I have booked two tickets from book my show app. I have made payment through Freecharge. Amount deducted from my account, payment confirmed by Freecharge but movie ticket not confirmed. Booked ticket for *RAEES* movie at maxus cinema bhayander (west) for date 26.01.2017 at 1:15 pm. Seat number - premium 11 and 12 .

Made payment Rs. 297 for two tickets.

I have booked 3 tickets for "Dangal" on[protected] through Bookmyshow portal from Trivandrum in Ariesplex SL Cinemas for the 9.15 PM show. Payment for Rs.381/- has been made by net banking through INB Avenues India Pvt Ltd gateway. But I did not get the ticket and the amount has been debited from my account. Kindly take necessary action to recredit the amount to my account....

Money is debited from the account immediately but tickets nowhere.! i am feed up of calling you guys ! Whenever we call you your phones are busy!!! like for a call we do spend some amount on you guys atleast think for that!

This company introduced queue system in online ticket booking to fool the customers. while trying to book ticket i paid online money payment was successful but tickets were cancel. they are giving silly reason of network error.
more than 20 friends got same issue. this is nothing but fooling the customer. refund of money will take 10 days r you kidding or what. 10 days to transfer money in account stop making fool to customer.

I had done a transaction of Rs.10000/- on BookMyShow wallet through DigiSavings Account on 17th Jan 2017, but the transaction was failed and the amount was deducted from my bank account.

I had talked to the bank, after few followups they informed me that Bookmyshow had claimed the amount on 19th Jan 2017.

I have paid Rs 168 via FreeCharge at Book My Show (OrderID:MOBAND[protected]. Money deducted from my wallet but tickets didn't booked. Whether my money will credited to my wallet? If yes when? I had booked tickets from BookMyShow.com for a movie atOrion Mall Bangalore Karnataka. But due to certain reasons, I wanted to cancel my ticket. I have the similar experience with Bookmyshow. I booked 5 Movie ticket through Bookmyshow app, Money was debited from my SBT bank account and and its showing booking error but I have lost my money of rupees 819.50/- I have booked the tickets for the malayalam movie named 'kattappanayile Hrithik roshan' at trivandrum Ariesplex theatre on[protected].

I've bought 5 tickets (in four separate transactions) through BMS for 22nd Jan, 2017 third ODI match at Eden Gardens. Your no. is also not reachable. I am trying to connect you on your customer care number but only ivr is replying so i am not able to connect.

I had booked 4 tickets through an offline agent who then booked it through the bookmyshow portal. I had already booked hotels in Goa and then suddenly they changed to venue to Pune. So I requested a refund. I followed up with Bookmyshow for almost 5 months. On 10th January, 2017, i even got an email saying that my refund has been processed and it should reflect in my bank account withing a day or two. They even gave me a transaction id: [protected]....

Dear Sir, On 27.12.2016 I had booked tickets of film Dangal for date 29.12.16 between 4 to 5 pm for 5 persons .Rs 1220 had been debited by you but booking was not confirmed by you so I cancelled it .
