After paying for tickets, I got error page and there was retry link option, when I clicked I was redirected on some error page. I initiated transaction again, and later relized that first ticket was also confirmed. Ticket raised with them - 659265 I want refund for one of them, when raised issue on call they said we can not do any thing. It is their fault and I want refund for one of my transaction.

    I started booking 4 tickets for my family on 16th. Even after trying 3 times I could not see transaction successful. Later on 17th I received 2 confirmed booking for the same show. Now one set is waste. 16th July 2015 out of which 2 are confirm booking against the booking id W63GC6W and WBWUQFG and other is unsuccessful transaction for which tickets were not booked. I have immediately contacted by phone and sent email and got Ticket ID 649397. Every time I am following up and getting new ID number for reference. Please help me instead of lingering on. This is fault or your site please cancel one booking and refund my money back.

      I did second booking for same movie and timing was initiated because of non receipt of SMS or Transaction successful screen on my computer. Now I have 3 transactions dated 16th July 2015 out of which 2 are confirm booking against the booking id W63GC6W and WBWUQFG and other is unsuccessful transaction for which your tickets were not booked. I wanted to book one of the booking as this was due to their site slowly ness and non response. NO SMS after booking. complaint ticket was created when contacted. no is :Ticket Id [#649397]

        There seems to be a connectivity issue with the venue. You could try again in some time or choose a different venue (-112) while trying to book through book my show for the movie movie:Bajrangi Bhaijaan location:PM Cinemas: Parsvnath Mall Manhattan (Faridabad) show time:19/july/15 1:45pm I tried booking ticket amount is deducted and after that this error comes. plz rectify this issue as soon as possible. and my gift voucher worth rs 100 has also become thanks Ashish

We have thoroughly investigated your concern and are able to book tickets for the said/mentioned venue. Request you to refresh your browser/ app, clear the cache/ cookies and then book your tickets. Booking shall go through. In case of an unsuccessful transaction, the amount gets refunded back into the respective account within a maximum of 5-7 working days from the transaction date and in case it is a nationalized bank it would take a max of 10 working days. A gift voucher gets blocked in the system for 40-45 mins and can be used after that due to an unsuccessful transcation. A screenshot of the error faced could have given us a better clarity of your concern.           I have tried to book my 3 tickets on 15th july, 2015 on bookmyshow using SBI netbanking. I have used payment option using PAYTM wallet at BMS but the transaction failed somehow and i got a option either to RETRY or GO HOME and i chose to repay. Then i got a message from SBI that your account has been deducted for RS.168 with no ticket confirmation at all. I am not not sure that BMS has received my money or not but SBI webpage shows that money is transfered to INB Avenue india Pvt. LTD.Please help me to get my refund back. I am attaching photo of my SBI transaction with transaction ID.               i have booked 4 tickets for baahubali for the date of 20 july 2015 payment has been deducted from my account as soon as i proceeded to pay later after the payment confirmation i get a mail and a message from book my show saying that my ticket booking has been failed this repeated twice and i have been intimated in the site to generate a credit voucher after generating i tried booking once again that shows me that the credit voucher is already used where no one has used it... and the worst customer care service available for this site now i understood that book my show is not even a reliable source to book for any sort of events

While booking tickets, a note stating 'Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.' is mentioned on the payment page before confirming the booking. We would have loved to help you out. Once the tickets are booked, the seats are sold at the cinema. Being ticket aggregates have to abide by the rules. If a cancellation was possible from our end, we would have certainly done that for you. Incase of a similar situation in future, you can gift these tickets to friends/family and authorise them to attend on your behalf/ We care for our customers and have made a note of your feedback to strengthen our services.                     I booked ticket for 20th june for jurrasic world but got confirmation message and mail saying it was booked for 16th June which is ridiculous... realised this today(19th june) while checking the message. I booked the ticket for 20th on 16th and got confirmation for show on 16th itself. I can see another customer complaining to have booked on 17th and got confirmation for 17th, something for sure has to be wrong with the website... Bookmyshow should look into this issue, correct its website for any bug and address customers on this issue.

                    The other customer I was talking about above too booked a ticket for 20th june but got a confirmation for 17th june itself, the date on which he tried booking the ticket for 20th... seems for the Saturday tickets the website was behaving in a weird manner booking tickets not for 20th but for the date on which one was trying to book the ticket for 20th!!

