given me a coupon that can give me a discount if i book movie tickets but that coupon did not work so i filed a complaint against it to which they did not respond. The other one is that i had booked movie tickets through bookmyshow and i was given the option of paying through a particular payment mode i'll get a cashback of a fixed amount and when i did not received that cashback amount i again filed a complaint to again which they did not respond.

                I had booked tickets from BookMyShow.com for a movie at SunCity mall - Gulbarga. But due to certain reasons, I wanted to cancel my ticket. I called BookmyShow helpline number to cancel the tickets, one day before the show. But they refused my request. Even when I requested them to keep the service charges, and may be more but refund the rest of the amount, the customer acre executive completely refused. When I demanded to speak to their senior, . they promised to arrange a cal back which I never recveived.

                  I have booked a ticket in hindi but it is booked in telugu & then i have talked your executive mr john & your executive is saying ticket are not cancelled the i said please give me your owner id or no but he is refused to me they don't have email id or phone no of owner & he is not giving me.
                  So as human being mistake is possible but he told me this is not possible of cancellation of ticket so sir please consider on priority basis please help me out

                  I booked bahubali conclusion movie ticket show timing 10:00PM and date 29/04/2017 through net banking (SBH) got money deduction massage through bank but didnt get seat no. Conformation massage either in text format or in email.
                  So it is Requested to please look into matter and refund my deducted amount.

                      I purchased 2 tickets for Film City Mumbai tour for 1st May 2017 tour time 12:20 pm. The detail of booking is given here under.From Navi Mumbai I reached at the spot which is 40kms from Navi Mumbai by spending Rs 2000 on Taxi, I found that Office of Film City was closed and security guards told that tours will not be conducted because of May Day and Maharashtra Day. I gave several calls on the help desk and every times I was kept in online Q for more than half an hour but I could not talk to any customer executive. I sent two mails after an hour auto acknowledgement was given but no formal reply and refund has been given.

                      2. The most unfortunate part on book my show is that the helpline kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes and was being told that I was 39th in the Q. it is really very painful.
                      3. so I have received only system generated acknowledgement. no formal communication. I think Book my show has grown beyond boundaries and not capable of handling the situation.
                      4 Please immediately refund the Ticket amount plus transport cost failing which I will go in consumer court beside giving publicity in social media.

                        I[censored] open the website it says buy 1 and get 1 ticket, for which u would not use any coupon if paid through certain cards and thus i have booked 8 tickets at 1750/- and 230/- as taxes in it. If i book the same through window it would have cost me much less than it. Since there is offer i paid (Booking id p[protected]

                        Now they say to enter it manually for availing the offer
                        I have booked tickets in book my show. When I went to jayamaruthi theater in gobichettipalayam they asked rs.500 for 5 tickets. I was very disappointed for that. I need the clarification that this is problem of book my show or theatre.

                          I booked my 8+1 gold class ticket on book my show for gurukripa talkies:badnawar but when we reached talkies for collecting ticket before show, ticket distributor said that ur ticket has been cancelled and he gave. Our ticket to other... And no amount received to me and no msg. Of. Cancellation received to me... I hv all the proof of booking... Plz take as hard action as possible

                              I prebooked my 2 tickets for baahubali 2 conclusion for the day of release that is on 28 april 2017. The prebooking was done on 21 april 2017.
                              It is so irritating that book my show has failed to book my tickets. It sent a message with apologies and promised my refund in 10 days. This message was recieved on 27 april. Today its may 2 i did not recieve my refund of rs 580 till now. I want your help im getting my money back. Their customer call services giving us a busy tone whenever we call. Please help

                              I would like to inform you that the amount charged to you would be refunded into your account with in a maximum of 5-7 working days and incase of nationalized bank it may take 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays), although it does not take that long!

But since money transferred message not recd from bank we not able to get the tickets at theater & not able to attend the cinema. Pl. Update about below amount refund.                                 We have the checked the information on our system and would like to infom you that the booking was confirmed at Abhiruchi City Pride: Sinhagad Road. Upon further investigation we see that sms was sent at 11.07 pm and the confirmation email was sent at 8.52pm on the 30th of April. Since the show timing was for May 1 2017 3:00PM the confirmation was sent well in advance for you to have watched the movie.

                                Keeping the above findings in mind, we will not be able to refund the transaction! Hope you understand us.

                                  I booked 7 tickets for bahubali at metro inox mumbai.. Dated 1 may 2017 for the show timing 10.30 p. M.
                                  The app kept hanging while processing the payment... I got the confirmation of the 7. P. M. Telugu show.. I have to complain to the consumer support about this.. I have suffered a loss of inr 3595.30
                                  I had to buy 7 tickets again fr the same amount for the 11.15. P. M. Show..
                                  Please assist as bool my show or the theatre athourities had no assistance provided i kept calling bookmyshow customer care but of no use.. We r being urged by the government to go cashless and this is how the merchants like boolmyshow harass customers.. No refund or cancellation policies.. Even airlines n railways have some policies..

                                  I have a book a movie ticket in bookmyshow app money taken from my account but there is no confirmation mail and then I m cancel my ticket I want to refund my money to my account

                                    I have prebooked the ticket of babubali2 in mathura pacific mall of show timing 12:15 pm... When i start process to confirmed this booking... The amount of rs 460.30 has been deducted from my account but ticket of movie babubali2 has not booked... I feel so much of mental harrashment... I requested to u pls refund my amount of rs 460.30 early as soon as possible... Thanks
                                    I had booked BahuBali-2 cinema tickets, on 29th April for the day 2nd May 2017 for 4 people amounting the charge to Rs -1029 . But the ticket got booked for 29th April. This i saw at theatre when we (family) had went to see the movie on 2May.

                                      Ticket price: 200/-per ticket, total four tickets.
                                      Problem: I had booked four tickets to the 0750 show of Baahubali-2 at Mohini Mini Latest in Gajuwaka, Vizag. But when I arrived in the theatre, it was informed that the show is not playing in the theatre and the seating has been changed to Mohini 70mm at the last minute. But the seats which were booked by me were already occupied by the original ticket holders of Mohini 70mm. Then I was given seats in a in lower price category of Rs 50/-. Please resolve this issue and arrange for a refund of the difference amount.

                                        I booked bahubali 2 ticket from bookmyshow with bookingid SLSD[protected] for 2:30PM. But actullay Sri Devi Theater in chandanagar started show at 2:00PM.
                                        Because of Bookmyshow showing wrong data in site I missed half-an-hour show which is 20% of total movie.

                                        I need total amount refund.

                                        Even I contacted sooner, but these guies asking me to contact theater guys. which is totally meaning less.
