I have created a new account on e-wallet of bookmyshow and I spend rupies800 from my wallet to book movie ticket but afterwords I came to know that my tickets were not booked but I lost my whole money, for this inconvineance I tried to call your customer care and they are keeping me watting upto 36 and after words cutting my phone.Ihope such a big amount of 800 would be refunded to me as soon as possible.
Date of incident 25/12/2016 and Im waiting till now.
The same day I went to the cinema for tickets he said that at this situation your money would be refunded within 24 hours but this also did not happen.
Hope for refund.

    I have booked 2 movie tickets from freecharge app (OrderID:MOBAND[protected] of 775.52 rs have been success and credit from my freecharge wallet but not got my tickets confirm. Im trying to call customer care but no response i have been trying since 1hr.i have attached screeshot of payment.please refund my payment to my freecharge wallet.

      On 25th december I created a bookmyshow wallet account to pay for ticket booking, but what happen is not my tickets were booked but money from bookmyshow wallet are gone for this inconveniance I try to contact your customer care but try are keepin me 36 watting and after calling cutting my call I hope such a big amount of 800 rupies will be refund back to me as soon as possible

        But transaction completed successfully from fc wallet but i have not received any ticket and i had proof of transaction which i got as msg

          Our Resort name is GLITZ RANTHAMBORE SAFARI LODGE situated in Sawai Madhopur Rajasthan. On book my show website our Resort's fare reflect is Rs. 14000 to 30000. It's not our published fare for these dates and book my show website doesn't take any communication and permission from our side. They have not any right to publish any fare without our permission. So kindly provide us the best way to remove this fake things on this website (Book My Show). Otherwise we will take a legal action on Book my show website.

            I was booking trying to book ticket for 31/12/2016 but by mistake i did for 29/12/2016. I am trying to contact your customer service since I booked the ticket but after waiting call for around 10 minutes they cutting the phone. I tried calling even Gurgaon bookmyshow they are giving me waiting number for call as 33 and then finally cutting my phone without any contact.

            I had made the booking for 31/12/2016. Kindly cancel for 29/12/2016.

              Hi,
              i come to know that sunburn event which were going to host in pune get cancelled.now i want my money14292 rs back which i had paid for 5 members.
              why these ppl do such tpyes of event when they dont have authority to do so.
              Now at the last moment we are facing such issues our new year get spoiled other shows tickets also get hike due to last moment.
              even i also find that bookmyshow still giving tickets whereas event has been cancelled.

                  No matter how many times I try, from whichever system/browser/device I try to book ticket and try to avail 1+1 ticket offer using my ICICI Coral Credit card, I always get stupid errors and I end up paying full amount.

                  I checked if there is any problem with my card and called up ICICI. There is nothing wrong with my card.

                  Hence I tried avail other offers like Rs 100 off on ICICI Credit/Debit card, but to my surprise this was the same case even in that scenario.

                  Is it that BMS doesnt want customers to avail offers and pay in full?

                  I have booked 4 tickets for Dangal movie on 28th dec 2016 1.15 pm show. Paid money through freecharge wallet.I got message as freecharge transaction successful, but didn't got bookmyshow message. Went to the theatre about the issue but they didn't responded. Called customer care of bookmyshow and its a long queue.

                    As you can see in the screenshot, I had booked ticket of Kahani 2 movie on 4th December 2016, due to a temporary problem from the book my show tickets were not booked, but the amount had been deducted from my account Rs. 514/-
                    As mentioned amount will be refunded, but didn't receive any yet even after continuous mail reminder to book my show.

                      I have booked 8 tickets for 25 dec at ambience mall today but when i got ticket confirmation it is for 27 dec which is very annoying. Its working day and we will not be able to make it. The money is not refundable when i called the mall.                         This is Pranav Deshmukh. I booked a ticket for 28th "Day 1" of sunburn by mistake instead of 29th. I am going along with my 3 other friends. I requested if i could get the ticket date changed. However your staff and Bookmyshow has caused a lot of inconvenience for me by falsely telling that if i book another ticket for 29th they will cancel my ticket for 28th. Now, i have paid 8000 Rs. And the promise of cancellation and refund of the 28th ticket is not being completed.

                        Today tried for get movie ticket of nangal of for 10.45 pm show at Oberon mall, Kochi. then I got a seat and tried to pay via Debit card.                             I have booked the ticket for Sunburn Goa in early phase 1 and have attached the ticket for your consideration.

                            As I have already planned my trip to Goa in December and Sunburn is conducting the event in Pune I will request for the refund of my amount. When they have promised us for Goa how Percept can change the decision for Pune.

                            As I have booked it from Book my Show and as a loyal customer I will request to refund it as soon as possible. The payment is been made in two instalments.

                              Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed.

                                Hello There,
                                I wanted to bring into your attention about the services offered by Bookmyshow.com which is getting pathetic day by day. This is not the first time when I had to go through such service but this time I need to raise it to next level. Today I tried to book newly released movie 'Dangal' but post making the payment the confirmation page gave me the ticket confirmation for a movie that I can't even spell out as it is in some other religious language that I can neither understand nor I can read. When I contacted the complain center of Bookmyshow.com, the executive Nikhil got connected wid his technical team and according to them it's me who did the false booking and it's totally my mistake not their website. They would neither cancel the ticket nor there will be any refund for this. He did not even come with any alternatives. This is a loot and I want to know how is it possible that no one can even question on it. They are too straight forward and always claim themselves to be right and never listen to their customer. This is ridiculous. It's more likely sound that we need their service and they never invited us to serve ourselves. It's an insult if someone ask me. Can anyone in consumer complaints department do anything about such incidents so that the inconvenience level could be decreased for people like us.

                                  I have requested BMS team to refund for Sunburn 10 ticket booking. I understood the venue got changed from Pune, . I am not interested going for Sunburn 10. My booking ID is VTBG00T5D7TESN. I asked for refund on 4th Nov 2016.Ticket number is 2713904 I have been chasing customer care once every week. These people are taking me circles. All of my friends got their money refunded excepting me. Sunburn starts on 27th December. Less than one week. I tried reaching BMS on facebook. The same excuse.
