Hi,

I am manoj, i tried booking with my premium debit card.

When i booked for first time it got booked, then afterwards am trying for the next month its not booking at all - its showing - sorry, you just missed it! : (But you can again try at 12 pm. For any queries please write to us at [protected]@bookmyshow.com. (#-4011)

That too i tried from 9.55 am on weekday. Daily i have tried for the all different timings.

I am not asking monthly twice, but am asking each month one ticket, but your offer is applying for the 1st time for every user, second time its not working at all.

I think you guys are cheating/tricking us by giving this kind of offer.

I need proper solution for this, or else i will raising the same issue in consumer complaints.

Hi,

We perfectly understand your angst and we’re sincerely apologetic about the experience you had with us recently.

The quota of tickets available every day under the mentioned offer is limited and hence, the offer is not available for redemption once the quota of free tickets is exhausted for a particular day.

Any revisions/decisions regarding the quota of tickets is at the sole discretion of the bank and the quota of tickets for the mentioned offer is undisclosed by the bank which can be availed on a first come first serve basis.

In the event of redeeming the offer and the transaction being incomplete or unsuccessful, the offer gets blocked in the system for 20 mins which is then automatically released and in such a case you can try logging in again after the mentioned period to avail the offer.

    I tried to book two movie tickets through bookmyshow on 16 april 16 but at the time of paying they shows your transaction failed try again. I tried second time but same massage shown by this website and my 336.36 rs get debited from my account two times. I complained about this to bookmyshow costumer care but they not responded yet. My transaction number are as follows-

        Dear sir
        saturday on 16 april 2016 i booked 2 tickets for movie fan for two times via internet banking & both two times payment was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked.. When i complaint for this they said in next 24 hours i recieved a sms for this cancellation and then they refund my money back.. But still its monday and i dont get any msg from their site..

          I booked 5 tickets for jungle book (3D) in Aries Plus cinema(Trivandrum) on 13.4.2016.While processing the payment, the screen went stuck and I got a message that '1568.65' Rs deducted from your account.I didn't get any message confirmation about the ticket and after that, I saw seat was unreserved . I want my money back.

            I had tried adding rs.500 twice (Rs.1000 in total) from my account to bms my wallet on 6 april 2016. The money got deducted from my bank account, but did not get added to my wallet on bms.

            I waited for a couple of days to see if the amount would get credited to my wallet to no avail. I contacted the bms customer care on 8 april. Ticket id [#1761063 & 1750218]

            I have been following-up with them continuously but there is no solution to my issue. They have also stopped responding to my mails now.

              I have done payment through my debit card and the transaction from my debit card is been done by deducting my amount of 144 for the movie 'fan' 8:45 show... It took some time. N it showed processing screen n jss aftr that it went sorry your transaction has been failed n i received msg on my mobi that your debit card has been used for bookmyshow n it deducted my money.
              I want my refund back..

                Had made a transaction for today's(16th april, 2016) show, but by the glitch in the application, it got booked for yesterdays(15th april, 2016) show.i had tried to contact lot of times in order to have a cancellation, but was not getting connected to them.mailed many times as before the show start, but didn't get a reply till now.now as got connected through call and now they are saying like they wont be having an authority to initiate the refund with certain rules and regulations as the show is gone.

                such a waste customer service, i demand for a refund

                We certainly do understand the expectations of our valued and esteemed customers and we really strive hard to live up to their expectations.

                We did get this investigated with our technical team and as per the updates received, there was no error on our website/app and bookings were going through swiftly hence, we would be unable to refund the said transaction.

                We being aggregates, post the transaction is successful, have zero authority for the said transaction.

                In cases like these, you could opt to gift those tickets to your friends or somebody who'd want to go for that show on your behalf.

                  I booked two tickets at Apr, 15, 2016 at 21:51 for tomorrows show at INOX C21 Mall Bhopal (MP) . Money is deducted from my account and i never got tickets yet neither any mail nor any SMS. Please check it out or just tell me the procedure to either get tickets before the show or get refunded .

