In big cinemas salem (Kailash prakash) they are charging 200 for each tkt. I booked in online but there was no ticket fare details in online.When i go to collect tickets in theatre they are asking for 200 rupees.And they are arrogantly saying"nee enfa venalum poi complaint panniko" take necessary action please.And they dont even print the exact amount in tickets.So that they can easily loot the government. Thank you...

I booked for a movie with 8 tickets on 15/04/2016 at pvr..first time it made an error..so i thought it might be network problem..then i tried another time which is successfull..i have received with tickets..then i checked my account which shows me two with the same amount..i dont know what to do, then i mailed a refund to the concern company..they said me to send me the mail address of booking from the app..with mobile number i have mailed...

I am vishal patil . I booked 3 tickets for "vivo ipl-9 kkr vs rps scheduled on 24th april 16 at pune" using union bank debit card after selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'payment not successful.. Please retry" .
But the amount of rs 5005.98 is debited from my account & i did received sms from union bank for deduction of money. This transactions were done at around...

I booked 2 tickets for jungle book 3d in kochi(Kerala)on 08.04.2016. The cash was debited but i didin't got any confirmation message or mail. Till now they have not refunded the money. I have raised complaint on their customer care but no response.

I have booked 2 tickets of ki n ka for date 10th april vide wincode no [protected] and[protected] for 250 each.L have been told that the amount payable will be 376.12.
This beingy 1st time it is a very bad experience to me that l have been told to pay so much amount extra on a ticket of 250 each.
Kindly let me know the details n deduct the extra charges levied if by some mistake on our or your side...

On 7 april 2016 we booked 2 tickets to sardar gabbarsingh movie booking id no-wtzw5dz&confirmation no-4134533 seat no-l15, l14 but we not any sms confirmation.
But our account debited of rs-682 to book my show. We took ticket print from system&went to movie but same seat another persons arrived we dont know what to do, we asked some related person but no proper response they told to complaint to bms only. We waited till 9.30 night...

I did transaction of 100 twice to boom my show wallet twice but it is reflecting only once.. Where did the money go?? I even made a complaint yesterday but got no response .. It's really disappointing! Please look into the matter on urgent basis or I had to discontinue using book my show app as it is causing unnecessary deduction and creating too much problem...

I spoke to one of the employee and spoke to him about the query vd a bad incident which I faced . That employee abused me on call and when I asked him he refused that he didn't abused when I told him to transfer to manager and when he heard the call he accepted that the guy did abused and I hve recorded everything too I spoke around two managers later and one head who claimed that they are managers told them I ll not take their 200 rs vouchers...

I had booked 3 movie tickets from BOOK MY SHOW for march 24th thursday show for superman v batman (5:50pm show)@ PVR Diamond plaza kolkata(booking id WWH8RQS). the show had to be cancelled after 5 minutes of starting as the 3D projection had a glitch and the pvr people couldnt solve the issue, they refunded only the ticket amount at the counter after queuing in a long waiting line. they asked us (online booking tickets) to get the rest online...

I have booked 2 tickets for movie "Neerja" on 28th Feb 2016 around 8.30 PM for the next day show at Phoenix united mall lucknow through SBI Debit Card, after completion of transaction I didn't received any ticket confirmation on my mail and phone. I am in Bangalore and the confirmation I received is that the booking is done for nashik location which is nowhere near Bangalore.

Tickets were booked for the movie Batman vs Superman for the 24th march, 5.30show
The main scene where batman fights superman was skipped or cut
When we asked for for rewind the only explanation given was we hasn't checked the print .It was a faulty print
It is a cinema's responsibility to give the best to is consumers...

Through bookmyshow app, i ws booking tickets for a holi event, after filling up my details sucessfully i got a notification from "Bookmyshow" that my booking "has been failed and try again later" . but money was deducted from my acoount.
I booked 4 tickets and total ammount deducted was 2068 INR.
Please look forward to this as soon as possible...
