It is very surprising that the customers can not get refund in case he cancels movie ticket booked through it. I do not know how it is happening in a country like India. Simply by writing on website that booked tickets can not be refunded, will not help to take away the rights of customers....

I have booked 2tickets for movie "bhajrangi Bhaijaan" on 23rd july 2015around 10:30 AM for 3.20 pm show On 26 july 2015at inox Parameshwari mall, hyderabad through HDFC net banking, after completion of transaction I didn't received any ticket confirmation on my mail and phone. Today, 24 july 2015, after booking my ticket on BMS, once i get sms noticed, it picked wrong date of today rather tom, 25 july2015. I have tried to book my 3 tickets on 15th july, 2015 on bookmyshow using SBI netbanking. I have used payment option using PAYTM wallet at BMS but the transaction failed somehow and i got a option either to RETRY or GO HOME and i chose to repay.
