I need Kannada language in book my show ..else we people decided not to use this.. Kannada is a main language for more than 6.5crores people in Karnataka..its our order to u..do add our Kannada languagei hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible..do respect our language..else around 6.5crores Kannada people never use Ur app.

This is sangita pal, i tried booking 2 movie tickets for the movie independence day part 2 on 26 june 2016 for magneto mall pvr cinema bilaspur chhattisgarh for 5.20 show using sbi net banking

My first attempt failed, amount of rs 426 deducted from my account
In second attempt even rs 426 deducted with message that transaction failed
Pls refund amount 852 for two failed trasactions

My wallet did not give me any intimitation regarding wallet balance expired on this date.

I tried booking for udta Punjab movie tickets because of some connectivity problem I tried thrice the amount was thrice deducted from my account but tckts were not booked.I called them they asked me for 48 to 72 hours but within minutes they msgd me DAT our team don't take any responsibility for this transaction.Amount transacted was 310.69 paise thrice .They have took the movie but not making refund they are not connecting me to customer...

I had booked 9 tickets by online banking ..money got transacted from the bank but booking has been failed ..when we call to bookmyshow dey say wait for 24 hours what we caanot wait for 24 hours and dey say make a fresh booking how can do dis ..i think this is all online fraud dey are doing please try to sorught it out or give me root cause about this i will filling a complaint against bookmyshow ..

I booked 2 tickets for udta punjab movie from novelty cinemas today. I am awfully disappointed that companies like 'bookmyshow.com' & 'big cinemas - odeon' literally operate with bizarre policies which can actually agonize consumers. I have booked an ticket through book my show on (6/5/2016) 10:01am.
While booking the ticket i selected visa blockbuster weekend offer and entered my debit card details to check if i am eligible for this offer. When i entered my details it did not show any pop up and took me to transaction page asked me to enter debit card credentials and as soon i have submitted, ticktes were booked and full money was deducted from account.br...

I booked 3 tickets after i checked and we reached to the theatre they said the reference number is wrong hence we need to contact book my show. I call'd them to mumbai office and asked them about that.
They replied this way:

After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'.
But an amount of rs 281.34 was debited from my account twice...

I book 2 tickets of the movie folia at 11.15pm show, and seat number of F 12, 13. But from my arm deduct 186.36 money from the 2 time. I please have check out and refund my extra 186.36. I please. Hi. I need your help on this. I had mistakenly booked the movie angry birds, 3 tickets, for inox in raghuleela vashi, instead of inox kharghar on 27/5/16 worth 1050/-. Guys Just so that we have better clarity on Book my show's definition of Black Marketing...they are more creative on phone then on print!!
If a customer is cancelling a ticket and book my show lets the customer do it, that would imply that their software system would have to intimate the cinema hall for release of the tickets. Now if the released tickets are again re-issued to another customer through their portal, then as per book...
