website, ​ ​there​ ​are​ ​stages​ ​where​ ​you​ ​confirm​ ​your​ ​booking​ ​on​ ​the​ ​order​ ​summary​ ​page.​ ​Once​ ​you
proceed​ ​to​ ​payment​ ​and​ ​the​ ​booking​ ​is​ ​confirmed, ​ ​the​ ​seats​ ​are​ ​blocked​ ​at​ ​the​ ​cinema's​ ​end.​ ​We
being​ ​ticket​ ​aggregates​ ​have​ ​to​ ​abide​ ​by​ ​the​ ​rules​ ​laid​ ​by​ ​the​ ​cinemas​ ​and​ ​hence​ ​cannot
exchange, ​ ​refund, ​ ​cancel​ ​or​ ​make​ ​any​ ​manual​ ​modifications​ ​on​ ​a​ ​confirmed​ ​booking​ ​as​ ​cinemas
do​ ​not​ ​have​ ​a​ ​cancellation​ ​policy.​ ​Alternatively, ​ ​those​ ​tickets​ ​can​ ​be​ ​gifted/authorized​ ​to​ ​your
family/​ ​friends​ ​and​ ​you​ ​could​ ​bring​ ​a​ ​smile​ ​on​ ​their​ ​face.​ ​Hope​ ​you​ ​understand​ ​us​ ​Laxmirani.

We do understand your view on this situation. When you book a ticket on our website, there are stages where you confirm your booking on the order summary page. Once you proceed to payment and the booking is confirmed, the seats are blocked at the cinema's end. We being ticket aggregates have to abide by the rules laid by the cinemas and hence cannot exchange, refund, cancel or make any manual modifications on a confirmed booking as cinemas do not have a cancellation policy.
