Regarding to refund

Cancellation / refund / amendment not available

I've booked Movie Tickets on Book My Show web portal on 14-Feb-2015 but forgot to click on the offer availing box.

When i've called them up, they refused and simply said that they don't have such option and can't do the alteration anyway.