I spoke to customer care executive but they responded that they dont have cancellation or refund policy. My question is why?                           I had booked tickets on 2nd June 2015 for which the payment failed (transaction id[protected]. I logged a complaint and they responded soon saying that the payment will be refunded WITHIN 4 DAYS. No response from them till 5th of June. On 5th of June, I get an sms saying my payment will be refunded WITHIN 4-5 days. I put up a complaint on their website after that demanding my payment for which they gave me a ticket id (482302) saying that my payment has already been processed on 3rd June 2015 and it should reflect in my account within 10 days. I respond asking why so much delay on 15th June asking the reason for the dealy again, and again I get 2 responses- 1. An sms saying the payment will be refunded WITHIN 4-5 DAYS and 2. An email saying that my payment will be refunded WITHIN 5-7 DAYS. And after going through the complaints on this forum, it is very obvious that BOOKMYSHOW DOES NOT CARE. This is not the first case. I believe a strict and strong action should be taken against BOOKMYSHOW for this nonsense that they think can do and get away with. Anyone who is trying to deal with bookmyshow, please be aware of what can happen.

                              Hi, I got the indusindi platinum select creditcard, when ever i try to avail bookmyshow movie ticket offer, i always get following notification in bookmyshow site. Sorry, we can`t proceed with the booking for this offer since the Total Number of Transactions for today has been exhausted. Please try again after 20 mins. For any queries please write to us at [protected]@bookmyshow.com. (#-4011) if the offer exhausted, then why boomyshow is asking to try after 20 minutes. I am very much disappointed with the bank services, they are creating false promises to attract customers.                                   By mistake while doing advance booking I booked tickets for Dil Dhadakne Do for wrong date. Called Book My Show call center where could get connected after 20 min of waiting they were not able to help me and the agent Mr. Vikram only had one thing to say " We are ticking agency and we cannot cancel/refund/reschedule the booking". Also called PVR cinema's to help me to cancel/refund/reschedule the same but even they told that they will not be able to help me for the same. Not sure when all E Commerce business (Jetairways, Jabong, eBay, Myntra, Snapdeal) allows cancel/refund/reschedule facility why Book MyShow or PVR cinema's cannot do this. Want to register a complaint for the same and want refund for my booking as I was unable to go for the same.

When you book a ticket on our website, there are three stages where you confirm your booking on the order summary page. Once you proceed to payment and the booking gets confirmed, the seats are blocked at the cinema's end. We being ticket aggregates have to abide by the rules laid by the cinemas and hence cannot exchange, refund, cancel or make any manual modifications on a confirmed booking as cinemas do not have a cancellation policy. Alternatively, those tickets can be gifted to your family/ friends and you could bring a smile on their face. Due to some unavoidable situation, me and my friend can't go to movie. I planned to cancel the tickets but there is no option available for cancellation. I need my money back. Please help me on this.                                       Hello sir/madam, 1918 reward points have been redeemed on your Credit Card 4386XXXXXXXX4244 on 30-MAY-15 at BOOKMYSHOW.COM. But still my query is not solved, please refund my money I booked 30th may night Tanu weds manu returns ticket, forum value mall, 7.15 pm show. My credit point were redeemed through book my show but no message or mail was sent from book my show, though I received credit card mail. Credit card ending with 4244. I lost my money through this booking as couldn't get tickets. RS 530 This was the mail to Bookmyshow support team, I mailed them four times but no reply. and top of that they are not taking call on Bangalore and Mumbai both costumer care numbers. I'm shocked within this week this is second problem I'm facing.

                                        Few days ago I booked tickets from book my show.Tickets were booked successfully and payment got deducted from my account but then i got a message that ticket has not been booked. so I contacted book my show help desk via email and explained everything to the customer service agent and asked for help.She assured me that we will look into the same and refund the amount for unsuccessful transaction. I kept on following on email with the help desk and they informed me that as per there records tickets were booked and nothing can be done. I informed them that i have checked with the PVR team and no tickets were booked on my name and someone else booked it online. I followed up with the team but it has been 12 days and no one has bothered to reply. I could not believe there wasn't a way to rectify a technical mistake. It has been more than 4 days ever since our last conversation on the phone or email.I have not got even a single mail regarding the refund. Please help me understand why haven't I heard from you ever since the incident happened, why would I use book my show next time while booking tickets, why the so called customer service if you can't help, if you book tickets you should have a way to make changes if you can't refund because we pay you extra compared to actual ticket's cost, I did not expect book my show to step back when I was looking for help.
