Hi,
This is to inform you that Rs.547.40 has been deducted from my Credit Card but the transaction was failed and received a reply stating to make a credit voucher payment, I was unable to do it so, hence called up the customer care for further assistance but unfortunately there was no proper response and have to miss my Movie show,
This was really not expected from the good service provider, completely my mood was out with this transaction failed.
Kindly request you to refund the same at the earliest.
