    I tried to book 3 tickets of the event as mentioned above but i got a message from bms(Shown in images)that payment failed.I tried again and got the same message(Shown in images).But later around at 2:57 am i got to know that money was deducted from my account twice(Message shown in images).I didn't login as a user for the transaction so i have nothing about it on bms website.
    Kindly, see to this and please take action as soon as possible. .

      I did transaction of 100 twice to boom my show wallet twice but it is reflecting only once.. Where did the money go?? I even made a complaint yesterday but got no response .. It's really disappointing! Please look into the matter on urgent basis or I had to discontinue using book my show app as it is causing unnecessary deduction and creating too much problem

        I spoke to one of the employee and spoke to him about the query vd a bad incident which I faced . That employee abused me on call and when I asked him he refused that he didn't abused when I told him to transfer to manager and when he heard the call he accepted that the guy did abused and I hve recorded everything too I spoke around two managers later and one head who claimed that they are managers told them I ll not take their 200 rs vouchers or my refund they have to pay for it ...I Want to claim high money amount and they said they will call back but didn't even call back if I don't get wat I want I m going put this on Twitter and social networking websites and go to consumer courts and hve also spoken to my lawyer I will sue this company since being an existing customer I hve been treated very very very very bad and abused on call by book my show they have to pay for what the guys hve done even the Mumbai numbers have been changed or wrong numbers when I m dialling them ... I have waited enough and tried reaching but very poor service infact worse service from their end book my show must pay for it

        I want not only the employee who said but the company who trained the advisors and interview wrong people and treat customers so badly . Ask recording of how they spoke to me and how they give wrong information and don't call back I will not leave them it's something which has depressed me and disturbed me mentally and also had a very poor and worst experience in my life also my family members who were with me that day have been faced a bad experience

          I am Mohit Soni (Mobile no. [protected]). I booked 2 tickets for Ambarsariya using BookMyShow application on mobile for PVR Cinema Silver Arc, Ludhiana for 9.55 PM show for date 25 March 2016 using Kotak Mahindera Bank net banking
          After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'.
          But an amount of Rs 397.80 was debited from my account. I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but i did receive sms from kotak bank for deduction of money.

          Now, After 20 minutes i again tried to book some other 2 tickets and i received sms and mail from book my show this time for other show.

          So, basically money for my 1st transaction should be refunded bookmyshow as it didn't handle the transaction properly and deducted amount without booking the seats.

          I contacted the on-line customer care executives also but they also just say that we will contact you as soon as possible but then there is no reply/respose.

          I request a refund of Rs 397.80/- from bookmyshow.

            I had booked 3 movie tickets from BOOK MY SHOW for march 24th thursday show for superman v batman (5:50pm show)@ PVR Diamond plaza kolkata(booking id WWH8RQS). the show had to be cancelled after 5 minutes of starting as the 3D projection had a glitch and the pvr people couldnt solve the issue, they refunded only the ticket amount at the counter after queuing in a long waiting line. they asked us (online booking tickets) to get the rest online convenience charges from the site of booking i.e book my show. i have received no reply from the book my show people even after submitting a plea to their site in contacts. please do the needful.

              I have booked 2 tickets for movie "Neerja" on 28th Feb 2016 around 8.30 PM for the next day show at Phoenix united mall lucknow through SBI Debit Card, after completion of transaction I didn't received any ticket confirmation on my mail and phone. When i checked my bank statement, amount of Rs. 130 was deducted and i didnt get my tickets .Plz sove my problem.

                Tried to book a ticket for the Batman vs Superman show today.. Checked everything and paid the same also.
                I am in Bangalore and the confirmation I received is that the booking is done for nashik location which is nowhere near Bangalore.
                I have spoken to the bookmyshow support team and they have denied total support stating money cannot be returned. I have understood that part. What I was looking for was a transfer of the ticket to Bangalore location and I am ready to bear the extra expense. They up front on my face denied any support to me. I have the booking number and screenshots. Also the conversation recorded which I had with bookmyshow support folks including their supervisor..

                We certainly do understand the expectations of our valued and esteemed customers and we really strive hard to live up to their expectations.

                We being aggregates, post the transaction is successful, have zero authority for the said transaction.

