No option to cancel ticket

Iam really dissapointed by book my show and the theatre associated about the non availibility for canceling the confirmed ticket. I made this booking with id confirmed WJRW3F2. However due to some last moment changes i had to change my plan and wanted to cancel the ticket but to my surprise there was no option atall to do the same once booked. I booked my ticket from book my show for sairat movie in tapadia aurangabad maharashtra but my transaction failed and amount debited from my saving account it all took place on 6th may 2016 till today i didnt received my debited amount back.It has been more than 10 days and tried calling many times but they keep on hold.
The money amount is 291rs. It cost me much as i called many times they keep me on hold.

Movie location change

Hi,

I booked my tickets for wave kaushambi and get the tickets for RDC Wave ghaziabad. I called the customer care to change the location. Instead of complaining I said I am sorry but please change the location as we are standing on wave kaushambhi to see the movie on 15 may 16. But nothing happened. My booking ID is W3CPJJH.

Please refund my money as early as possible....

Transaction failed and they refuse to refund.

Very late confirmation of the booking

Refund for failed online ticket booking needed

Hi,

I am rashmi singhal. I booked 3 tickets on the online booking portal of bookmyshow.com on 7 may 2016 at around 3:10 pm of movie "traffic" for pvr udaipur. After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'.

But an amount of rs. 671.70/- was debited from my account.

I just tried to book 3 tickets for civil war for sunday 7.25pm show pvr pacific mall, delhi. I got a message from my bank saying that an amount of rs.1288.89 has been deducted, however on the book my show app page it said that the transaction has failed. I just tried to book 2 tickets for civil war for Monday 3.25pm show pune inox bund garden. I got a message from my bank saying that an amount of 557 has been deducted, however on the book my show app page it said that the transaction has failed.
