While trying to book the tickets on 8th october through net banking (HDFC) my money got deducted twice but tickets did not get booked. And Rupess 748.17/- got deducted for each time.
Its been 14 days but amont did not get refund.

Sorry to know about the failed transaction. In case of a failed transaction, the amount is refunded within 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case of a nationalized bank. Get instant refunds by changing your default settings to "Refund to My Wallet" on the app/website.

Ideally you should be in receipt of your refund. Please check your updated bank statement for the reversal incase of any discrepancy we are available at [protected]@bookmyshow.com. Send us a screenshot of the updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date.

    I booked two no's of tickets for Movie Pyar ka punchnama(2) for Gayatri cinemas, Ratlam (MP) through BookMyShow.

    Show was scheduled to start at 15:30 but it actually started at 16:00 hrs & there was no information / Sorry statement from Cinema Management for that.

    and after that show stopped in middle of movie just after interval, Screen just got blanked, again there was no sorry statement from the management neither they initiated any refund process.

    Instead they harassed people who was complaining about this bad service by saying " Tereko jyada problem hai kya, Chup chap baitha rah ya chala ja nhi to teri picture bana dunga yahi pe abi".

    Such statement from the management & attendents are very unfortunate & regressive, After all people go to movie to entertain themselves after putting hard earned money and then they have to listen such things & bad service then it is very unfortunate.

    a refund process with sorry statement must be started from the Gayatri cinema management for all ticket booked for the show.

        Book My Show — Money deducted but tickets not received This is my worst experience with Book My Show Web site on 14th October 2015. I have booked tickets for SING IS BLING movie for 14th October 2015. My 518 rupees money was deducted from AXIS bank account, but no confirmation about the tickets were received. I am trying to call them on the number their helpline number but that number is not working . I want my money back.

          I have bought a hp laptop and got hp back to college offer.As per that i get 12 free movie tickets on bookmyshow, 2ticket for one month and each ticket less than 250rupee. But it also said that these offers can be used only if it was booked 2 days in advance on bookmyshow app. I cant book any tickets as only todays movie shows can be booked.But bookmyshow very cleverly said that these advance booking are based on theater . I feel completely deceived and cheated as i paid 1500 rupee for hp offer and i cant use anything. I expect bookmyshow better find a solution to this very soon since the offer lapses for every 30 days.

As and when they update the schedules, bookings go live on our website and app. We have zero control over the scheduling of any particular movie as this is purely a cinema call and hence we suggest waiting until the cinemas open the bookings for particular movies.             Mismanaged show . Inspite of having numbered tickets, no ushers there and people were being directed by security to seat randomly . It took me 45 minutes to locate a bookmyshow volunteer and get her to help get my assigned seats which were being occupied by someone else . I would request a partial refund as I missed most of the first part of the 4 part show Details Booking id - SNNS00ZCQ3H6BF quantity-6 seats (Regular (1st Floor):R366, R367, R368, R369, R370, R371) for Mirchi Sufi Festival at DOME at Dome @ NSCI, SVP Stadium: Mumbai, Merchandise - -. Total Amount-Rs10260 First complaint to bookmyshow [protected]@bookmyshow.com Oct 11- to which I received Ticket Id [#1001602] and Svetlana from customer care promised to revert Second Complaint quoting the ticket I'd on oct 13 . No response . Third complaint on October 16-no response .

                Hi, I tried to book three tickets for Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon on 2nd oct 2015 for the show at 5:40.The money from my account got deducted but the traction failed and no booking confirmation came, SO i called the customer care and he accepted that there is a technical problem from our side and you will get the refund call in next 24 hours. Later at around 6 p.m. the message and mail confirmation came, Though I had not gone to watch the movie. I talked to many people from Book My show and they accepted their fault on call and asked me for some more time to investigate this. Today I have received a mail from them stating we had releases the mail/message confirming your booking so no refunds. I mean, I really feel cheated.                   Hi, I booked 5 tickets for Mayuri Movie through Book My Show at PVR, Forum Mall, Hyd for 11th October 2015, 5.10P.M Show. I booked through HDFC Bank net banking and my 1st transaction was failed due to some technical issues and even the amount was not deducted and also I did not get any mail or message like the transaction was failed :( . And now, the 2nd transaction I have done for the same movie n same time on same date, the 2nd transaction was confirmed and the tickets also confirmed which I have got the confirmation message on 10th October at 3.59P.M but I got the cancellation msg and mail from BMS on 11th October in the morning at 10 A.M. So what do we think... we cant go back and think what happen... but we thought like the tickets which are confirmed only hasbeen cancelled. But When I contacted the on-line customer care executives also and they tried to convince me alot but I didnot convinced and I just told them that I need to talk to the manager rt away so the person on call kept me hold for a minute and later he informed me that their manager has took my contact nuber and told me that we will contact you as soon as possible.                     I used Bookmyshow site for booking 3 nos. ticket for film Talvar for MGF Mall situated at MG Road GURGAON ON 07/10/2015 @ 250/ PER TICKETS total Rs 838.50 Deducted my a/c using SBI Debit Card
                    The ticket was not generated that time, we decided to contact the theater .
                    After verifing on the system, they inform that as the tiketing process could not be completed, the amt deducted would be refunded inti the concern a/c the following day
                    Till date i did n"t get my money .

                      I could not get you how much amount will be refunded and on what basis you have cut off the amound of refund. keeping mistake on your side and charging the customer is not a good thing. show was cancelled by your side while booking tickets you charge us all service, internet and any other charges and while refunding you dont include thoe amounts

                        I reckon, I tried to book four tickets for the Telugu movie RUDRAMADEVI at 7.35 pm dated, 10th October, 2015 at DRC Cinemas for sunday morning show, 11th October, 2015, 10.00 am .Its been futile booking, for, the money is deducted for Rupees 752.40 only from my bank account ICICI, with no ticket confirmation. Trying to call the toll free number, its been numb all time. Further progress demands the money back soon as possible .Anticipating the genuine reply on the given number [protected].

                          Book My Show — Money deducted but tickets not received This is my worst experience with Book My Show Web site on 9th October 2015. I have booked tickets for TALVAR movie for 10th October 2015. My 507 rupees money was deducted from CITI bank account, but no confirmation about the tickets were received. I am trying to call them on the number their helpline number but that number is not working. I have send an email to their customer support, but did not received any reply. I called Book MY show regarding this and asked them to postpone my tickets to the next date, but the reply from them is no.                               Absolutely horrible junk seats. It was difficult to see the movie, with zero comfort level!.

                              The seats were hard as rock, below standard cushioning, resulting in backache!

                              Shocked INNox an Hi-FI theatre system, dishing out junk for the chairs.

                              Please seriously look into the matter!

                              Would never in my life go back to Screen one / Raghuleela- Innox, for such junk chairs, viewing / sitting.

                                BookMyShow — Refund for failed online ticket booking Hi I am Arumugam, Tiruppur, tamilnadu, India(cell no [protected]). I booked 8 tickets BookMyShow.com srisakthi Multiplex, Tiruppur, Tamilnadu, for 4PM show for date 2nd Oct 2015 using SBI net banking After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error'.. But an amount of Rs.982.4 was debited from my account. I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but i received sms from SBI for deduction of money. Ny transaction should be refunded bookmyshow as it didn't handle the transaction properly and deducted amount without booking the seats. I contacted the on-line customer care executives also but they also just say that we will contact you as soon as possible but then there is no reply/respose.