                But like it was discussed and brought to your notice, we have no authority once the transaction is successful. The cinema has those seats blocked and it's deemed as sold.

                Also, we did get this investigated with our technical team and as per the updates received, there was no error on our website/app and bookings were going through swiftly hence, we would be unable to refund the said transaction.

                In cases like these, you could opt to gift those tickets to your friends or somebody who'd want to go for that show on your behalf.

                Hope this resolves your concern.

                  This is a complaint to bring to notice that mukunda cinema in seva nagar is practising fraud!
                  Tickets were booked for the movie Batman vs Superman for the 24th march, 5.30show
                  The main scene where batman fights superman was skipped or cut
                  When we asked for for rewind the only explanation given was we hasn't checked the print .It was a faulty print
                  It is a cinema's responsibility to give the best to is consumers who have paid in full .
                  When we approached after the movie they showed acts of anger and indency . very rude and aragant remarks were made .
                  Some kind of Action must me taken or it will be taken to consumer court.

                    Through bookmyshow app, i ws booking tickets for a holi event, after filling up my details sucessfully i got a notification from "Bookmyshow" that my booking "has been failed and try again later" . but money was deducted from my acoount.
                    I booked 4 tickets and total ammount deducted was 2068 INR.
                    Please look forward to this as soon as possible and refund my money as soon as possible.

                      After registering for lucky draw for semifinal tickets, we were supposed to be notified about the date of lucky draw, but that didn't happen. After receiving the link today at 17.56 time given to book tickets till 18.00. After going through the website for booking, all options tried were showing sold out. Case of cheating people, by giving false information and not giving enough time to do the booking. This is absolute fraud and need immediate revert and action on this or else would go for legal action against bookmyshow and expose this fraud to media...

                      Further to the complaint above. did recieve an apology mail and call from bookmyshow and also I was assured of tickets would be made available. have all the e-mail conversations with me. its been 3 days and even after sending reminder mails, there is no response from bookmyshow. they have made tickets available at exorbitant price on website, but told me that cheaper tickets are available and I would be able to buy those from bookmyshow, for which they would send me information about how to process. Please act on this, as the cheaper tickets would be sold by black marketing at the venue on day of the match. this is a unprofessional and unethical business practise of bookmyshow. Need to act urgently, to stop this.

                        I am Vishal Patil (cell no [protected]). I booked 4 tickets for Jai Gangajal using BookMyShow.com for Jai Gangaajal at Cinemax: City Centre Mall, Nashik for 10.35 PM show on date 18th Mar 25016 using Union Bank Debit Card after selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'Payment not successful.. Please Retry" .Hence i retried the same & the same issue happened again & didn't received tickets.
                        But an amount of Rs 1026 was debited twice from my account & i did receive sms from Union Bank for deduction of money. This transactions were done at around "Fri, Mar 18, 2016 at 8:19 PM".then immediately I contacted the customer care executives also but they also just say that we will contact you as soon as possible but then there is no reply/respose yet.
                        I request a refund of Rs 1026+1026 from bookmyshow.

                              I had booked tickets for show but accidentally it got booked for wrong date. I had asked for refund which they agreed and said would be transfered to BMS wallet. But when refund did not reflect in my wallet, I called up and then they said we are looking into the issue and will get back to you. But they never turned up even after several mails.

                                I am mailing continuously to book my show regarding my payment which has been debited from my account without any booking of tickets...but they are not responding ..do you think in future we will use your app...if you are promising something so be on it...as you said in case amount deducted without any reason than it will be refunded wition 48 hours but now its more than 72 hours completed ..still there is no response from your side...try to resolve this asap

                                  On 20th March 2016 around 5:17am I tried to book two movie tickets of Kapoor And Sons Movie time Raja garden but transaction failed an amount of Rs 236.36 has been debited.The transaction was done through Axis bank debit card.Then I again tried to book the tickets this time the transaction was successfull but the money which was debited for failed transaction has not been refunded yet. please look into the matter as soon as possible

                                      I'm Sowmiya from chennai I booked 2 tickets at PVR Cinemas through book my show on 16th March 2016. Please help me refunding the amount of Rs308. I also received a message stating that my amount will be refunded but till date i didn't receive any refund. please kindly help me in this issue.
