Hi, I had taken indusind Bank, sales person told me that i will get one plus one offer for movie tickets with bookmyshow.com Every time tried of this offer, i am very much disappointed. I never get this offer at least one time since i got the credit card. banks is creating false promises to customers. error message: { Sorry, we can`t proceed with the booking for this offer since the Total Number of Transactions for today has been exhausted. [protected]@bookmyshow.com Please try again after 20 mins. } If offer exhausted why should they asked me to try after 20 mins. With Regards, Pradeep Chandra

    By mistake while doing advance booking I booked tickets for Dil Dhadakne Do for wrong date. Called Book My Show call center where could get connected after 20 min of waiting they were not able to help me and the agent Mr. Vikram only had one thing to say " We are ticking agency and we cannot cancel/refund/reschedule the booking". Also called PVR cinema's to help me to cancel/refund/reschedule the same but even they told that they will not be able to help me for the same. Not sure when all E Commerce business (Jetairways, Jabong, eBay, Myntra, Snapdeal) allows cancel/refund/reschedule facility why Book MyShow or PVR cinema's cannot do this. Want to register a complaint for the same and want refund for my booking as I was unable to go for the same.

Once you proceed to payment and the booking gets confirmed, the seats are blocked at the cinema's end. We being ticket aggregates have to abide by the rules laid by the cinemas and hence cannot exchange, refund, cancel or make any manual modifications on a confirmed booking as cinemas do not have a cancellation policy. Alternatively, those tickets can be gifted to your family/ friends and you could bring a smile on their face.       Hi Team, I booked two tickets on BookMyShow.com. for 5 June, 2015, 12 PM show at PVR, Alpha sky walk. Due to some unavoidable situation, me and my friend can't go to movie. I planned to cancel the tickets but there is no option available for cancellation. I need my money back. Please help me on this.         Hello sir/madam, 1918 reward points have been redeemed on your Credit Card 4386XXXXXXXX4244 on 30-MAY-15 at BOOKMYSHOW.COM. But still my query is not solved, please refund my money I booked 30th may night Tanu weds manu returns ticket, forum value mall, 7.15 pm show. My credit point were redeemed through book my show but no message or mail was sent from book my show, though I received credit card mail. Credit card ending with 4244. I lost my money through this booking as couldn't get tickets. RS 530 This was the mail to Bookmyshow support team, I mailed them four times but no reply. and top of that they are not taking call on Bangalore and Mumbai both costumer care numbers. I'm shocked within this week this is second problem I'm facing.

          Few days ago I booked tickets from book my show.Tickets were booked successfully and payment got deducted from my account but then i got a message that ticket has not been booked. so I contacted book my show help desk via email and explained everything to the customer service agent and asked for help.She assured me that we will look into the same and refund the amount for unsuccessful transaction. I kept on following on email with the help desk and they informed me that as per there records tickets were booked and nothing can be done. I informed them that i have checked with the PVR team and no tickets were booked on my name and someone else booked it online. I followed up with the team but it has been 12 days and no one has bothered to reply. I could not believe there wasn't a way to rectify a technical mistake. It has been more than 4 days ever since our last conversation on the phone or email.I have not got even a single mail regarding the refund. Please help me understand why haven't I heard from you ever since the incident happened, why would I use book my show next time while booking tickets, why the so called customer service if you can't help, if you book tickets you should have a way to make changes if you can't refund because we pay you extra compared to actual ticket's cost, I did not expect book my show to step back when I was looking for help.             Looting customers. Not issuing a refund.

            [ Incident id- [#444367] #441396 ] I did the mistake of booking tickets on their mobile app. After I entered the payment info, I got a message from my bank saying that the payment was successful. But the tickets weren't confirmed. After hours of waiting, I called the customer care and they said that they haven't received the payment. I was shocked because I'd paid through their mobile app. My bank statement clearly shows multiple deductions...

            I had booked ticktes for the movie PIKU on 24th May 2015 through my book my show mobile app. On doing the transaction I received a pop up on the app stating that the booking was not successful. So I tried re booking the tickets and this time the tickets were booked. After some time i saw that i have received an intimation via sms which stated my seat nos as per the first booking and an email confirmation as well. There were no message or email confirmation for the second booking only the app had a ticket for the second booking. I called BMS helpline and they asked me to go ahead with the first booking since I have recived confirmation via sms and email. While in the movie i found that tickets as per second booking was also occupied. I had called up BMS helpline asking for refund of the second booking since it was because of their wrong message that i had to do the second booking although i got no sms or email confirmation of the same.To add to that those seats were occupied during the show. however they have refused to refund.                 Hi, This is to inform you that Rs.547.40 has been deducted from my Credit Card but the transaction was failed and received a reply stating to make a credit voucher payment, I was unable to do it so, hence called up the customer care for further assistance but unfortunately there was no proper response and have to miss my Movie show, This was really not expected from the good service provider, completely my mood was out with this transaction failed. No. 21656004 In account of PAYO_RECHARGEGUR GAONDLIN .Due to some technical reason my ticket booking failed and they message me to refund the cash within 10 working days.But still they didnt refund my money. I made call on their helpline no. They said that your money has been refunded .They give me an Auth. Code[protected] pleas tell ne that what should i do for get back my money.                                       Sir, I booked IPL match ticket for 1st may on Sat Apr 11 23:22:06 IST 2015 (TXN- MOBAND[protected]-1) It has been more than 13 days now and still I have not got tickets from the counter. When I call customer care of bookmyshow they tell that I will be told to collect the ticket only 2 days before the match day due to some technical problem . I am telling them that I won't be able to come 2 days before, they are neither cancelling the ticket also.kindly do the needful.
