I was booking the tickets for 20th June 2015 but somehow it got booked for 17th June. I spoke to customer care executive but they responded that they dont have cancellation or refund policy. My question is why? I even asked to transfer those tickets for Saturday 12, 30 show, still thety gave me same answer that they cannot do that.
