We did get this investigated with our technical team and as per the updates received, there was no error on our website/app and bookings were going through swiftly hence, we would be unable to refund the said transaction.

In cases like these, you could opt to gift those tickets to your friends or somebody who'd want to go for that show on your behalf.

    I just want to get straight to the point. I ordered my friend's Justin Bieber concert ticket at Feb 22, 2016. Cause of the Internet connectivity issue i had a problem with paying for the ticket. I tried thrice to order the ticket and when the last ticket was booked finally, I thought of checking my Bank account's balance and what i found is that i've been charged twice for the ticket. I called bookmyshow customer care to resolve my issue. They told me that they'll look for the issue and will refund my extra charged money back to my account. Today my friend just got informed through SMS that Bookmyshow is not going to refund me back. Now why is that huh... i can even show you my bank statement that you charged me twice. Transaction ID is [protected].
    I am attaching the bank statement with this complain.
    Please resolve my problem ASAP.
    P.S. - Ticket of the Booking ID which is confirmed. - DYNM00E8TAD6E0...

      I booked five tickets on Feb 24 around 7pm for the 9pm show. The tickets were booked for Feb 25 which only came to our attention after reaching the cinemas. We had to book the tickets again at the cinemas however neither bookmyshow or the cinemas are taking responsibility. How can there not be a cancellation/refund option?

      This is not the first time on your website, that the tickets were booked for the wrong date. It was a very bitter experience.
      If possible we are expecting our cash back after cancellation fee if any or a transfer the tickets to other movie.

        I booked my ticket few days before but my transaction was failed but money was deducted. Message came from book my show that money will be refunded, but still when money not refunded i call on their customer care no. But they put me on machine mode for five minutes and even charged for that. Shame on these guys this is how they provide customer service. I want my refund back.

          Last Sunday we had booked tickets in book my show website, amount got debited but booking is not confirmed due to some errors (woops failed) ; try booking after sometime...

          After 30 mins received sms that booking is confirmed, delay made my friend to Book tickets for me... it's very horrible experience that failed booking tickets & 2nd time booking, we lost the below money.

            Hi,

            I always book ticket through BMS via my ICICI Bank credit card (Coral where in I get one on one free ticket,
            I had booked two tickets via BMS on 15/02/2017 for Jolly LLB movie @ Balaji Multiplex for 1.15 show, the Booking ID was WQTGRX9.
            I had booked the ticket in platinum class for Rs 180 each, However I get 180 rs off on one ticket so my cost is only 180.

            They charge me Internet handling charges on Rs 360 and not 180 also again they charge me some booking fees again on Rs 360, when they should charge me only for one ticket I am getting a one ticket free on one ticket then the charges should also be for one ticket. Even for that matter Krishi vikas Cess and swatch bharat cess should also be charged on for 1 ticket.

              Dear Sir/ Madam,

              This is regarding offline transaction of Rs. 300.00 payment by my credit card on dated 12- FEB-2017 at "BOOK MY SHOW" FOR SURAJ KUND MELA - 2017 Visit.

              The said transaction was declined due to connectivity issue & the same has been paid through cash my myself, I gave my card for paymrnt to "Book my Show" agent counter & after some min he said me that due to some connectivity issue the attached trasaction was not done kindly pay through cash . but after some time i got an SMS from the same company side that said trasaction was done kindly download the recipt of trasanaction. (Receipt is attached). the same trasaction has been paid by my myself through cash.

              I had tried to order foods and beverages from BMS app using Jio wallet, but the transaction got failed. The same amount is not yet reversed back to my Jio wallet...Attached the screenshot..                 I have booked a movie munthirivallikal thalirkumbol on book my show app for Rs 791 . I didn't get The confirmation message with the code but money Was deducted from my account..                         I'm used to use Nexus 5 on Android 6, recently I changed my phone to Android 7 - Nexus 5x, on both phones I had an issue with book myshow app where after payment it will stall and do not do anything . I have sent around 5 emails in last 2 months to Bookmyshow support no with luck. They do not even acknowledge the emails promptly one of laziest support model I have ever seen

                            I booked 3 tickets from bookmyshow app. I made payment through Freecharge. Amount deducted from my account, payment confirmed by Freecharge but movie ticket not confirmed. Booked ticket for *RAEES* movie at PVR shlimar bagh for date 28.01.2017 at 1:10 pm.
                            Made payment Rs. 839.8 for 3 tickets.

                              I am very disappointed with this app, becoz they have deducted my money from wallet BuT they didnt confirmed my ticket and also hurted my emotions and now they are saying that they will refund after 24 hours and this is very disappointing. From 3 hours i m getting waited and now they are saying that they will refund. If they are charging service charge so why we got this trouble.

                                    Money is debited from the account immediately but tickets nowhere.! i am feed up of calling you guys ! Whenever we call you your phones are busy!!! like for a call we do spend some amount on you guys atleast think for that!

                                      This company introduced queue system in online ticket booking to fool the customers. while trying to book ticket i paid online money payment was successful but tickets were cancel. they are giving silly reason of network error.
                                      more than 20 friends got same issue. this is nothing but fooling the customer. refund of money will take 10 days r you kidding or what. 10 days to transfer money in account stop making fool to customer.

                                      worst company i ever came across and bad service. BCCI should ban this company from ticket distribution.

                                        Hi,
                                        I had done a transaction of Rs.10000/- on BookMyShow wallet through DigiSavings Account on 17th Jan 2017, but the transaction was failed and the amount was deducted from my bank account.

                                        I had talked to the bank, after few followups they informed me that Bookmyshow had claimed the amount on 19th Jan 2017.

                                        I had also emailed the bookmyshow customer care, and after 3-4 days on 23rd Jan 2017, I got email from BookMyshow representative Mr.Ashraf, stating that the money would be credited to my Bookmyshow account within 24 hours. Needless to say it has not been credited till now i.e 25th Jan 2017

                                        On 24th Jan I called up the Bookmyshow customer care no. and there their representative Miss. Rita, assured me the would call me back in 30 mins giving update about my status. And I never recieved a call back from them.
                                        So again on 24th Jan, I mailed their cc for the status of my issue, which they havent yet replied back.

                                        Please do look onto the matter and help me out with my resolvement
