    I had booked ticket. But the show was cancelled due to technical issues. Cinema paid us the ticket amount but we were told to collect our taxes amount from bookmyshow. I raised a ticket but they closed it saying cinema has paid us our amount. I raised 2 more tickets to open my closed tickets but bookmyshow did not respond.

      Hi there. I had booked a ticket for the movie kapoor and sons at maxus mall gwo weeks ago. It was the 5:15pm show and for technical reasons it got cancelled. But i've still not got any refund. I paid 400rs for a show i did not even watch! Another thing.. Your service is pathetic. Your njmber never gets through and you freaking charge for every call? Looks like all your'll wanna do is rob the customers in every way possible! I'm hoping i get a steady response on this. And if not... Rest assured i will take u to court! Because your'll are no one to rob peoples money for shows that didn't even happen!

        I am bharath. V (Cell no [protected]). I booked 2 tickets the junglebook' using bookmyshow.com for prasads large screen, hyderabad, for 6:15pm show for date 25th april 2016 using yes bank net banking
        After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow application displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'.
        But an amount of rs 593.66 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 10:15pm on 19th april 2016.
        So kindly refund my money to below account...

        I payed all the amount for my two tickets from my laptop and it showed booking confirmation and all.
        But when i logged my mobile with same id.It didn't show any tickets! Although it showed the older tickets which i have booked!

            Hi,

            I am manoj, i tried booking with my premium debit card.

            When i booked for first time it got booked, then afterwards am trying for the next month its not booking at all - its showing - sorry, you just missed it! : (But you can again try at 12 pm. For any queries please write to us at [protected]@bookmyshow.com. (#-4011)

            That too i tried from 9.55 am on weekday. Daily i have tried for the all different timings.

            I am not asking monthly twice, but am asking each month one ticket, but your offer is applying for the 1st time for every user, second time its not working at all.

            I think you guys are cheating/tricking us by giving this kind of offer.

            I need proper solution for this, or else i will raising the same issue in consumer complaints.

            The quota of tickets available every day under the mentioned offer is limited and hence, the offer is not available for redemption once the quota of free tickets is exhausted for a particular day.

            Any revisions/decisions regarding the quota of tickets is at the sole discretion of the bank and the quota of tickets for the mentioned offer is undisclosed by the bank which can be availed on a first come first serve basis.

            In the event of redeeming the offer and the transaction being incomplete or unsuccessful, the offer gets blocked in the system for 20 mins which is then automatically released and in such a case you can try logging in again after the mentioned period to avail the offer.

              I tried to book two movie tickets through bookmyshow on 16 april 16 but at the time of paying they shows your transaction failed try again. I tried second time but same massage shown by this website and my 336.36 rs get debited from my account two times. I complained about this to bookmyshow costumer care but they not responded yet.                       I had tried adding rs.500 twice (Rs.1000 in total) from my account to bms my wallet on 6 april 2016. The money got deducted from my bank account, but did not get added to my wallet on bms.

                      I waited for a couple of days to see if the amount would get credited to my wallet to no avail. I contacted the bms customer care on 8 april. Ticket id [#1761063 & 1750218]

                      I have been following-up with them continuously but there is no solution to my issue. They have also stopped responding to my mails now.

                          Had made a transaction for today's(16th april, 2016) show, but by the glitch in the application, it got booked for yesterdays(15th april, 2016) show.i had tried to contact lot of times in order to have a cancellation, but was not getting connected to them.mailed many times as before the show start, but didn't get a reply till now.now as got connected through call and now they are saying like they wont be having an authority to initiate the refund with certain rules and regulations as the show is gone.

                          We did get this investigated with our technical team and as per the updates received, there was no error on our website/app and bookings were going through swiftly hence, we would be unable to refund the said transaction.

                          We being aggregates, post the transaction is successful, have zero authority for the said transaction.

                          In cases like these, you could opt to gift those tickets to your friends or somebody who'd want to go for that show on your behalf.

                                In big cinemas salem (Kailash prakash) they are charging 200 for each tkt. I booked in online but there was no ticket fare details in online.When i go to collect tickets in theatre they are asking for 200 rupees.And they are arrogantly saying"nee enfa venalum poi complaint panniko" take necessary action please.And they dont even print the exact amount in tickets.So that they can easily loot the government. Thank you

                                  I booked for a movie with 8 tickets on 15/04/2016 at pvr..first time it made an error..so i thought it might be network problem..then i tried another time which is successfull..i have received with tickets..then i checked my account which shows me two with the same amount..i dont know what to do, then i mailed a refund to the concern company..they said me to send me the mail address of booking from the app..with mobile number i have mailed them.. Then there is no mail which makes me so angry.. Not even a single reply from them about this..                                     Hi,
                                    I am vishal patil . I booked 3 tickets for "vivo ipl-9 kkr vs rps scheduled on 24th april 16 at pune" using union bank debit card after selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'payment not successful.. Please retry" .
                                    But the amount of rs 5005.98 is debited from my account & i did received sms from union bank for deduction of money. This transactions were done at around "wed, apr 13, 2016 at 10:25 pm".Then immediately i contacted the customer care executives also but they also just say that we will contact you as soon as possible but then there is no reply/respose yet.
                                    I kindly request a revert the transaction of rs 5005.98 from bookmyshow asap.

                                    Hi, I have sent the required bank statement regarding the transaction to [protected]@bookmyshow.com at around 5 days ago, but didn't received appropriate response from your end.I again kindly request you to take appropriate action and revert the transaction of Rs.5005.98 asap.

                                      I booked 2 tickets for jungle book 3d in kochi(Kerala)on 08.04.2016. The cash was debited but i didin't got any confirmation message or mail. Till now they have not refunded the money. I have raised complaint on their customer care but no response.

                                      I tried to book tickets for the movie ki and ka at inox manipal with my SBI debir card. The amount was debited from my account but the ticketa were not booked
                                      I booked 3 tickets for jungle book at mangla with my union debit card. The amount was debited fro my account but tickets were not booked.
