Hi an amount of Rs. 901 has been debited from account but the ticket was not confirmed.I had to pay the same amount again to book the tickets. Please refund the Rs. 901

    Ticket cancel without information/refund

    I booked my ticket through book my show on 18-12-22 for 10 am show at new empire fun cinema near dhara bazaar chowki ghantaghar dehradun uttrakhand ticket id nedd-0015d1-0061f9 seat no gold b1. I entered cinema hall with confirmed ticket but after 10.35 ticket manager asked me to come out and he informed me that my ticket was canceled without any further notification. Ticket manager sold my seat gold b1 to the other person in front of me...

      Hello,

      I have paid for a booking on your website on December 5, 2022. Booking ID is ROHM00NXDZB1F5.

      I got a confirmation message on whatsapp as booking is confirmed. However, now when I am viewing it on the bookmyshow app it says " Payment Failed" . The amount has got successfully debited from my account.

      I am trying to reach someone, no reply. I am not certain who to seek a confirmation from as the date is only 2 days away.

      PLease help or make a customer care number available for bookers like us to get a confirmation instantly.

        After several tried also customer care of bookmyshow team is not resolving my issue. Every call they are saying isuue will be resolved with in 24-48 hours but since from 15 days i am struggling for it.

          Refunded connivence fee: Rs. 61
          Balance amount 400 which was applied in my SBI elite card is not getting in any form of return.
          I am writing this complaint as after several call to bookmyshow customer care my 400 offer as gift voucher not releasing. In every call they are giving a commitment like they will release it within 24-48 hours but nothing happening.

            I had made a transaction from my debit card for food at your booth for the amount of Rs. 1600/- at DJ Snake, Mumbai on 26th November. The transaction failed(the system showed ‘something went wrong’) but my money got deducted. It didn’t reflect in my qr scanner either. I have been trying to follow up BookMyShow customer care since 15 days there is not response from them, pathetic customer care service from their end. No follow up, no emails no msgs nothing. My complaint number with bookmyshow is 13777270

              I had made payment of 402 to bookmyshow through phone pay and my amount is debited from my account but bookmyshow didn't show any transaction. I want my payment back please help me for it

                I booked tickets on Book My Show online on 1st Nov'22 for the MLTR Tour in Mumbai - Phoenix Mall (on 4th Dec) Booking ID - VNVN011U76BDHD.

                But the ticket that I received was for the Pune event on 7th!

                When I checked the webpage again, I realised that the payment link for the Mumbai event, wrongly gets directed to the Pune event. I sent an email to the BMS team along with the link stating the error seeking resolution.

                I got an email that my complaint has been raised - reference ID[protected].

                Since then I have been chasing the team but just not getting a resolution. All I get are templatized responses as reps are not even bothering to go through details.

                Not only are you guys not willing to give me the correct tickets despite me booking the event so much in advance, you are now not willing to even refund the amount I paid. And this is because your system had an error. How can you not even manage a simple payment link and tag it to the right event! This is the most basic expectation

                What's worse is that now you are harrowing a customer further by not even refunding the money/ issuing correct tickets!

                          I booked ticket of thank god in new fangled cinema of 3:00pm dated 14th November, 2022 and when I reached there I was told that show is cancelled and we informed about that to bookmyshow, so we left the cinema and when I talked to the customer care he said no such information is provided to us and told that the matter has been escalated further and issue will be solved soon but there has been no reply from there side!

                                I had booked 4 tickets of DOCTOR G on 19 October. At that time my money was deducted from my account but tickets not booked. I called book my show customer care executive and told him everything about this. He told me that my refund will return.

                                  I booked my ticket on 20th July 2022 and paid 50% of the amount that is 5000 rs + tax. They sent me a mail saying that i need to pay the rest of my amount after 90 days. After 90 days, they sent me a link to make my 2nd payment but they sent me the wrong link and it always showed some error on the page saying invalid email id and phone number. I registered my complain to a bookmyshow agent and he said that he will provide me with some resolution but i havent recieved any help from their side. The deadline for the 2nd payment was 31st October 2022 and if it was nonrefundable if 2nd payment was not done before their deadline. I called them everyday but they didnt provide me with any help and they haven't refunded my money.

                                    I booked 2 tickets on 15.10.2022 for movie kantara at piccadilly sec 34 chandigarh for a show of 11:10a.m. due to some unforseen circumstances, i reached hall at around 12:30p.m. then when i showed my online booked tickets to the person checking tickets, he said that he was unable to scan my tickets. Then i contacted the manager over there and he said same. I asked them how can i be denied entry when the show was still going on. But he said that i can claim refund later as he was unable to scan my tickets. I even raised this query in bookmy show app but didn't receive any positive reply. Kindly resolve this issue and refund me my charged amount, since i have paid for the show which i wasnt allowed to watch due to whatsoever technical error of ticket checker staff or manager over there.
