Unfortunately, when a booking is confirmed on our website, the seats are reserved at the cinema and are deemed sold.

Since, online bookings are confirmed transactions, tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded from our end.

Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed.

Keeping the cancellation norm in mind, it would have been an opportunity for customers to bring a smile on their dear one's face by gifting those tickets.

Assuring you of our best services at all times.

      I have an icici coral card with me and there is an offer 1+1 running in bookmyshow.

      Every time i try to book tickets using this promotion, i receive an error saying that try at different time.

      When i contacted the bookmyshow team regarding this they told me that a particular quota of tickets are sold at frequent interval of times and they asked me to book at that time.

      When ever i try to book ticket at that time, it shows me that there is an error 4015 asking me to try after sometime.

      Even after repeated trails after 20 mins i get an error saying that i have just missed the offer as the category is full.

      This is frustrating me even more.

      Even after many complaints to bookmyshow team those do not take any concern regarding this.

      This simply say try after some time.

      There are many booking sites who provide better service than bookmyshow.

      Better people get aware of these unethical practice soon.

      Offers on our website are available to people all across the country on the website and mobile app.
      The offer can be availed on a first come first serve basis.
      Due to so many awaited entertainment movies releasing one after the other, the offer gets exhausted in a blink’s time. Please do try availing the offer on your next transaction.

          We bought movie tickets through bookmyshow. Com on 31-jul-2016 to go in next 2 hours, but at the end of transaction it shows i booked for 3-aug which is a workingday, so when i called up, their response is "they are just booking partners, money has gone to theatre... Nothing can be done". There is no refund, thatre also does not take responsibility. So where the money has gone?. It must be investigated on how much money is being earnt by the website/theatre like this. We never again will visit such sites.

Since the 'Order Summary; which consists of your booking details is displayed at regular intervals during the booking process until the payment page, the customer can always check the selected options in the order summary before proceeding to make the payment for the transaction.

            My booking has been rejected, but my credit/debit card has been charged.
            I had booked 2 tickets on 23 july 2016 for madaari, amount deducted from my account but tickets not generated.

            After some time i tried again, this time transaction was successfully and tickets were generated but amount deducted twice from my account.
            Message received from bank of twice amount deduction is enclosed for reference.

            Till date i have not received any refund message from the company.
            Kindly initiate a refund of rs 537/- asap.

              On 7th of may i booked tickets for a movie, captain america civil war . i booked the tickets with app and money was transected from my card. as soon as the tickets were flashed the app crashed and i couldn't retrieve tickets. i did not get any mail from the company and as well any sms which i could have used as a n m-ticket . i have been talking to company ex executives for the same but they are not ready to refund the money at all and saying that they cant do anything about it as it is company's policy not to refund the money.

                We had booked 8 tickets for a first day show for kabali, the amount was paid in full for the tickets. However when we reached the theatre the tickets were sold to someone else. No one had contacted us letting us know that the tickets were not available. We wasted two hours driving to the theatre only to know the tickets were sold out.

                I called book my show and they said it's the theatres fault, since that did not mention to them on the tickets not available.

                End of the day, book my show refunded the cash for the tickets, however this is not good business practice and i had to end up wasting my time and effort, paying more for the tickets and spending twice on the conveyance. I need compensation for the lost time.

                  I have booked kabali (hindi) movie for 12:pm, sun 12.07.16 show vide ref:rkme[protected], seat no-classic-a7, a8, a9, a10 at rk moviez raigarh through book myshow. after booking i found that classic seats are inserted back side (away from screen) in between gold and prime which supposed to be near to the screen. due to this wrong insertion of screen i booked ticket in classic which is front row near to screen. now i want my ticket to be cancelled. and request rk moviez raigarh-bookmyshow to rearrange the seat online as per actual sitting.

                    Money is debited from my bank account for the booking of two movie tickets but i didn't receive any messaged from bookmyshow regarding the confirmation of the purchase. I request a refund from book my show.

