I paid 600 for two times in my wallet, but not transferred to my wallet as well came back to my bank account, money 1200 got deducted from my bank account, I had given the transaction details to bookmyshow, but they are only replying sorry, please and tech team is working, but I am not getting back my money, every time they replied that problem will be solved in 24 hours,

    On 09.07.2015, I have tried to book 2 seats through book my show app. I even got 2 seats but while completion of payment it shown as payment failed and same will be refunded to my account within 10 working days. Till now I have not received my refund even after repeated may communication and also after aubmitting the statements of account as requested by the cus toner care representative. I kindly request you to help me in this regard and all the relevant screen shots I am uploading here for your kind information. It's now more than a month from date of deduction.

      On 09.07.2015, I have tried to book bahubali movie from book my show app. I got 2 seats confirmed and while proceeding for payment they have debited Rs.308.40 from my bank account and subsequently message came that booking order cancelled and refund amount will be credited to my account after 10 working days and I even submitted my account statement from date of deduction to till the date of communication I have received. Till now the amount is not credited and it's now more than a month from the date of deduction of my amount. I am kindly requesting you to do the need full in this regard. I am also sent repeated reminders with necessary statements as requested by the customer care service provider of book my show. But till now amount is not credited and I am facing difficult to claim my refund amount with book my show.

        On July 09 I have book tickets in book my show. But amount of Rs.308.40 debited from my account but ticket was not confirmed and till now the same is not credited even after many mails from my side to refund the same. I even sent documents requested by them. Please do t g e new full in this regard and take necessary action.

          I have booked ticket worth 343(approx.) from bookmyshow. My amount is deducted from my bank account but I didn't get the ticket message.I tried to contect bookmyshow but they didn't even reply to my mail. Then I visited there blog FAQ then I get to know that my money will be refunded within 2 weeks but still i haven't recieved the deducted amount.

            I had booked a ticket on 11.07.2015 for Smruti Cinema (Nagpur) from Bookmyshow.com but THE TRANSACTION HAD FAILED yet i was charged Rs. 668.40.

            I received a mail from bookmyshow that my amount will be refunded, but as i didnot get a refund, i went to their website and contacted one of their executives Madhuri Badule.. she assured me of a quick refund but today it has been almost 10 days after talking with her and i still havent got my refund.

            I tried contacting them again on their website.. but it was showing that all their executives are buzy and cant chat right now..

            it has almost been a month since the date of transaction and i still havent got my refund of Rs 668.40/-

            The details of transaction are as under:

            Booking amt: Rs. 668.40/- (failed transaction)

                I am P.Sri Divya (cell no [protected]). I booked 4 tickets for 'srimanthudu'' using BookMyShow.com for 'asian cinesquare, uppal, hyderabad for 1.15PM show for date 10-august-2015 using state bank net banking After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'. But an amount of Rs.456 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 11:40AM on 08-august-2015. I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but i did receive sms from citibank for deduction of money. So, basically money for my 1st transaction should be refunded bookmyshow as it didn't handle the transaction properly and deducted amount without booking the seats. I contacted the on-line customer care executives also but they also just say that we will contact you as soon as possible but then there is no reply/respose. I request a refund of Rs 456/- from bookmyshow.

                      On 6th June, 2015, I had booked 2 tickets for the movie Tanu weds manu using bookmyshow through my Dena bank Debit card, an amount of rs 537 deducted from my account but transaction failed..I tried for the same transaction again and this time also Rs 537 deducted from my account but transaction failed. A total of Rs 1074 is pending for refund, and according to bookmyshow policy my refund should had been processed within 10 days but it's been more than 60 days and my refund is still pending I tried calling them on customer care nos [protected], [protected] but they are always busy..call is never attended..no matter how long you wait i dropped an email at [protected]@bookmyshow.com But nothing happened.. I am still trying to get in touch with their team but of no use.. company is not serous to solve the problem of their customers highly disappointed with their attitude and will not use bookmyshow in future.

                          The seating arrangement as shown online while booking the tickets does not match with the actual seating arrangement.

                          The online arrangement showed the seats to be at the centre of the hall while the actual location was a distant corner.

                          We had paid extra for the balcony experience and we thought we would be seeing movie from the centre of the balcony but it was a corner.

                            It is very surprising that the customers can not get refund in case he cancels movie ticket booked through it. I do not know how it is happening in a country like India. Simply by writing on website that booked tickets can not be refunded, will not help to take away the rights of customers.

                              I have booked 2tickets for movie "bhajrangi Bhaijaan" on 23rd july 2015around 10:30 AM for 3.20 pm show On 26 july 2015at inox Parameshwari mall, hyderabad through HDFC net banking, after completion of transaction I didn't received any ticket confirmation on my mail and phone.                                 I booked tickets before two weeks. I selected 2 tickets but at last they charged for 4 tickets via online booking. Later I raised a ticket with BookMyshow to resolve my issue. The generated ticket no is #617207. I am calling their toll free number and the customer care person is saying that we are resolving the ticket today but there is no update since last 2 weeks. I am tired of calling them for resolving my issues for returning the 2 ticket cost.

                                      Today, 24 july 2015, after booking my ticket on BMS, once i get sms noticed, it picked wrong date of today rather tom, 25 july2015. INstantly i called BMS, but the customer care and respective SENIOR manager, is of no use.they kept on saying words, BMS portal can never raise an error, no matter what. Its customer fault. Hence, I WAS BEING TOLD TO EITHER USE TICKET OR WASTE IT, doesnt matter but my money will not be refunded or tickets date wont get corrected. A NUISANCE BBM behaviour. really my hard earn money will be of waste today because of them, need penalties

                                        last month 26th 2015 i booked for a movie called inside out and i paid with my mothers credit card. the money got transacted but booking failed. when i contacted them they said i will receive my payment within 10 banking days. today 21 july 2015, when i checked my passbook, it showed that money has been deducted, so please help me out as soon as possible, even today when i had a chat with the book my show assitant mrs. Akshata Kirtikar, she said me to check with the bank as the problem was not from their side it seems. so please help me out soon
