My booking has been rejected, but my credit card has been charged? What do i do?
I received an email saying that i was debited rs 337.18 on pos70005011 at bookmyshow[protected]
I was booking tickets for the movie the man who knew infinity.
When will i get refund ?
Why does bookmyshow take 10 days to refund the money?
I tried booking movie tickets online for the first time and this happens...

Transaction failed while adding to bookmyshow wallet refund for that is not happening.
Bookmy show team is not responding or providing refund.

I had planned to watch The Jungle Book (3D Hindi) (U/A) on 13th Apr'16 (Wednesday) at Movietime: Raja Garden (AUDI5), National Capital Region (NCR), Delhi and booked the 6 tickets on 12th Apr, for 5:45pm show. I paid special attention to select Wednesday 13th Apr while booking tickets.However to my surprise after making the payments and receiving the e-tickets I realized that ticket's got booked were of 12th Apr (Tuesday) out of no where....

I had booked ticket. But the show was cancelled due to technical issues. Cinema paid us the ticket amount but we were told to collect our taxes amount from bookmyshow. I raised a ticket but they closed it saying cinema has paid us our amount. I raised 2 more tickets to open my closed tickets but bookmyshow did not respond.

You deducted payment from my account for the jungle book (3d hindi) at miraj thakur cinemas: kandivali (E) (Screen 1) transaction was not successful. Your tickets have hence not been booked. The amount for the said transaction should not been charged by us. But, the amount has been charged, so kindly the refund my payment in my account.

I am manoj, i tried booking with my premium debit card.

When i booked for first time it got booked, then afterwards am trying for the next month its not booking at all - its showing - sorry, you just missed it! : (But you can again try at 12 pm. For any queries please write to us at [protected]@bookmyshow.com. (#-4011)

I tried to book two movie tickets through bookmyshow on 16 april 16 but at the time of paying they shows your transaction failed try again. I tried second time but same massage shown by this website and my 336.36 rs get debited from my account two times. I complained about this to bookmyshow costumer care but they not responded yet. This is regarding our cancelled booking for the movie 'Fan' in Asian Sridevi Mall on 16th April .Our payment was cancelled which was done by SBI account [Account holder's name : Sunanda Rathia ][ Account number : [protected] ] through e-banking . saturday on 16 april 2016 i booked 2 tickets for movie fan for two times via internet banking & both two times payment was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked.. When i complaint for this they said in next 24 hours i recieved a sms for this cancellation and then they refund my money back.. But still its monday and i dont get any msg from their site..

I booked 5 tickets for jungle book (3D) in Aries Plus cinema(Trivandrum) on 13.4.2016.While processing the payment, the screen went stuck and I got a message that '1568.65' Rs deducted from your account.I didn't get any message confirmation about the ticket and after that, I saw seat was unreserved . I had tried adding rs.500 twice (Rs.1000 in total) from my account to bms my wallet on 6 april 2016. The money got deducted from my bank account, but did not get added to my wallet on bms.
