I have booked tickets for 14 th April 2017 for Fast & furious 8 movie. The movie is releasing on 14 th April so I have booked tickets before 1 day on 13 th April 2017.
But I got the ticket of 13 th April 2017 before the release date.
I have booked for 3 person
So almost 600 + 72 rs taxes = 672 rs book my show is eat.
While contact customer care, they refuse to refund or refuse to give another date tickets.
Its big fraud.

    Plz find all the screen shot in next 2 slides of Transaction declined issue. Yesterday again the transaction declined in Bookmyshow on 09-04-17.in last 4 days total 20 times Transaction declined only in Bookmy show. what is the status of A Reference ID - 3661514/Interaction Id-3669249.i already raised the concerned previously on 6th April--15 times transaction declined & 7 th April & today on 9th April--2 times; .again you will give new reference ID & i will receive same standard reply . You already took 5 days time but still no reply. plz do understand..you are gonna loose one important customer, plz do understand. The transaction failed since the Payment gateway not accepting this, plz talk to them

    The transaction failed since the Payment was declined from the sources end because Transaction was blocked by the Payment Server because it did not pass all risk checks.-Unable to be determined-Cardholder successfully authenticated

    I have booked ticket by book my show but we are unable to show this movie on personal problem kindly request you to please help my refund amount.

    Hi Ajit,

    We do understand your view on this situation. When you book a ticket on our website, there are stages where you confirm your booking on the order summary page. Once you proceed to payment and the booking is confirmed, the seats are blocked at the cinema's end. We being ticket aggregates have to abide by the rules laid by the cinemas and hence cannot exchange, refund, cancel or make any manual modifications on a confirmed booking as cinemas do not have a cancellation policy.

      Dear BookMyShow,
      You started IPL tickets selling without any prior information. This is not a way to sell tickets. You did twice, tickets of 10th and 20 April are sold online without prior notice and also when I tried to book ticket it always return to home page from check out page.
      This is unacceptable, I am going to complaint about this scam to consumer forum and also to government.

      The tickets for IPL 10 were sold as soon as we received a go ahead from the respective franchises and the BCCI. The notifications were sent out and information was updated on real time basis on the website as well as the mobile application.         Hi,
        Today (Sat april 8 2017) i have tried booking ticket for movie named "1971 beyond borders" using bookmyshow app. Payment was done through net banking. I confirmed payment through app, and rs 160.26 was deducted from my account. I waited for more than 10 minutes for ticket confirmation, but the app remained hung in the payment page itself after that it crashed without giving me ticket confirmation. I didn't got the ticket and lost my money. So i need a refund.

          I have booked my ticket for wrong date. Thee ticket needed to be booked for 8-4-2017 but I accidentally booked it for today that is 8-4-2017.The book my show support is not ready to change the date or refund it. The agent I talked to from book my show is Neal. He was adamant and rude on not providing any help or transferring me to a supervisor. My booking ID is WKT26NM.
          The mount 1364 which they are asking me to forget about is not a small amount for middle class person like us. They are asking us to forget about it which is unacceptable. I am not asking necessarily for a refund. I have asked them to change the date for tomorrow. They are simply saying they re not authorized to do it and are denying to provide any information on who will be able to do it. Please assist me with this as I am not able to get help from bookmyshow or PVR.

              I have booked 2 tickets by mistake for wrong movie and wanted to cancel and book another one or change the same to other movie but the regulations are so rigid that i cant get it done even if this was done by mistake. Completely unintentionally. This is really frustrating that no one is able to help on that. I did it by mistake and neither bookmyshow nor the cinepolis is able to help us. very bad

                I booked a ticket for a cricket league " Last Man Stands". I was guaranteed 5 matches with the first match on 2nd April 2017 as shown in the ticket. Later I got to know that I have been placed in reserve players of a team. I would not get to play the matches and only if there is a shortage of players. Also I did not get to play the match on 2nd April 2017 as shown on the ticket. On raising the issue with the bookmyshow, they asked me to wait for 48 hours before the resolution but never responded in 108 hours. On calling again, they informed me that I should ask for my refund from the Organiser. I could not understand if I paid my money to bookmyshow and on the trust of bookmyshow, why are they not liable for the refund. I lost 6579 rupees just because I trusted them. But I could not sit peacefully and the money is huge enough for me to approach the consumer court.

                  Sir, I was billing my payment for 4 april show of Naam Shabana movie of 10 am @ SRS and transacting value was of 346 rs which I paid by vodafone m pesa app and I loaded the amount then my m pesa wallet paid bookmyshow the amount for which I got deduction messgae from my wallet of which image I had sent u here but I have not got the ticktes ... it totally failed after transaction, this looks like a fault in your BMS app . You must resolve it urgently so that I can get my refund soon

                  I recently booked 2 tickets of movie naam shabana for 4 april 2017 srs bareilly from bookmyshow id - 22.[protected]@gmail.com with wallet [protected] and compketed the transaction by vodafone m - pesa wallet with id - [protected]
                  But transaction completed successfully from m-pesa wallet but i have not received any ticket and i had proof of transaction which i got as msg of. Successful transaction from m-pesa handed to bms
                  Plzz look into the matter as fast as u can coz the show is going to happen within an hour and please refund my balance. Looking in quick response...

