Looting customers. Not issuing a refund.

[ Incident id- [#444367] #441396 ] I did the mistake of booking tickets on their mobile app. After I entered the payment info, I got a message from my bank saying that the payment was successful. But the tickets weren't confirmed. After hours of waiting, I called the customer care and they said that they haven't received the payment. I was shocked because I'd paid through their mobile app. My bank statement clearly shows multiple deductions...

I had booked ticktes for the movie PIKU on 24th May 2015 through my book my show mobile app. On doing the transaction I received a pop up on the app stating that the booking was not successful. So I tried re booking the tickets and this time the tickets were booked. After some time i saw that i have received an intimation via sms which stated my seat nos as per the first booking and an email confirmation as well. There were no message or email confirmation for the second booking only the app had a ticket for the second booking. I called BMS helpline and they asked me to go ahead with the first booking since I have recived confirmation via sms and email. While in the movie i found that tickets as per second booking was also occupied. I had called up BMS helpline asking for refund of the second booking since it was because of their wrong message that i had to do the second booking although i got no sms or email confirmation of the same.To add to that those seats were occupied during the show. however they have refused to refund.     Dear Bookmyshow, After availing the 10% and 30% off offer on VISA Card, I'm unable to avail the 50% off offer. It shows that I've already exhausted the offer whereas I've not availed it yet! As a proof I'm attaching a screenshot along. Please do look into the matter seriously.

      Hi, This is to inform you that Rs.547.40 has been deducted from my Credit Card but the transaction was failed and received a reply stating to make a credit voucher payment, I was unable to do it so, hence called up the customer care for further assistance but unfortunately there was no proper response and have to miss my Movie show, This was really not expected from the good service provider, completely my mood was out with this transaction failed.                               Its now more than 10 days when I first registered the complain for the refund of two failed transaction through the website bookmyshow.com Still the refund has not been credited nor they have assured to do so. The policy of the company states to refund in maximum 10 days.

                                    I was making a movie ticket purchase via Book my show. I used my hdfc card offer for a transaction on book my show however the transaction failed. I think they have been tricking people with their offers. Its not the first time that something like this has happened. They have been fooling a lots of people like this as a user cannot avail an offer more than once. They agreed to provide a replacement voucher only after a week but that is not good. My request is to please look into this and make them compulsory for them to return the offer money along with any fees as they will continue to cheat people like this and no one will have the time and money to fight for Rs 25-50.