                    Basically money for my 1st transaction should be refunded bookmyshow as it didn't handle the transaction properly and deducted amount without booking the seats. Anyway my second transaction was success. So i humbly request to take care of my refund as fast as possible.

                          We certainly do understand the expectations of our valued and esteemed customers and we really strive hard to live up to their expectations.

                          We being aggregators, post the transaction is successful, have zero authority for the said transaction.

                          We did get this investigated with our technical team and as per the updates received, there was no error on our website/app and bookings were going through swiftly hence, we would be unable to refund the said transaction.

                          In cases like these, you could opt to gift those tickets to your friends or somebody who'd want to go for that show on your behalf.

                            Yesterday (15th july 2016), i tried to book a ticket of sultan movie for the date of 17th july 2016 by using bookmyshow app at g3s cinema rohini, delhi. But while booking ticket payment, amont of rs. 285.5 was debited from my account but the ticket was not book. I have already complaint for 2 times but still the amount is not refunded and credit to the my account. So please refund me the same ammount asap.

                              Hi team,

                              I would like to apprehend my concern regarding the sham transaction made to bookmyshow.com website for ticket of ice age movie booking id: rrtr[protected].

                              On first go, it allowed me to select seat, schedule, location of cinema. i tried making transaction through netbanking which failed. on payment gateway, i select a different mode of transaction which was credit/debit card. it took the money but on the final page showed off a different schedule altogether.

                              When i contacted their helpdesk for resolution, they are completely unwilling to accept any fault at their part as well as assist me in modifying schedule. they simply denied support saying it was all your fault but the web portal. the tickets once purchased couldn't be modified/refunded.

                              I would certainly not want to use this portal ever but feeling discomfort to know my 620 bucks went in vain.

                                Fraud from glitz yamuna nagar manager, after online booking he cancel shows when booking is limited, and gave rubbish excuse like technical problem, while at the same time his employee gives other reason, please guide me where i register this complaint, its happen 3-4 times, am fed up because its happen many times, when i demand it in written, he refuse me, and misbehave with me, my family don't want to go again in GLITZ YAMUNA NAGAR

                                Ideally the amount does hit the account within 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case of nationalized bank.

                                  Request refund for failed online ticket booking

                                  I booked 6 tickets for 'shahjahanum parikuttiyum' using bookmyshow.com for pvr, kochi, kerala for 10:00pm show for date 6th july 2016 using icici banking.
                                  After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'.
                                  But an amount of rs 966.56 was debited from my account. this transaction was done at around 09:00pm...

                                  I bought movie ticket worth 385.80 rs through sbi online payment and it got deducted twice on 16th December 2015. I have complaint this multiple times against this in customer care but there is no refund done yet.

                                  I have received Below mentioned messages for the same:

                                  I check this with sbi they send me reply saying its pending with bookmyshow.Below is the mail

                                  Have you taken karnataka people for granted. We are not fools to accept everyuthing, have some respect towards the people of karnataka. You need land, business from our people but you don't need our language right. You are hurting our people feelings.
                                  No kannada no business with bookmyshow.
                                  I have booked 2 tickets for movie sultan but by mistakes I a have booked for panipat instead of Karnal I have call Cust care for cancel it or transfer it for Karnal but they refused it for both

                                      I had booked tickets for te3n movie at tivoli cinema hyderabad on 15/6/2016 through your portal but two seats were not alloted and amt was debited to my a/c i have received a msg stating refund for rs 273.20 has been processed on 15/6/2016 at 19.54 hrs and will be credited to my a/c in 10 working days but so far not got anything Totally i had booked eight seats of which six were alloted in the first booking the second booking of two seats had failed kindly refund the amt at the earliest
                                      I had booked tickets from BookMyShow.com for a movie at Movie Time -Raja Garden( New Delhi). But due to certain reasons, I wanted to cancel my ticket.How i refund the amount please suggest me please issue the query form the customer