                      In big cinemas salem (Kailash prakash) they are charging 200 for each tkt. I booked in online but there was no ticket fare details in online.When i go to collect tickets in theatre they are asking for 200 rupees.And they are arrogantly saying"nee enfa venalum poi complaint panniko" take necessary action please.And they dont even print the exact amount in tickets.So that they can easily loot the government.                         I booked for a movie with 8 tickets on 15/04/2016 at pvr..first time it made an error..so i thought it might be network problem..then i tried another time which is successfull..i have received with tickets..then i checked my account which shows me two with the same amount..i dont know what to do, then i mailed a refund to the concern company..they said me to send me the mail address of booking from the app..with mobile number i have mailed them.. Then there is no mail which makes me so angry.. Not even a single reply from them about this.. No refund initiates..there customer care is poor...no proper response with the customers..now i need my money back.. Please refund my money with proper conversation.

                          Hi,
                          I am vishal patil . I booked 3 tickets for "vivo ipl-9 kkr vs rps scheduled on 24th april 16 at pune" using union bank debit card after selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'payment not successful.. Please retry" .
                          But the amount of rs 5005.98 is debited from my account & i did received sms from union bank for deduction of money. This transactions were done at around "wed, apr 13, 2016 at 10:25 pm".Then immediately i contacted the customer care executives also but they also just say that we will contact you as soon as possible but then there is no reply/respose yet.
                          I kindly request a revert the transaction of rs 5005.98 from bookmyshow asap.

                            I booked 2 tickets for jungle book 3d in kochi(Kerala)on 08.04.2016. The cash was debited but i didin't got any confirmation message or mail. Till now they have not refunded the money. I have raised complaint on their customer care but no response.

                                I have booked 2 tickets of ki n ka for date 10th april vide wincode no [protected] and[protected] for 250 each.L have been told that the amount payable will be 376.12.
                                This beingy 1st time it is a very bad experience to me that l have been told to pay so much amount extra on a ticket of 250 each.
                                Kindly let me know the details n deduct the extra charges levied if by some mistake on our or your side

                                    I have booked tickets on www.bookmyshow.com on 6th april 2016 vaule inr 1779.98 booking idwkf733k, due to certain reasons i have to cancel my ticket but they says, i cant' cancel tickets or transfer to my wallet or no refund, i have mailed but no response when i call customer care they disconnects and put on hold for very long time. Is it right part any company/website to say no cancellation/refund/transfer to wallet, it is my money how can a company say that you have no option but only suffer. This is not fair on their part to at least they are least bothered to reply to my mails.

We would love to assist you with your query and it is always our pleasure to provide you with exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, when a booking is confirmed on our website, the seats are reserved at the cinema and are deemed sold. Since, online bookings are confirmed transactions, tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded from our end. Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed. Keeping the cancellation norm in mind, it would have been an opportunity for customers to bring a smile on their dear one's face by gifting those tickets.                                       On 7 april 2016 we booked 2 tickets to sardar gabbarsingh movie booking id no-wtzw5dz&confirmation no-4134533 seat no-l15, l14 but we not any sms confirmation.
                                      But our account debited of rs-682 to book my show. We took ticket print from system&went to movie but same seat another persons arrived we dont know what to do, we asked some related person but no proper response they told to complaint to bms only. We waited till 9.30 night on yesterday its very irritating.
                                      I already attached by ticket print, so please check it &help us to refund our money to our account.Please help us asap

                                      Hi Vinod, We're sorry to know about this instance and would have loved to help you on this but unfortunately wont be able to do so. We do see that you have successfully booked your tickets for Sardaar Gabbar Singh Gopalan Grand Mall: Old Madras Road for a show on Apr 8 2016 6:45PM. Once you book your tickets on our website/app you receive a confirmation SMS and email on the contact details entered while transaction. Your contact details are different from the one entered while transacting and hence the conformation details did not reach you but the details entered while booking the tickets. Our website and app does allow you the opportunity to check the details entered before you willing proceed to pay. Tickets at this cinema are to be collected post showing the email confirmation print out. We would be unable to help you in this case as there seems to be no error from our end and tickets for this transaction are collected. Providing our customers with the best of service has always been our aim. Hope you understand our point too.                                         I have booked 2 movie tickets on april 5 th 2016 at http://in.Bookmyshow.com/ at 8.13 pm and 144.48 amount is debited.Movie tickets were not booked but money got debited from my account.Pos transaction of rs.144.48 is done on card xx0905(Andhra bank) on 05/04/2016.