                    I entered an offer code while booking movie tickets at book my show but during the transaction my wifi connection was interrupted and after re-entering the details my offer code is said to be exhausted. The following lines appeared after re-entering the offer code "sorry, we can`t proceed with the booking for this offer since you have already exhausted the Limit Per User OR You may have applied it to an ongoing transaction which is not yet cancelled.                       Booked 3 tickets on 30th march. For 7.10pm movie, unfortunately struck in traffic. Called customer care 20min earlier to inform them to change to different time with the genuine reason and the response was like why did you book tickets on book my show we are here to take your money.

                      I told them to shift it to any other location near to the place i am struck or to a different time what ever you ask or say it was only one answer. Why did you book with book my show stupid people cheating.

                        I, c ganapathi, booked 3 ticket's on mybookshow on27th evening for katamarayudu movie but I didn't get any confirmation only I got OTP, when i entered it was processing but did not get anything
                        Actual price is 425/- ruppees but I added my bookshow voucher worth 150 /-rupees. Total amount reduced from my account is 275/- ruppees. If I lose like this, how can believe it

                        So, I request to look into this and give refund as soon as possible

                            I had booked a ticket on Book my show for holi festival on 13th March 2017 and paid 1k. In the event details it was mentioned pool side party, organic colors and food counters. even starts at 10 AM and closed at 10/11 PM but when we reached there was no color, no food and worst thing was no water in the pool we just stayed for 5 min and came back. very disappointing for 5 min paying 1k is very unethical

                              Guys and girls, i want to share a lousy and unprofessional experience got from viviana mall as well as book my show today as i booked tickets on book my show for king skull for today 11.55am show at viviana mall in 4dx as i was excited to have an unique experience... But imagine, the show does not exist as per cinema and book my show selling tickets for all the slots of today... People are buying it for service which is not offered by cinema... Is it not fraud... Never rely on book my show and viviana mall as they cheat consumer... Here is the proof... Ticket issued for today show

                                I was trying to book 2 tickets and up to payment level I went In payment option I redeemed my 2 Gift vouchers and rest amount of Rs 67 I was trying to pay through internet banking. But it showed error and brought me to home page.
                                Again when I tried to book the tickets, the gift vouchers are showing redeemed

                                I have transfered a amount of 260 rupees from my bookmyshow wallet to my bank account.its been 12 hrs i did not get any money in my bank
                                I went to watch Angamaly Diaries at Zeenath Theatre in Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala as per the information in Bookmyshow on 31st March 2017.But that film was not running there.Please ensure before giving information in the Bookmyshow website.Because crores of people believe in you and your company.

                                  I booked a ticket for event organised on 12th march 2017.
                                  Booking id :- oleh00wsqje2tb
                                  Event name :- rang barse premium holi party (Holi event)
                                  Venue :- oyster lounge, jubilee hill, hyderabad, telangana,
                                  Date :- 12th march 2017, sunday
                                  Amount charged :- 999 + taxes
                                  Organiser name :- salman

                                  As per the details provided on the website, it was mentioned that there will
                                  1. Colors to play
                                  2. Tomato festival
                                  3. Rain dance
                                  4. Beverages - 1 beer + 1 bhang
                                  5. Grapes to play
                                  6. Dj (Some particular djs)
                                  7. Event duration some 8hrs.
                                  8. Start time :- 8 am

                                  Issue :-
                                  We arrived at the 10:00 am same day.
                                  But there was nothing as promised.
                                  No colors, no water for rain dance, no beverages, no tomatoes, no grapes nothing at all.
                                  The organiser named "salman" told there is nothing available. Due to this police (Hyderabad police) came to the venue and logged complain against the person.
                                  The organiser "salman" promised in front of police that the amount will be refunded to the our amount, since the booking is done online through bookmyshow.

                                  But till now i haven't received the amount.
                                  I need to log a complain against bookmyshow and the event organiser for the case of fraud.

                                  Please look into it, so that i get my refund.

                                    Sir i booked ticket for kong skull island for 13 march at s complex for 3.15 show.payment was done but a message popped that there was an issue.ticket did not get booked but money got deducted from my sbi account.what happened that cause such an error?
                                    how will i get my money back?for booking again will there be another deduction of money the first transaction will be adjusted.

                                      I had booked tickets from BookMyShow.com for a movie at Quest Mall Parkcircus Kolkata. But due to certain reasons, I wanted to cancel my ticket. I called BookmyShow helpline number to cancel the tickets, one day before the show. But they refused my request. Even when I requested them to keep the service charges, and may be more but refund the rest of the amount, the customer acre executive completely refused. When I demanded to speak to their senior, . they promised to arrange a cal back which I never recveived.

                                      We being aggregators, post the transaction is successful, have zero authority for the said transaction.

                                      We did get this investigated with our technical team and as per the updates received, there was no error on our website/app and bookings were going through swiftly hence, we would be unable to refund the said transaction.

                                      In cases like these, you could opt to gift those tickets to your friends or somebody who'd want to go for that show on your behalf.

                                        I booked EIGHT tickets for a show to be performed at NCPA on 12th March i.e. after 19 days.The booking was done on book my show's official website & payment was made through American express credit card.
                                        I wanted to cancel FOUR tickets. BMS refuses to cancel the tickets & refund the amount.
                                        I tried to talk to them on phone but they refused. Mr. Adnan their executive even refused to give me name & telephone number of the person in their organisation or From NCPA.

                                        Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed.
